I was very impressed with the service and how fast it was done, and I didn't have to wait much. Also, my advisor, Heath, provided outstanding customer service by explaining what would be done for my vehicle. I was provided with shuttle service, and the driver was super friendly; I appreciate that.

I chose this rating because 4 months ago I came in with a heating problem. It was fixed . Since then I have had to bring my car in 2 times (3 times in 4 months) for HVAC related issues that you guys are saying isn t related to the original work. My car has never been in a shop before yours and now all of a sudden I get my HVAC system worked on and fixed but now my feet heating vents no longer work and my A/C no longer works either. And I m expected to drop $2,000+ to fix this because it s not related . Happy with my original visit but very unsatisfied with my other two. Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional.

Customer services is good. I went in to get rear brakes done, and they ended up just switching out pads. Unfortunately I m still hearing squeaking in the rear brakes when it s barely cold and the car sits for a while. So I m not satisfied at all.

I originally had used this location for a prior car issue and I had perfect service and communication with Larry! which is why when I got into a car accident I sent my vehicle to Volkswagen right away!This time around was very different I had subpar customer service and communication. I had to call multiple times because my service representative wouldn t call or update like she kept saying she would. I was told 5 times from her shed call me not once did it happen. I had to call to get any updates for anything or parts coming in and insurance approvals it was ridiculous. She told me when she tried calling it wouldn t go through or she left voicemails. She did not. I had a representative named Larry call me several times no issues so I don t understand how my assigned representative Brenda couldn t it just tell me the truth as she didn t call or attempt to call me. I understand it was holiday season and people are busy but not once could I get a straight answer from her or a call back ever without me having to call and pull teeth for some answers.Also during my claim time the final alignment and calibration wasn t on my insurance estimate which is needed for me to drive it safely. It took an additional 8 days for approval for something that should have been listed to start with.At pick up for my vehicle the entire drivers side interior was covered in mud. Nothing was clean. My car was detailed prior to my accident and no way that mud was unnoticed by mechanics or service team and not cleaned prior to my arrival and large payment! I m very dissatisfied in my service at this location especially with my prior good experiences. My last car repair my seats had plastic covers and mud foot covers not sure why this time no effort went into my cars cleanliness as before.Since O Meara messaged me on here to email their customer service but I haven t received any response from their office in 2 months! Never going back

(THIS IS FOR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR "CHEAPER"FINANCING)If I could do 2.5 I would. Customer service is great until after you've been shown a few cars. As a female this is why we bring men with us... I just felt extremely pressured to buy a car today. A car I could "afford" that was nearly $200 above what I wanted and was willing to pay per month. I felt the same pressure at the Ford location. Granted this is "justified" as usual salesmanship; however, there are dealerships and salesman who will pay more attention to you and your needs as a person than they will the sale itself. I just felt that the sale was more important than my limitations. Visiting alone the first time or I would have signed, but i didnt have my title with me. And again, if a friend hadn't helped me leave I would have signed for another car I can't prioritize that much money toward right now.DISCLAIMER:If you have the money and are looking for new cars great place to shop. I just don't have the money for the cars I was shown. Would have preferred to have been told "We don't have anything within your budget right now"But nice salesman, clean floor, good snacks, the colorado package is great. It's not a bad place. That's why it gets .5 more stars in honest. So not the worst place ever.

Adam and the team were great. I came in for my 10K service but also had an alert for my tire pressure and a small ding on my door. The team took care of almost everything in one visit. They ordered a tire replacement and installed that 3 days later and in less than an hour. The customer service was second to none. Absolutely highly recommend.Services: Tires, Oil change

Heath is amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond. I would never take my car any place else. My car broke down and I drove it straight to the dealer. No techs were there but he took car of me and the car and they got it fixed.

The fact that they quoted me over $500 for a battery is just absolutely ridiculous and I hope NO ONE falls for that and pays that much. You could buy 4 batteries for that much. Absolutely ridiculous. We will be fixing the problem ourselves. They were very nice, I'm just absolutely not getting taken advantage of.

Needed wheel opening mounding for my Tiguan. Adam in service got it approved under warranty. Part was quickly shipped and install was perfect. He also assisted me setting the memory seat feature as the owners manual was very misleading! Great job!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Terrific customer service from the service coordinator and service manager. Both took the time to do multiple test drives with me to identify a problem that had existed for years and had been brushed off by another dealership. During the repairs they were transparent and continuously updated me with the progress of the repair. They gave me a loaner car at no cost during the repair as well. I left my car overnight and hoped they would get to it early. After all it is referred to as the early bird drop. I received a call checking in at 8 am, But when I called at 10 to see when my car will be ready I was told maybe by one. When I inquired why it would take so long, since I had left it overnight. I was informed because people were waiting there for their cars. I was waiting to, only at home where I can be productive instead of the VW waiting area. I called annoyed and it seems they put my car right up and it was ready by 12. Everything else turned out good and I will still use O'meara for my services but I will be more clear in what I expect from them.Service: Oil change
