Called over after my radio required a PIN subsequent to a battery change. Sales answered my call almost immediately, transferred me quickly to service, who also answered immediately. Super nice guy was happy to talk me through how to find the PIN and was a great communicator! I was very impressed with their customer service and on the basis of that interaction would definitely contact them for additional services if needed!

Excellent customer experience from Luis.We came in on a cold and rainy day to look at an RDX. Luis greeted us warmly and arranged for a test drive right away. While we were waiting Nick, the general sales manager offered us hot chocolate and told us about the culture of the company. We enjoyed the test drive despite the bad weather and Luis made sure we had an attractive offer within minutes of returning to the dealership. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. We decided to wait to look at another RDX that was in transit and Luis was great about calling to check in instead of just waiting until he had a major update. He is very thorough and gave us the best experience. Be sure to ask for Luis when you re there. He s best in class

This is the Place! This is the place where you re going to buy your next vehicle! Don t believe me? Just walk through the door and see for yourself. This is the second time I ve purchased for them, and I can say, without a doubt, they will go the extra mile to get you the car that you want. I can attest to it from my personal experience. A long story short, I had a specific car in mind for what my second purchase would be. After giving them the info, they kept me in the loop on what was going on with that model, and I just drove out with exactly what I asked for. Alex, Robert, Matt and the gentleman from the finance department, your name escapes me right now, but I ll edit you in once it comes to me. Thank you! We couldn t possibly be happier with the whole experience!June 12 2022This one s for the Service Department! Leo and the crew are amazing, and their work is flawless! AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS MY REVIEW IS NOT A "STORY" AS STATED IN THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER. EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED. The dealership totaled my car, tried to hide it for 4 days then I had to do all the work for 104 straight days to get it paid for. Then they tried to offer me $1000 and 3 years free oil changes to not leave reviews.In the pictures you can see my car, that was brought to them with the windows up and fully detailed looked like after their tech let the windows and sunroof open while on the lift and a pressure washer hose broke and filled my car. This happened on 9/1 that afternoon they called to tell me my car wasn't ready yet due to recall work that took priority. They called me on 9/5 to tell me what had happened. The tech they asked to try to clean it up delivered my new car to me and picked up the loaner and told me all about what really happened. You can't see the water well in the photos but you can see the damage. Two screen shots worth of my emails trying to get the damage paid for, and a detailed review of the events that happened, along with a screen shot of the incident report from their dealership.Do not go to this dealership for service or purchase!!!!!

I can t say enough good things about Alex and my experience. I was very unsure and hesitant with what I wanted and what my budget would allow. But he took the time to go through options with me , and I ended up going home with the first car I test drove . I was there for less than two hours . They made it super easy and an all around smooth transaction. No hassle or pressure , just all around good service . I d recommend this spot to anyone . Thank you guys !

Okay, so we all, well maybe not everyone hates buying a new car, but most of is do. With that said I have recently had a wonderful experience working with Alex at Mile High Acura. He was not only a pleasure to work with but also listened and looked at us, understood what we were saying and responded respectfully. I highly recommend Alex a truly helpful salesman.

5/5 buying experience, my dealer David Yang helped me out a lot and even drove an hour away to get documents signed from a family member. the whole process went smooth and i was able to purchase my new 2024 acura integra in a timely manner even with my busy work schedule. if you re planning on purchasing in this location ask for David!!

Brought our RDX to MHA for an insurance claim as the vehicle had been broken into. The driver door latch had been busted open and the cylinder removed. The service associate called us and told us it all went perfect and ready for pick-up. See attached photos. This is what my wife saw when she picked up the car and what their service department felt is repaired. She was told by the service associate, "that's only cosmetic,". Disbelief. They took the cap that had been found in the parking lot where the car was broken into, reinstalled it and called it good.5/25, I received a follow-up call from Acura Service. I appreciate the follow-up and should add that the work that was done allowed the car to be locked again.

My family and me have been taking our cars here for a long time, we live about 2 hours away but find their service to be best out there and very worth the drive.Chris Zimmerman is always a pleasure, along with Steve Fisher. They take very good care of us, even making sure we have a loaner car for when our vehicles need to stay for maintenance. Thank you guys, we appreciate you.I have a 2001 Honda Prelude with decently low mileage that I'm very picky with who works on it. Mason Nolette, my tech, has done an outstanding job working on an old car. The car feels brand new.I would highly recommend this Acura location. They will take good care of you, their service is by far the best I've ever experienced.

The sales part of the transaction was smooth, as anticipated. I purchased a used vehicle, a few weeks after my purchase I noticed a clunking noise, I took it to a local mechanic and they said the struts need to be replaced. The struts are not included in the warranty I purchased (about 1k with parts and labor). It's a little frustrating that I'm having to deal with this issue after only a couple of months of having purchased it. There were a few other things some that I noticed and some that I didn't. I think it's unethical to sell cars without fully making the customer aware of damages/repairs, even if it is being sold "as is".

I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the team at Mile High!!! We bought a certified 2019 RDX from another dealer and 2 months after purchase found out it had a blown head gasket The team at Mile High worked on getting this taken care of since it was still under the manufacturer warranty when we bought it When it was all said and done the entire engine had to be replaced and had it not been for Acura we would have a lemon sitting in our driveway . Steve O Neil in service was so great to work with, he kept us informed through the entire process and we now have our car back with no issues!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for service or a car purchase as they stand behind their product 100%, Thank you MH Acura!!!

Traded in two cars for a used MDX in the middle of last month since my husband and I were moving into the mountains and needed something with AWD. However, when moving day arrived at the beginning of this month, we started having issues with the vehicle at the most inopportune of times since all of our belongings were in the vehicle. We were able to get our stuff to the apartment, but the vehicle died shortly after and we had to pay to get it towed to the service department. At that point, so many bad things had happened in a row that I felt Murphy's Law bearing down on me. However, the service department at Mile High Acura did an incredible job, and the service manager Steve Fisher was phenomenal with helping me at such a stressful time. Highly recommend the service department here, and very glad that Steve was there to help!

Luis helped us out and took us on a test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Nick, the manager was very nice and he took the time to have a chat with us. He was very knowledgeable and objective about his inputs and we some really good insights. They were not being pushy which was a refreshing experience for us. Exceptional customer service!

We completed the purchased an Acura RDX on New Year's Eve 2019. Our Sales Advisor, Matthew Heintz, was patient as we took several weeks to ask questions, do research, then ask more questions. Through it all, Matthew was thorough and transparent, giving us his undivided time and attention whenever we called or dropped by. Needless to say, we are ecstatic and are having an amazing driving experience. Go See Matt!

Was completely blown away by the outstanding commitment to quality and customer service from Leo, the Mile High service team and the Acura corporation. Acura extended the factory warranty to cover a transmission defect and completed a major overhaul at no cost to me. Leo and team diagnosed and took care of the replacements and provided a loaner so we were not inconvenienced at all. Acura and Mile High have earned my business for life !

Definitely a great spot to get a car at! I got a lot of help from this wonderful guy name Reyes! He was excellent with helping me out every step of the way! He made sure to help me in every shape or form to make sure I had a car at the end of the day! Definitely recommend that if you are stopping by ask for Reyes he was amazing and words can t explain how happy I was with the service. Not only that he took the time to acknowledge my situation and made sure I walked out of there with a car. Reyes has great skills and communication with him was great! Great service experience with Adam (service writer) and Sam (tech).Great communication, rental car, prompt service, reasonable price for a dealership, and both Adam and Sam clearly CARE about my car and me. That's pretty rare.I'm a mechanically savvy guy who changes his own oil, etc. But for harder things I find a trusted mechanic / dealership. Typically dealerships have expertise in a specific brand - not all are equal.I had a great experience with brake fluid exchange, coolant exchange, serpentine belt, and troubleshooting a drive-train noise on my 2006 TSX.Highly recommended.

Leo is absolutely the best! I ve had the pleasure of working with him on a couple of different occasions and he always explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand. This past time I came in to get a front license bracket put in and before purchasing the parts he asked if I had checked the back cargo, which I hadn t, so he did and found it, saving me some money. He always has a smile on his face too, great experience working with him each time.
