Great Honda Service. I only went for $62 full synthetic oil change but they took care of squeaky belt noise by adjusting power steering free of charge! Robert Rivera and his team is awesome! Beats any private shops anytime. Thanks for job well done!

I have owned many Hondas over the years. I have never been treated so poorly before and given false information when scheduling. perhaps adjusting attitudes and treating women respectfully might be a good path for the future. Does anyone know of a good Honda service department? and how about training the scheduling people who are subcontracted from who knows where, to get accurate information about the customer? A few adjustments with staff would certainly make the Honda experience at Mile high tolerable. lesson learned, check the ratings and comments from the service department before you buy your next car.

Your appointment will take forever. No matter the service. I ve had 2 oil changes (with an appt) took me 2-3 hours. For basic service. A 3rd appointment I dropped off an paid for my own Uber ride because I needed a recall fixed and knew I d be there all day if I waited. I m giving Schomp in highlands ranch a chance.

I absolutley love this location. Mohammed is exceptional and the managers there always go above and beyond to help me. I have been going to this location since 2017 and will forever be a customer. I highly recommend anyone who loves Honda to come here specifically!

My wife made an appointment and expressed what was needed.It took this service center three hours to inspect a broken side mirror and perform a basic oil change.I long for the days when makers like Honda sell direct to consumer and abysmal dealerships like this are left to whither on the vine like a diseased grape.I Will never buy, use, or think of this place again in my life, I suggest you do the same.

Bryson was so kind and very insightful with my car issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the issue was resolved. Bryson even followed up with me days later to make sure things were okay. I love my Honda and if I need any future repairs, I'll for sure be going back! Thanks again!

We were in town for a Softball tournament at the end of June and took my sons 2002 Honda CRV in because it was over heating. After an estimate of over $5000 to replace the alternator, a/c compressor and a bunch of other things. We decided not to do more repairs than what the car is worth. We ended up shipping the car back to VA for $1000 and took it to a mechanic we know. It ended up just being the coolant fan that was broken and cost us $120 and my 16 year old son and his friend replaced it.It s a great first car for my son. Running great! Glad I don t live there and have to rely on that place. I called to get my $166 dollars back and was told I wouldn t get it back.They did give us a loaner van that was nice!

I have been using Mile High Honda Service for the past 9+ years to service my cars. In the past I had one bad experience that I went for oil change and car returned without doing any service after an hour. But immediately they jumped into this issue and expedited and resolved the issue in 15 mins.On 20th Oct 23, I had another bad experience that I requested for oil change and tire rotation. But they didnt do tire rotation and they dont even informed the reason why didnt do. I was about to pay the bill and I checked and found the tire was not rotated. When I was enquiring he didnt have proper answer why they didnt do and was telling will send the car again for tire rotation and I have to wait for another hour (Already waited over there for 1hr 30min). He is trying to explain me that bill is excluding tire rotation and If need tire rotation I have to wait for another hour or pay the bill and go without tire rotation. I literally upset with their behavior and came out by simply paying.This is my last service with this people and will not return.Services: Tire rotations, General repairs

Unless you're desperate, don't take your vehicle here for service. They are incompetent and they don't care. The managers do not return phone calls if you have questions or concerns. The only thing they will do reliably is overcharge you and pocket your diagnostic cost without giving you a good explanation.

I have always gotten good service at Mile High. We purchase our cars there and have done business with Mile High for several years. Today was an excellent example of the kind of service we have always gotten. I came in to get an air filter for the cabin and one for the engine. Caryana Warner, an Express Service Consultant got it done very quickly. She was very friendly, very professional, and very expedient! She is a great example of superior customer service. Also, I got a battery for my key and M. Hicks, the Parts person also gave me very friendly and expedient customer service. These two people made my day today!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! 5 hours of "diagnostics" and they did not inspect a thing.Do not bring your car to this service center for any diagnostics. I brought my Honda here and after 5 hours and a $200 bill, I was quoted $1000 fix for my car which was too expensive. After taking my car to another mechanic it turns out that they diagnosed the wrong problem and after fixing the issue it was completely unrelated. These people kept my car for 5 hours and did not even inspect the part they deemed as faulty. This cost me time and money and after calling to get a straight answer I was told they would contact me and 2 weeks later there is radio silence. I would take my car elsewhere this was a scam.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours to get my car. The service people were nice enough but I asked if it's always that busy at noon on a Wednesday. They said yes immediately and that early mornings are better. It would have been nice to let me know that the time I scheduled can be really busy.

Jacob from the service helped me a lot and explained everything in detail when I was making choices. He also gave me a free car wash while I was waiting. I took an Uber to not wait for 2 hours in the service and they reimbursed me. Their service is amazing and I highly recommend!

Went in specifically because my Civic was not consistently starting. They advised that a diagnostic has to be completed. They came up with all kinds of expensive urgent needs and was told there were no issues with my starter, alternator, battery, etc. Unfortunately, I fell for it and got some of the other urgent work done. Naturally, I get my car home and the very next day it doesn t start. Not going back. Complete waste of time.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I've been here several times, and so far, I've had a good experience each time. They haven't tried to upsell or lie about any services, only recommending what I need. Recently, they have added some Louisiana folks come in, and they all have STELLAR customer service. I worked with Kylie before, and she was great! I've also worked with Caryana, Brendan, and Devan lately, and they were all excellent.

My M.I.L. got something in the mail saying she had a Honda Recall and it had some sort of check or something. It sounded fishy but I couldn't see it myself. I called this dealership just to see if there were any open recalls. Even knowing she has never serviced there, they were happy to look up her VIN and tell me. (There were no open recalls). Super friendly. Thanks Mile High Honda!

I wouldn't recommend this dealership for any service. I was from out of town and having a problem with my new accord with the front camera. The service was expensive and unprofessional. I recieved my car back taken apart and not put back together has received before the time of service. Please save the response back (Dealership). I just want people to know what to expect.

This service center has tried to rip me off multiple times. They said my brakes look worn. Took my car to get a second opinion and they showed me the pads. 80% wear. They told me there was a leak and $200 to diagnos it. Second opinion told me it looks like mile high just did a sloppy oil change and the oil is from the bad job. Really sad knowing how many people have probably fallen for this.

Ridiculous wait..2hrs plus for an oil change!! 1st Honda purchase 6 months ago. 2022 crv..Toyota rav4 oil change was 30 to 45 minutes!!! Maybe I should have bought the new rav4!

Being on a road trip and having issuses with my car, they immediately squeezed me in even though it was the 4th of July week. Breaden Lasher was so helpful, called me right back when I had a question, and explained very patiently to me all the details. Thanks for saving my road trip. They didn't even charge anything.

Took my Honda Accord in to have the transmission looked at, get an oil change and tire rotation. They had my vehicle for 4 days. I never received any updates and had to call them multiple times every day. They never did find out what the issue was with my transmission and charged me over $200 for a simple fluid change that did not resolve the major issue. When I got home, I noticed that the "service past due" light was still on and noticed that they did not rotate my tires, but they charged me for it. Over $400 in charges and they did not do any of the services they charged me for. I had to get my car repaired at a REAL mechanic and spent thousands of dollars, because my vehicle needed a lot more than a standard transmission flush/fill. It would have been nice if Mile High Honda had just been up front and told me that they are not equipped to service transmissions instead of wasting my time and money. The fact that they didn't do any of the other services they charged me for is inexcusable! Nobody at the servicecenter returned my calls or responded to email when I tried contacting them. I went in because the tire air pressure light was on in my vehicle. I was quite excited when I came and there didn't seem to be a lot of people. Braeden was very nice and after checking my tire pressure he said they would need to put it on the machine. I was optimistic that it wouldn't take long. An hour and a half later and those who had come after me were leaving i sent a text to Braeden about why it was taking so long for a simple tire leak, I got a message that my car should be ready in 20 minutes. It took 2 hours for a simple air leak in my tire. Very disappointed in the time for such a small thing.

Always crazy good and efficient service. The waiting area is nice and has good coffee. (They always offer a ride anywhere, too.) It is located near a variety of other businesses, so I can often run an errand or two while waiting here.
