Ali and his team provided such great service when I showed up in a mild panic with some car troubles. I pulled into the first auto-body shop I saw off the highway, and couldn't have been luckier to have found myself at Nav Auto1. Everybody was so kind, and they were able to check out my car right away even though I had no appointment. I am new to the area, and feel so lucky to have found a place that I feel confident returning to for all of my car's service needs. Thank you Ali!!

My daughter was involved in an accident, brought the car to Nav auto1 to get an estimate for the body work and repainting of one side.Ali, the owner took time to go over every detail of what the repairs would entail and associated costs. Additionally the windshield needed to be replaced which they were able to do at half the price I was quoted by a company that only does windshields.Picked up the car, completed the exact day Ali had estimated it would be done, and not one dollar over his estimate - since I did not submit this to my insurance we were very happy there were no extra charges. 10000% recommend!! Had a tune up and Hail work done here, and they also pulled an extra little ding I had!! The staff was so professional and their service team got it done in a timely manner so I wasn't in my rental too long and back in my baby! It didn't even look like it had previous damage before! They also didn't make me feel taken advantage of or "price gouged". Will be coming back for everything! Thank you Nav Auto1!!

As a less experienced individual in the auto business, Nav Auto made my experience go very easy and smooth. It was my first time dealing with a non faulty claim and they couldn t have done any better in assisting me with the whole process. Very trustworthy establishment.

The company I work for sold them a used engine they were to use for a customer repair. They claim the item was bad. Being open minded, it is possible, however tests before shipping all checked out well, and this company would not allow a 3rd party to help diagnose. They also will not allow us to pick up this item, freight on us, and they did a credit card charge back. Considering their lack of assistance to resolve this issue, I have only a poor taste from their business practices.It was nice of you to reply Ali...it would be really nice if your company did not steal engines, claim they were bad, and not allow for them to be returned for proper credit and refund. Oh, did I say stealing? Yes, that is what it is called when you take something that you have not paid for. I told you on the phone I would remove this review when you made right on this deal. Why do you order something, say it is bad, not allow a 3rd party to help solve the issue, stop payment on the credit card, and not allow us to pick up the part? Why have you kept this engine and claim it is bad? YOU STILL HAVE IT

Very professional and very fast good quality service. I drive a jeep and was off-roading on a snowy trail when the vehicle decided to slide off the edge of the trail and got caught up in trees destroying my passenger side doors body panels and shattering some of my windows also. Saw online that this was a new shop and decided to give them a shot! I ve been to and worked at numerous vehicle shops before and this one is one of my new favorite spots. The owners were very kind and professional and got me in and back on the road in no time. They did an amazing job putting my baby back together. Went back to get a detail, alignment, and oil change also! Definitely a great shop. As soon as I got in the door I felt so welcome. All of the employees are so great and really knowledgeable. This place is Top notch and provides a World-class experience. No matter what kind of vehicle you bring to Nav Auto1 they will get the job done. Nav Auto 1 saved the day! While driving through Denver today my Acura MDX lost power on the freeway. Turned out it was a loose battery cable. Long story short, I finally ended up at Nav Auto 1 and they graciously fixed it for me and had me on my way home again in about 15 minutes.
