Once again Motorized Solutions exceeded expectations. They are always thorough in their inspections and assessments of what needs to be done for your vehicle. They prioritize what is most urgent and they always ensure to install quality parts without emptying your pocket. I drive from Frisco an hour and 15 minutes away, because I know I can trust their staff and their service. I highly recommend Motorized Solutions for your vehicle repairs and needs. We've trusted Motorized Solutions with all of our vehicles for well over a decade now. They're reliable, kind, fast but most importantly honest! Which I've always found difficult with auto mechanics. They're prices are fair and I know when I leave my vehicle in their hands, I can absolutely trust the outcome. They truly feel like family at this point. Don't hesitate to trust them with all your vehicles, They're the best I've ever known.

I have come here several times and while helpful and seemingly knowledgeable, I just went on a roadtrip around southern Colorado and my car broke down on an isolated mountain pass no service and getting dark, I was able to flag down a car that drove me into an area with a phone signal so I could call for a tow truck. Hours later both the tow driver and later the mechanic in La Jara both told me that any decent mechanic should have checked my car s CV joint as I was missing almost ALL the ball bearings.Besides the fact that this break down cost me $800, I m very lucky it didn t cause a crash or I wasn t hurt. While the people at Motorized Solutions are nice, I will be finding a more thorough mechanic.

Stopped in yesterday to ask what it would cost to replace my not working left tail light. Tyree said let s take a look . Out we went, he had my light changed in less than 10min. When I asked what it would cost he said to not worry about it !! I was so shocked. During this period when everyone seems to be after whatever they can here was an honest, helpful, kind person. I will be bringing my 2007 Red Honda Fit here from now on. Honesty and kindness are important to me. I am truly grateful I stopped by here and look forward to coming back. Thank you Tyree!

Moved to the neighborhood a couple of years ago. I ve been bringing my car here since, based on a recommendation from a retiring shop owner. I haven t been disappointed. They are organized, and stay on schedule making it as convenient as possible.

Excellent service! A++. You can tell right away that the owners care very much about their business. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I took my car today and the bill came below the estimate, which is very rare. Very honest, friendly shop. Will be coming back.

This is the best shop in town, I know because I have witnessed both owners work diligently to provide the best service and experience for their customers. I have witnessed experience with kindness and heart put into my car as if it was their own, they live in this community and serve this community in something they value, to make sure we can live our lives with the machines we invested in knowing it was taken care of and will continue to operate as expected. This is not a mechanic shop you need to put your guard up for, come be at ease that though it may be hard to trust someone with your vehicle and their quotes know it comes with care and knowledge to exceed your expectations. Did not have a good experience. I needed the break light swtich replaced. Its a $30 sensor, but the total bill ended up being $550 (diagnotistic test + replacement part + labor). After being repaired, the issue was even worse - the point where my car wouldnt even start. I decided to take it to Mazda so that I could have a loaner vehicle, as I could not afford to miss more work while Motorized redid their work. Mazda said that Motorized used an off-market part, which is why it likely didnt work. And the quote from Mazda to do the same job was $330 (diagnotistic test + replacement part + labor). I requested a manager call me when i had a new estimate from Mazda - the front desk lady took my contact information - and then they ghosted. Never received a call back. Ended up having Mazda do the work because I NEEDED a vehicle. Not only was this place expensive, but they used cheap parts and completely ghosted when I asked to speak to a manager. I wont be going back to say the least.

I had an emergency situation shortly after dropping off my car. Motorized solutions had given me an extremely reasonable timeframe. Regardless, upon hearing my situation, helped quickly diagnose my car, and are getting everything done within an hour of calling. I would never expect something like this, but having a business hear your struggle and work with you is something I can t put in to words. Yall saved my family s day, and maybe our furry friend. Thank you so much, will be back anytime we need work done.

Good, friendly, and knowledgeable. I brought my Audi in, and they were upfront about the repairs. They stayed true to their estimate as well, which definitely helps when you're on a tighter budget. All in all, you won't get ripped off here lol

The engine light came on and I ended up needing plugs and coils and they got me in the next day! They recommended that I have the front right wheel bearing replaced as it was making a noise. I brought the van back and they fixed it as well. It's nice and quiet now and runs like a charm!Thanks!

Very poor communication on what service is needed. Was originally quoted a very high price point, then told never mind we actually don t think you need to do anything at this time just keep an eye on it, only to reverse again and revert back to the very high price point. Makes a customer wonder how forthright they re being on what is needed from a service standpoint. After going ahead with the service and getting my car back, it started leaking gas everywhere as they had knocked off a fuel line. Took it back in and they only filled my gas back up a small portion of where my fuel level was before it started leaking due to their mistake. Overall very poor service and communication.Service: Oil change

My daughter had car trouble on a trip through Denver. Ty and the crew got her right in and checked the car over thoroughly. They communicated well thier thoughts about the issue and gave honest advice rather than guessing at costly repairs. Not many shops around these days that still take care of customers on this level!

Motorized Solutions is a great, reliable, fairly priced car shop that cares about their customers. I ve been taking my car here for a few years and have always trusted the service im getting. I recently had an expensive issue and Motorized was able to do it for less than another shop. I came back 2 weeks later with another minor, unrelated issue and they fixed it free or charge. It is this kind of service that makes me trust them and will keep me coming back. Thanks Motorized!

Great auto shop with very friendly and professional staff. I stopped in while passing through Denver on the interstate, and they got my car into the shop immediately when no one else would see me on such short notice. They fixed the problem quickly and saved my trip. What s more, they were honest, upfront, and trustworthy maybe the hardest traits to find in this business. I only wish I lived closer if I did, they would be my new go-to auto shop! Extra shout-out to the front desk staff and also to Chase, who was easily the friendliest car mechanic I ve ever encountered (I am not writing a review for myself, we just happened to have the same name).

The mechanics at the shop are amazing and so is their customer service I've brought all of my vehicles here over the years and they've always done really great work at a great price ,good mechanics are hard to find nowadays and these guys are always on point I appreciate them always taking care of me and prioritizing my vehicles repairs.recently they worked on my 2009 Toyota Camry when the water pump and serpentine belt broke out they were able to get it fixed ASAP and get me back on the road with a great price and the car's been running great since just wanted to leave you guys a great review thank you- jetServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

Went in for axles, got the car back and didn't even make it out the lot when my cars steering was off. I informed the mechanic/owner, and he knew exactly what it was.. sus.. when he did his estimate for the damage he caused the owner informed me that it was going to be 6,000 dollar's. To start, I do want to thank the employee who helped me for getting me in on short notice, and they were able to get my car running for long enough so I could get home.With that being said, they didn't do a very thorough job, and I ended fed up having to fix the problem myself. I brought the vehicle in after having intermittent battery problems. I had replaced the negative cable myself without much effect, and my next thought was the positive cable, but I couldn't get to my house for the tools to fixbor diagnose it so I brought it in. The man I spoke to got to the car the next day and said the problem was that the terminal attachments were loose. I was surprised that that was the only issue, but figured maybe the negative cable had actually been the issue I just hadn't tightened it down all the way. My car started and I was able to get home at which point the battery problems started up again. However, now that I was home I had my trusty multimeter which allowed me to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. There was a full 3 volt drop between the battery and the wires connecting to the terminal. The repair was a pain, but after replacing all of the cable heads and reattaching to the battery, I've had no battery issues whatsoever.The reason I'm displeased is because I was told they checked for any other issues and didn't find any. Personally whenever I'm checking for battery problems, a multimeter is the first place I go to see where the issues are arising. It takes about 10 minutes and can diagnose most any battery problems. This repair shop basically took 70 dollars to tighten a bolt and hand me back the keys which is especially frustrating considering that I even told them at the outset that I suspected the positive cable to be the problem.Service: Battery

Incredible customer service. Replaced car parts, brought my vehicle back in shortly after original replacement with concern for disfunction. They took responsibility with speed and fixed the problem. Feels nice to have a mechanic you trust.
