I have come to service both of our Subaru's here again and again. They have always been honest and upfront. The only time I have ever had an issue the Service department went over and above to 'make it right'. Make sure to watch for coupons as they can make a big change to the prices.

They do a great job. I'll definitely be back. You should know that they charge extra fees for the shop, up to $53, depending on the work they do on your car.

excellent service from everyone there but truly above and beyond is brandon b in the service department. not only does he go to great lengths to be ethical, honest, and explain explicitly what is being done, he s detailed in the associated cost. stellar.

Be extremely careful using their service department. They are in the business of taking advantage of women. Had my mother in law go in for an oil change and they up charged her to $120 and threw away a K&N air filter and replaced with a $50 paper filter.

I purchased a set of three oil changes from the service shop which came with tire rotations at the same time. In two of the three times I had this work done, the lug nuts on my tires were improperly tightened aka not hardly tightened at all. If it weren t for recognizing the issue on my own, one or more of my tires could have flown off the axle, damaging my car and any surrounding vehicles. The shop was remorseful and accommodating after the first instance, but after this second time I know I will not come back for any reason whatsoever.

Excellent service and they got us back on the road right away. They had free lift transportation while my car was being worked on. The service people explained everything and made sure that I knew what the estimate was before committing. I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru for service.

We bought a very nice 2019 Outback here. Loved the service we received. They didn't keep us there for hours like other dealerships do. Hutch helped us test drive and look at different cars, and was very patient and informative. Randon was our finance guy, he was not pushy or anything which was nice. There was a small mistake which required us to sign all the paperwork again, but it didn't take long to fix. Overall, a very good experience.

I brought my car in for a break change not too long ago and when I picked up my car I had to bring it back as soon as I got back home because a million lights turned on. Just recently my car sounds like it's grinding, not only when I break but when I'm actually driving the car. I don't know who worked on my car or what they did but they messed up, a lot. I have an appointment next week to hopefully get this fixed (at no charge) but after that I highly doubt I will ever return to this location to get my car serviced.The customer service team is great, but clearly their mechanics aren't.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

This place is honestly a joke.When you make an appointment, its only to check in and not when they'll start performing the service on your car. We were to have a second key and fob made for our car and were told that1) we didn't have an appointment2) we actually did have an appointment but we needed a different service member3) it would take 90 min instead of whatever they told us when we originally inquired4) to just wait when multiple people had come in after us and left before us after 105 min of waiting (it took over two hours to actually get the keys)5) it was going to cost over twice as much as we were originally quotedNo update on why there was a delay, no explanation for why there was a discrepancy in what we were quoted.Thankfully the assistant manager (Tim?) was able to give us the price that we were originally quoted, but the experience had us questioning if we made the right decision buying a Subaru.

She asked us to leave her a review while we were there and at that time we were completely deceived. Because, in reality Jamie was a terrible salesperson. Pretended to be super friendly while lying the entire time. Said that she could help find insurance. We clearly stated that we wanted full coverage and didn't find out until after the fact that we paid a ridiculous amount of money for liability only. Our fault for trusting her! I do NOT recommend her or Mike Shaw Subaru to anyone! If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, take your business elsewhere! Wish we would have!

Mathias could not have been nicer. I brought my new car in for an issue with my windshield cowl. Mathias and his team not only fixed that, but they also fixed my washer fluid, tire pressure, and did a VIN verification for me. All that, and they still had me in and out in a few hours. When I need my car serviced in the future, I will only be going here. Thank you!

Every time we come here we are treated like we are their only customer! Friendly and bend over backwards to help and answer any questions! Trust is so important along with customer service! They have that and sooo refreshing to find in a business! Have been using them for years! 5 gold stars from us!!

They take good care of my car. I love my subaru it has never given me a problem. Wally in service always is professional and gives me great discounts they are fair and honest. Plus where else are you able to eat snacks drink lattes and make dog tags on their machine for free while waiting for your cr to get an oil change!!

Disrespectful customer service.I scheduled our oil change and recall fix online and didn't receive any kind of confirmation email. I confirmed the day before hand that the appointment was good for Noon. My wife called the day of and was told the appointment was scheduled for 1:45. When checking out, we forgot to use our coupon. We returned 5 minutes later and the service manager refused to refund the difference - just said we should "use the coupon next time".We won't be returning and will go to one of the other many dealerships in the Denver area from now on.

Booked a software recall fix and oil change on line last week online and booked a loaner vehicle. Took the car in for the appointment and was told they were all out of loaners. They paid for a Lyft, but the point of the loaner was so I wouldn't be stranded w/o a car all day. If it was just an oil change, I wouldn't be taking it to the dealership, but I had to due to the recall. I certainly wish they would have had the courtesy to call me with the info of no loaner and I could've made other arrangements. This dealership and service is always very unorganized. The technician was polite and friendly, but that doesn't do anything about my schedule w/o a car.Service: Oil change

for some reason i cant write a review in googles browser but i can here. I has here about 3 months ago bought me and the family the 2021 outback .Tommy Lee was our sales man. He gave us a really really good deal on the car. we were going to get another car but two new cars thats alot of money but now in hinde sight i think of it Tommy was giving us a really good deal for two brand new cars so we just got the outbackWent back like 2 weeks ago since we had such a good experience. Sat down with Tommy again this time my wife was getting a car this time. We never felt pushed We felt like we got to pick what we wanted,well what my wife wanted and drove away with smiles on our faces. I recommend this place highly and will def be buying my teenagers cars here in the futureService: Oil change
