I recently took my car in to get serviced and Curtis Moore was my Service Advisor. He was very informative, professional, and answered all the questions I had about the services needed on my vehicle. He made the process very easy and seamless. I highly recommend this service center and will be a returning customer.

I drove my sister who had purchased new cross suv. She had questions on error message for back seat. Tech very patient and friendly. Answered all our questions and demonstrated so we could see how it worked.

Jesse Reska was amazing to work with. He had everything prepped for when I arrived from the airport and had me driving my new car in under an hour. The whole team there listens and is very professional, never felt like I was being pushed hard for anything I wasn't looking for.

I would like to update the previous review: Mountain States Toyota totally owned up to their mistake and made things right. It was explained to me by one of the mechanics that after-market rims can be tricky. This lead to the tire coming off my Toyota Tacoma on August 26th when I left their garage. It took 2 more tries to get it right and about a week without the car but they admitted to the mistake and owned it. They were embarrassed and I was a bit angry but thanks Ty, Jeff, Addison, Daniel and Alex for helping out in the process. This was my original review:Unfortunately I had a very bad experience on August 26th at Mountain States Toyota when I picked up my 2015 Tacoma after being serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the garage I made my way to the interstate. I was just about to get on I-76 and the back right tire came off as I was approaching the interstate. I ended up blocking the left-hand lane and my tire was gone down into the fence. Someone forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I was in disbelief. I called Toyota and they gave me their tow companies number to call. I was there for over an hour waiting, blocking the left hand lane wishing I had checked my wheels before leaving the garage at Mountain States Toyota.I was never approached by a manager when I got back to Mountain States Toyota. I missed an 8:00am appointment, missed a days worth of pay at work forced to take a personal day. They hooked me up with a rental which took another hour. I spent close to 4 1/2 hours dealing with this mess.Someone could have been seriously injured from the tire that came off. I could have been in an accident.I am so disappointed with this entire experience. I m nervous about them working on my car now. Thinking about seeking legal? They say they re paying for it and it will be ready by Saturday afternoon?I read they re looking for mechanics.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I went to 2 other dealerships before coming here, and it was such a breath of fresh air. I worked with Michael who was so kind and very informative. I felt like I was talking to someone who knew what they were talking about entirely which I didn t feel at the other two. I also didn t feel pressured even once, and left with the car I really wanted! My dad co-signed and he s in another state, which made things a bit more complicated, but they worked with me and walked me through everything. Michael even kept me updated throughout the process as we waited for my dads documents to come back through FedEx. I didn t feel like I had to settle either, and I love love love my new Hyundai Tucson!! I couldn t be happier! Thank you, Michael, for making the process so easy and painless :)

They took my car in and got it settled real quick. I didn't have an appointment. I called in to see the timeframe for getting a last min problem taken care of and they were honest. Even overestimating the time due to the packed appointments throughout. It didn't take as long as I was told, but I am glad I came here, it wasn't planned that my brakes decided to expire before a busy season, but I got put in between appointments so I didn't have to drive around in such a condition.

There's a coffee machine in the waiting area that promises to make you all kinds of things. Vanilla Lattes, Cappuccino, Americanos. What it actually makes tastes nothing like any of those, but I appreciate the effort.

Although they are extremely busy, they seem to be well organized and have a good system for getting cars through.

I have been to several dealerships in the past and Mountain States Toyota provides the most superior service by far.I kept having issues with my 2007 Toyota Camry and they resolved my issue every time. The price point wasn't astronomical. I was so impressed. They even fixed it for free once because they misdiagnosed it.That's the service vehicle segment.I came to Michael Ramstetter almost 2 years ago telling him I wanted to buy a new Toyota 4Runner. It has been my dream car since I graduated college and now since I am finishing my Doctorate I wanted a red one with tan interior. It took us some time to find one. We would find it then someone would buy it as I was getting prepared to purchase it. I would then just stalk the website. It happened on several occasions.I emailed Michael over the holidays for I had found one. I then was out and about and stopped by. Michael took care of me right away and I walked away with my new 2021 Red Toyota 4Runner. I couldn't thank Michael enough. I appreciated him so much for just building a relationship with me. I will be eternally grateful for Michael for making my dreams come true. And Andy their warranty gentleman was amazing as well. Nothing like getting a vehicle but ensuring its taken care of is just as important.I know this review is long but I wanted to demonstrate that they build relationships with you!! Mountain States is now like family to me and if I could, I would give them 10 stars!! They've exceeded all of my expectations.

Last night I purchased my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, and I couldn t have had a better experience. My Salesman, Gonzalo, and Finance Manager, Ryan Darenberg, were both absolutely amazing to work with. The process was quick, they were understanding of my needs and wants, and their kindness made my experience FUN. I m so grateful for their help in my purchase.

I had a 2008 Toyota Prius and over time I spent a few thousand dollars getting repairs/maintained at Mountain States Toyota since they were the closest Toyota dealer near me. But when it came time for me to re-evaluate car ownership due to age and needed maintenance, i.e. it looked like the battery was dying, these folks couldn't be bothered to offer me more than $500 for a car that was in actually decent shape. Total lowball offer that was actually an insult to my intelligence.I took my car to AutoNation that same day and got $4,000 in trade in for it and upgraded to a 2012 Toyota Prius I'm perfectly happy with. There were 5 cars at Mountain States Toyota which I had been interested in but after they insulted me so hard with such a lowball offer, I took my business elsewhere. The folks at Mountain States don't care. They have a full showroom of customers all the time so they don't have to care about any one person or whether they insult you or screw you over. I don't do business with companies that have this attitude, but clearly these folks do. They don't care about you or your needs.Despite the fact this place is less than 5 minutes from my home, I will never use them for service again and I certainly won't be buying car from them ever. I recommend you find somewhere where the sales people at least pretend to respect you. It's a much better experience than what I had.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We had such a great experience at Mountain States Toyota. Doan helped us from beginning to end with our new jeep Cherokee limited. He was joyful, professional and ready to help in every way. He even brought us chick fil a since we were there through lunch. Lol. Jesse was our financing guru and he worked so hard to get us the best deal he possibly could. Everything was thorough and positive. We will definitely be going back for our next trade!

Buying a car in this day is an utter mess but Joe Solis was an incredible salesperson to have in my corner through the process. My husband and I special ordered a 2022 Tundra at the end of June but with the shortages of nearly every part it seemed this deal was never going to happen. Joe was so kind and patient with my daily check ins and phone calls. Joe made all of my dreams come true with what I wanted my dream truck to be and went way beyond. I am proud to say that my wait is over and I picked up my 2023 Tundra 1794 edition last night. My wait is over and I couldn't be more happier! Joe Solis, you sure went to bat for me and you hit a grand slam and knocked this deal out of the ballpark.

I was assisted by Patrick who helped me buy a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE. He was very patient with me and always responded when I had a question about the arrival of the car. He was professional and very enthusiastic.

Overpriced compared to other dealers in the area. Oil change was $98 at Mountain States and is $79 at the closest other Toyota dealer.Even called them out on it and the service advisor Rene didn t seem to care.It s artificially high to make their service plans look like a good deal.Might want to shop that around.

I really prefer not to leave bad reviews, unfortunately, I've already given the benefit of the doubt as you will hear. My last two visits have been incredibly disappointing. Let's go back to a previous tire rotation, I rotate five tires so my spare comes into play. The day after service, I drove away from my house and when I returned later that day, my spare was laying on the street. Thank goodness that didn't drop off on the highway and cause a very major accident.Yesterday I dropped my car off the day before service was needed. I know I was a day early, but I stood in the service area for 25 minutes before anybody came to help me. I told them I needed it by early afternoon the next day for work. By 3:00 I heard nothing so I texted just to hear that they haven't even put it in and maybe tomorrow. Somehow somebody had put it in for service a week away from the date I left it there. They did get the job done but caused me professional appointment issues and offered nothing but there apology. I checked the spare, looks like it's not going to fall off my car. Now I have to figure out how to reset my reminders. I can handle that though. The final straw was getting to the dealership to wait in line 20 minutes so I could have them bring my car to me. Plan to upgrade my ride in the next year. I do love my Toyota. This likely influences my future loyalty.A previous five-star review is the real deal. But since then just feel like a number.

Second time I brought my vehicle in for service here. 30+ minute wait just to get checked in, even though you schedule an appointment. Toyota s service departments have gone down hill, this was my second attempt at using another dealership. FYI you can cancel your Toyota Car Plan.

I recently purchased a new Vehicle here and Paula, in car sales assisted me in finding and purchasing my new Hyundai Santa Fe, she was very through, informative and extremely helpful. Although the process was quite lengthy she made mine and my daughter's time there a pleasant one.

I brought my Toyota Tundra to Mountain States after a long relationship with another Toyota service center had gone terribly wrong.I'd like to recognize Jake and Emma as they were incredibly friendly, the listen to my concerns and ensured my problems where addressed. They where both upfront, honest and represent your Service center as I would expect. The overall cost was less than I expected and this was a pleasant surprise.I will be a returning customer with our 2-Toyota's and in the future when upgrading is necessary.Thank you,Ron BokinskieService: Steering & suspension repair

We worked with sales consultant Alexandra Diehl, and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She has the kindest spirit, and the clients best interest at heart. Out of all the Toyota dealers we ve visited, the pricing and customer service here was best.

Was really blown away by the integrity of this dealership. I chose them originally to buy a RAV4 from due to the no dealer handling fees. When I ordered the car in July of 2021 it was under MSRP by ~2k. I was shocked that they honored that price when I finally got it in November. Not only did the honor the under MSRP and did not add on any dealer mark ups, gave me a full tank of gas and didn t ever pressure or say are you sure regarding warranties or adds on etc. I was really stressed about buying a car nonetheless a brand new car and in this car market. But it went flawlessly to my shock as so many other dealerships won t honor prices or even sell the car to the highest bidder . I feel like this is a trustworthy dealership and I will be buying my husbands next car from them too if possible!

Fantastic experience with this dealership. I would highly highly recommend coming to Mountain States over any other Toyota dealer in the area. The service center went above and beyond, very communicative, and professional. I trust this center and the work that they did. If you need your Toyota fixed go see Bobbi and she will take care of you. I highly recommend her and the service provided! Thanks for getting my 2021 Tacoma up and running!!Kristen & ReneeService: Electrical repair
