Love this shop. Eric and team are super responsive, patient, and helpful. We've taken our Toyota here several times for repairs and the Mile Hybrid team worked with our insurance and got things fixed quickly. Awesome local business

I was passing through Denver during a multi-month road trip and needed to get my oil changed. I called MileHybrid and they were able to get me in that very afternoon. The oil was changed (at a more reasonable rate than other places I called) and their multi-point inspection discovered a couple bulbs were out, which they replaced. Professional service, friendly staff and fair pricing. Highly recommend - if I lived here, they d be my go-to mechanic!

This is the ONLY shop I will take my aging Prius to. They've saved me multiple times from the first time I took my car there with a battery issue to when my catalytic converter was stolen (get a shield from them!). I come for oil changes and they let me know any maintenance that needs done to keep my old Prius on the road for as long as possible. If you have a hybrid and you aren't taking it here you are doing it wrong!

I can not say enough good things about this repair shop. They LITERALLY brought my Prius back to life when I had given up on it and was prepared to sell it for salvage.And OMG the owner is BRUTALLY honest. (That's a good thing BTW) He told me after we spoke that if I wanted to sell my prius he wasn't a good buyer because he only buys wholesale and if I wanted the most money I should go with private sale.Thanks to the efforts of the team there we are now planning on keeping our Prius and exclusively using this shop for our future Prius repair needs. Good job MileHybrid!

I rarely ever write or post a review for a place, but this is worth it. These guys saved the day and it'd be wrong to not give them the acknowledgement they earned.If you are in Denver and you have a hybrid, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't bring your car to this place. I have a 2009 Prius, and it recently suffered one of the three issues known to be the deathblow---meaning, where the repair is so costly, it's not worth it. It was a Sunday when it happened, and I spent the day and a sleepless night contemplating my bad luck and how miserable it would be to try to sell the car and, worse, buy another.But on Monday, I called shops and when I called Mile Hybrid, I was struck by how personable they were, and how immediately knowledgeable they were. It was also immediately clear how shockingly affordable the repair was going to be. These guys not only know everything there is to know about hybrids, but they are well-stocked in the parts to fix the problems, and they have the expertise to get it done properly and quickly.Speed. That's another thing worth mentioning. They had me on the schedule the very next day. I dropped my car off that Tuesday morning. By five o'clock that same day, I was driving my car home, having spent literally less than half the money than what others on various messageboards had reportedly spent.Judging by every other customer who came in while I was there, everyone was a "regular" from major repairs to basic maintenance. Even the customers' dogs knew the staff. No wonder. It's a family kind of feel, no pressure whatsoever to do additional work. It's just these folks doing great work at fair prices knowing that's what keeps people coming back and what keeps these cars on the roads. Again, I cannot recommend this place more highly and you are literally cheating yourself out of money and time if you bring your car to the dealership (unless it's warrantied) or to a mechanic that doesn't specialize like Mile Hybrid.

They overcharged to replace my 12v battery on my ford fusion after keeping it for almost a week and still couldn't figure out the bigger issue. They wanted to charge an additional $70 for a second diagnostic test or asked if i wanted to just pick my car up instead (I ended up picking it up because I didn't trust they'd find the problem). Never bringing my hybrid back here again. The guy in charge said I shouldn't worry about the check engine light and yellow wrench, I feel like that's something a shady "No credit No problem" salesman tells all his customers...

Mike, Gary and the guys over here were awesome! Brought in my '07 Prius making some funky noises. They took good care of me and the car, kept me updated with what they found and fixed everything for a great price. Car drives and sounds like new! Highly recommend if you need to get your Hybrid looked at.

We can t say enough positive words about Mile Hybrid. We drove our 2nd car up to Denver from Manitou Springs after speaking and texting with Eric. He was amazingly helpful, inspired confidence and answered every question and concern. He was thorough, patient and went the extra mile when we accidentally cut a wire to temp sensor when removing old battery. Without Eric s help, I dont know what we would ve done - couldn t even get our car out of park to tow it anywhere. Michael at the front desk was also wonderful. More than worth the 150 mi. round trip drive! Rare to find this kind of customer service anywhere. Kudos and thanks!

This place knows hybrids and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. If you need work done, don't hesitate to go here. Other places messed my car up after working on my car. This team fixed me up and had me on the road in no time. Even gave me lots of advise. My car is doing way better than when I actually bought it. So glad I chose Mike Hybrid. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

Very good friendly communication. They weren't able to solve the problem with my car, but this is because it is a compliance car and totally not their fault. They tried very hard to diagnose it and kept me up to date. They clearly have tons of experience so I will use their services again in the future!

Been a great place to take my Prius! Replaced my hybrid battery for way cheaper than the dealership, and they've even helped me troubleshoot a few final things after I fixed it from a lightning strike! Now it's fully working like the strike never happened.

Mile Hybrid is awesome! First used them for Catalytic Converter replacement and shield, then to fix my front-end suspension damage from sliding on black ice into a curb. Leah is fantastic to work with, the repair work is top notch, pricing is optimal, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Wow - where so I start?!? Eric and his team are skilled professionals that do quality work at reasonable prices with lightning fast turn around times. I had the engine in my hybrid Honda Accord replaced, and their price was extremely reasonable! They had my vehicle in an out on about a week and a half. Considering the engine took time to source and ship, the turn around time blew my mind as they had me back on the road days before their initial quote. My review is prefaced with the statement that as long as my car holds up moving forward, I ll use them again for any hybrid issues. It was here or the dealership (who said it would cost $169 just to look at the car). I had an issue with my Hyundai force stopping one day and my mechanic didn t have the tools to fix what he assumed was a hybrid system issue. There are no other hybrid mechanics around, but they came highly recommended. However I was mainly seeing Prius and battery issues, and I wasn t sure if they could handle my issue. They did! It was fairly priced, and if it solves my issue, I m happy. However, they are very far away from me (not their issue, mine) and I do agree with other reviews that their timeliness can be an issue. I had read the reviews about this, so I was quick to contact them myself and ensure they were working on my car. To be honest, I think that s important for you to do as a customer. I did get the sense more than once that my car had been forgotten about. Again though, just be aware of that, don t avoid them because of it, because if they fix it well, fix it cheap, and the other option is the dealership, then I stand by my review!Service: Battery

I've been taking my Prius there for several years now and am very pleased with the service and pricing. Recently, I've been debating whether to keep my 2008 Pirus going or not and Leah has been super helpful in this process both giving me pricing information as well as being honest about what is essential vs. cosmetic. I would highly recommend this shop and will remain a customer as long as I have a hybrid!

Love this place. Years ago a tow truck driver told me about them. Dealership told me my 2008 Escape could not be fixed or replaced. I should have known better to go there but it was close by. Mile Hybrid figured out the problem, which was not readily apparent, and kept it for an extra day or two to make sure it was actually fixed. The bill was very reasonable. How refreshing to have someone take extra effort to figure out the problem. So grateful to have found them!Service: Auto battery maintenance

Mike Hybrid Automotive are the best! Eric, Leah, and the team were super helpful to my sister and nephew dealing with car issues in Denver. Even though I am a friend of Eric's, my sister and nephew could tell they received good honest assistance. Luckily, my nephew lives in Denver and will continue to use them for his newish vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Mile Hybrid Automotive. My car broke down on the way to work but the issue was intermittent. They worked the problem and got me back on the road. They also replaced my passenger window which had been broken by a thief.They are super nice and it shows that they care. As far as I know, they are they only true hybrid shop in Denver. Also, they don't try to gouge the customer with unnecessary repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of my repairs and will continue to use them for all of my repairs and services.Since the previous post I have used Mile Hybrid to fix an issue with my hybrid systemA different shop (the toy doctor) wanted to charge me $3500 for a new hybrid battery. Mile Hybrid figured out that it was corrosion I the wiring to the battery. Thanks so much to Byron, he saved me $3000 because he found the real problem.If you have a hybrid, don't waste your time somewhere else!

I have been going to MileHybrid more than 15 years. We are now driving our third hybrid car. The service is excellent, they give good advice and they are reasonably priced, about 1/3 less than the dealership, usually. I would highly recommend except it's getting harder and harder to get in!!

Mile Hybrid has both done routine maintenance and extensive work on multiple vehicles for me over many years and they are the only ones I trust with my car. They are extremely reliable, reasonably priced, and give honest advice. They replaced my high voltage battery with salvage parts at half the price and double the warranty offered by the dealership. Years later when my catalytic converter was stolen they were able to replace it very quickly as well as install a guard, and helped with me with my insurance claim by communicating promptly and provided pictures for my insurance company. Eric (the owner), Leah and formerly Gary (the service advisors), and all of the mechanics there are exemplary in their customer service and quality of work. Can't recommend them enough!

Mile Hybrid may be Denver's best kept automotive secret. They have a customer for life in me (or at least as long as I'm in Denver). They fixed my battery way cheaper than other garages because they build their own. When they needed a little more time than expected, they also did a free check on all my systems and fluids and a quick cosmetic fix that I needed, all free. (Another dealer had quoted $450 for that cosmetic issue!!)A few months later I ended up getting some warning lights again even though the car was running great. Took it in, and they just swapped out the battery while I waited, for free (they offer a warranty, no questions asked), no problem at all! Super nice guys too.It's rare that you find a car repair place that is genuinely trustworthy and with great customer service. While I waited I heard them give great advice on car purchases to other customers, they did free diagnostics, showed people easy fixes for any issues they might come across, explained potential warning signs, and so on. I'm beyond impressed.If you have any issues with a hybrid car in Colorado, this is the place to go, no doubt about it.

Had an appointment for a diagnosis of a couple issues with my daughter's Prius. They were able to take care of one issue & I got the quote I wanted, on the other one. Was done in a little over an hour. Leah was great to work with. They really know their stuff with these hybrids. No going back to the dealer. Mile Hybrid has all my business from here on out!

Gary and the team at Mile Hybrid are great. They have been taking care of my high mileage Prius for 4 years, they are always willing to help with questions and advice. Most recently I took my car there to get 4 new tires.I was so pleased when Gary reached out and let me know I only needed two tries and not the four I had planned on getting. Tell me another mechanic that will save you money and look after you like the team at Mile Hybrid? I will be a customer for life

I didn't personally have my car serviced here but I went with a friend to pick up their prius. She had her catalytic converter stolen and it was difficult working with insurance on coverage. But Leah just made the whole process so easy, she was super helpful and made sure we were getting the best price, quality parts and service. Worked with my friend's insurance and really streamlined the experience. Super pleasant. Can't wait to come here with future car problems!
