Jordan was friendly and helped me get all the things I needed for my car. He helped me pick out good windshield wipers blades without pushing the most expensive. Also after I was done checking out, he installed them for me. I bought some coolant for the car and as I was getting ready to put it in Eli offered to go grab me a funnel so that I didn t spill it all over everywhere. They were both very kind and helpful. I ll definitely go back to that O Reillys again.

I really was a little disappointed when the clerk seemed like she didn't know what to do. I'm not sure if she was new or not. I had to ask her to get help. But overall, the service was good.

i was there last week around jan 22nd 24 ive bought auto parts from this checker before but anyway friendly service auto parts needed are in stock ive also rented parts here befpre if you want a friendly hands on knowledge on auto parts go here i think the manager took great care of me but the attendants do answer the phone .christine elaine gonzales great friendly staff

Worst store I have ever been to, and I've been to most of the stores in the Midwest. The staff are lazy and they waste your time. They take an hour t machine a brake rotor, when it should take less than 20 minutes. Would not reccend. Definitely won't be going to this sore again, I will drive out of the way to avoid

I called to see if they had a specific product, and was told they had it. Drove all the way to the location and they sent me on a wild goose chase to somewhere else

Very helpful! My check engine light was on. They diagnosed problem. Gave me the codes the computer in my car was giving and told me what parts were needed to fix it.

If I could rate zero Stars I would, the gentleman there was not only rude and made me feel unwelcome and stupid when he himself was not even knowledgeable about the product I was asking about. He also could not be bothered to come out from behind the counter to walk over and show me what he was talking about
