****Exceptional Service****I'm sneaking in a second post from a second awesome experience here. 5 + 5 Stars... 10 Stars!!! There's good people left in this world who exist in this store. From the crew at the front desk to the store manager. Everybody in between are super kind and very helpful. Couldn't be more grateful for their assistance with my experience there.Experience: They helped me with a warranty where I was just out of my Warranty expiration date (3 weeks past, on 2 year warranty) the store manager worked with O'Reilly Corporate Customer Service and they replaced it!!!! (Plus lent me the tools to swap it. Cleaner, brushes, tools. Everything) Super duper thankful grateful

I came in for new headlights and Christian helped me find exactly what I needed, even offered to help install them as well. Now, I have new headlights that work great and O Reilly Auto Parts has my future business thanks to their friendly staff and wonderful customer service!

Offers 1 year warranties on headlight bulbs unlike Auto Zone (I purchased from there a few months ago and one went out). Ronald was very kind and extremely helpful when helping me replace my headlight bulbs today!

I went up to this location because one of my headlights was out. Working with VWs can be tricky. Sonja was there and she not only found the exact right part that was needed but also installed it for me in a very fast manner. I highly recommend this store and its staff.

Emily is a rockstar! Super knowledgeable, kind & provided excellent customer service for a warranty on my 2yr old battery, even let us use her tools & tester to replace.What an incredible experience- O Reillys will be our go to store now for auto parts Every-time!

Worst experience ever!!!I've been a customer of O'Reilly's for over 30years and never had a bad experience until today...the manager on duty named Sonja had the most unprofessional, rude and immature attitude I've ever experienced from a person representing a business, she also set a very bad example of how to treat customers to her coworker named Samantha who tried to follow Sonjas lead and was just as rude as her, I think there might be hope for Samantha if she had a better team leader to learn from who knows how to deal with customers other than being rude like Sonja who she obviously looks up to, as for Sonja I don't think there's no hope or excuses for her she said she was having a bad day but that's no reason to take her anger out on a customer who had nothing to do with it and doesn't even know her!!!

Today I went into O'Reilly's to purchase windshield wiper blades and a new car Battery after leaving Auto Zone because they were SO RUDE that I refused to give them my business. Mr. Wayman at the Oreilly's at 5360 East Colfax Ave. Was SO very helpful and polite that I will never go anywhere else again.*****

The store on Colfax and Hudson is helpful and knowledgeable whereas the Leetsdale location hires unqualified, less than helpful staff. Night and day difference. If you need any assistance at the store or need them to order a special part, definitely contact the East Colfax location versus location on Leetsdale! Even the least I was closer to my home I saw use the other store

Awesome service and friendly staff. Thought I needed a new battery but Garrett came out and double checked it. He found the right replacement and put it in for me too! I was in and out quickly and really appreciated his friendliness and help. Will definitely be back!

I came here for a battery test and replacement. Steven helped me out immediately and he was excellent! He was very thorough, careful, and extremely polite. He even went out of his way to ensure that I didn't lose my vehicle memory settings and answered all of my questions. Very appreciative of the service!

Kove was really helpful & knowledgeable. He helped narrow down / understand possible issues with my car. He showed me how clean the oil build up under the hood and even recommended a auto repair shop. Very impressed with my experience.

The customer service was exe excellent! Not only did make recommendations, they changed the wiper blades added wiper fluid and replaced a headlamp. Took all of 20 minutes! I will definitely use this store in the future.

The website battery selection tool for make and model doesn t match their system in store so be weary. If you go online to put your vehicle in and purchase the wrong battery and go to install it you will not be able to return it.

I recently visited this location at Colfax & Glencoe and I had an outstanding customer service experience. The entire staff was polite, patient, and professional. In particular, I would like to recognize Steven for going above and beyond the call of duty. He truly went out of his way to solve my automotive issues. I highly recommend this business!

Good neighborhood auto parts store. Very helpful staff got me to the right power steering fluids and honored a lower online price on primary wire. Many replacement parts available from central warehouse in a few hours. Competitive pricing.

Really excellent selection and service. The store manager, Kove, not only found the right pieces to reattach my bumper cover after someone knocked it off, but he also helped install them for a very low service fee. I'll be returning next time I need auto parts

The older gentleman named David just helped me with a few things and he was not welcoming and also stopped what he was doing and stared at me while getting some screws. When I said good morning to him, he did not acknowledge me even though I said it twice. He seemed angry and bothered that I was even at the store. Hope his day gets better.

These guys are AWESOME! I spend a lot of time fixing cars so I m here pretty often. The staff, and manager are helpful, respectful and always willing to work with me to solve any problems under the hood. They really go above and beyond.

Came here after having a bad experience at Advance Auto parts. I needed an older oil filter for my KLR 650 and Steven helped me out. He was kind, quick and thorough at getting me the filter. Give this main a raise/promotion! He understands world class service.

Save me more than $100 by finding out that my battery is bad and not my alternator I went to a shop and had my oil changed and I won't mention the name of the shop but they said my alternator was bad and it ended up being my battery thank you O'Reilly on Colfax and 5400 block. Walter is the manager and the young lady at the front desk took excellent care of me. Thanks again you guys

Good local shop with many products. Hit-or-miss with staff though. Some are polite, professional and knowledgeable while others are not engaged in helping a customer. I go back because its convenient to get to but next time I'm walking out.

I love O'reilly's auto parts, everyone in there is friendly and very helpful. I purchased a new car battery and they put it in for me. And purchased a little air compressor for the car. The clerk that helped me get the batrery and put it in was super nice and friendly and helpful!
