Stupendous Customer Service A+++ Thank You So Much For Helping Me... They Helped what would have been a Terrible Day Be A Wonderful Day. Exited the Freeway with a flat tire - pulled in and instantly Helped Me get the spare on. I was STILL ABLE TO PICK UP ALL MY KIDS on time BECAUSE of their KINDNESS I was Surprised they weren't Busy as they usually Are... Hard to schedule an Oil Change with them. Great team here at this Midas. I ve taken my cars here over the years and my experience is always consistent. I come across to town to come see them. Lorin made my phone and visit so convenient and easy. I am starting to work for a rideshare company and thus needed an inspection. After calling and getting the run around from multiple places, I finally called Midas and got in touch with Lorin. She was so friendly and helpful. I booked an appointment for the next day and my inspection only took about 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and efficient auto work.

Went to this place after another place canceled on me and these guys made sure that they took care of me first thing. Unbelievable staff perfect five star treatment. I recommend everybody Uber Lyft everybody come here along with getting oil changes as well.

Grateful for my experience and the customer service. Didn t have an option on places to go after hitting a hole and blowing my tire. Midas was less than a block away. I had reservations due to the ratings online, but the customer service was amazing and they were very understanding and honest about timing, costs etc John Szalwinski and team were great. I don t do reviews but for this I ll go out of my way. Listen, nobody likes dealing with car issues-it s a drag, it takes time from work life scheduling and most of all money. The customer service at this location is by far the best I ve ever dealt with at a repair shop. That alone made the dreadful dealing with the car issues a better experience. Quality customer service speaks volumes. The entire team especially John is nice, professional, proficient, fast and helpful oh and the work was trustworthy and good. I d go out of my way and give them my business any day. Highly reccomend

I've been getting my car's oil changed at this shop for a while now and it's usually been good. However, my recent visit for an oil change and inspection revealed this shop can't be trusted. Upon arriving, I mentioned a burning plastic smell I began to notice when I would drive for longer distances. This somehow prompted them to recommend an engine flush before even inspecting my vehicle. Despite later discovering this recommendation was premature, I agreed, only to realize it was an unnecessary expense of $70. Following the oil change, they insisted the smell was because I needed my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. I agreed but opted to schedule it for the following week. Shortly after picking up my car, I noticed erratic RPMs and my engine light was on within 10 minutes of driving. When I returned the next day, they dismissed any connection to the oil change and offered an estimate for additional work. Shockingly, I found out my car was driving strange because they hadn't replaced the oil cap. This mistake would have caused severe engine damage within days had the oil began to spill on the engine. So of course after that, I was not going to use them for the brake job.Instead, I visited a shop recommended by a family member where I was informed my brakes were in good condition, with no need for replacement for another 1.5 years and the burning smell turned out to be a melted plastic bag stuck to my exhaust. I STRONGLY advise against choosing this shop for anything, not even a basic oil change. If you want honest work and fair pricing, I highly recommend Clear Choice Automotive, who not only gave me trustworthy advice but saved me over $600.

Great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Lorin who was super polite when I initially called to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Lorin was very welcoming and offered exceptional customer service right when I walked in. They were able to get me in and out very quickly, which is always a perk as well! I specially came in for an Uber inspection and Midas was by far the most cost efficient option. Would highly recommend!!

I have been coming here since I purchased my first car back in May of 2023. They did the initial inspection on the car to move forward with the purchase. Since then I have been using them for oil changes and routine inspections. These guys are efficient, professional, and very good on price. I will definitely continue taking my car here!

Customer service just doesn t seem to be a thing anymore , But Lorin & John at Midas are beyond friendly and helpful. Even the day before when I called Lorin was so sweet and helpful on the phone. I highly suggest this location with these two gem employees. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

Went in for a 9 am appointment. The person that checked me in was nice, the place was clean with comfy chairs. Got my car back 15 min earlier than the estimated time. I will come here again!

Consistently went to this Midas location for over a couple years. Regular oil changes, brakes, and some bigger work such as the a.c. The air conditioning was done July 2022 and it is April 2024, they say they won't warranty the part or their work as the seals are leaking. The compressor works, just the seals are leaking and the manager refused to fix their faulty install. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to spend $2000 on a.c. repairs every other year

There isn't much that feels worse than finding a flat tire the day after a holiday when it is snowing and freezing outside. I called around to over 10 different car service places around town, but should have just started with Midas. They were the only ones that offered me an appointment the next day - everyone else was at least a week out. Then when I got there they were friendly and efficient, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I am so grateful - highly recommend!

Online it showed they were fully booked for the day I was trying to schedule for. I called and Lorin was incredibly helpful with squeezing me in and was very friendly and quick with my appointment. 10/10 would recommend, especially because of Lorin!

I was able to secure a spot for a car inspection the night before thanksgiving obviously not ideal as I hate supporting consumerism on a holiday, but Lorin was AMAZING! She was so friendly, so helpful, and literally had me in and out in 5 minutes. I will 100% come back here for any future car needs due to excellent customer service. As a woman you never know how things will shake out at the dealership for you and I felt comfortable and left super happy. 10 stars for Lorin and this Midas location for having her on board! Holiday bonus perhaps??

I was searching for a vehicle inspection that I was in dire need of but no one in the area would schedule me in.Very grateful I was able to get in contact with Lauren here at Midas. She quickly got me in with Andrew and got me through the inspection in no time. The quality and accommodation I received was the best I could ask from a shop.Highly recommend coming here for any auto needs!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a tire that needed to be replaced. 327 dollars elsewhere and Midas wanted 500. Then wanted to replace both front tires since car is awd but the tires were brand new and I only needed one. Manager double checked and came back and said that only one tire would need to he replaced so that was much better than 1000 for two tires. Had a warranty issue where this should have been covered and manager would not work with me. So I am out of pocket for 500. This place is a ripoff and had I not had paperwork to prove the tires were brand new I would have been out 1000 unnecessarily. Do not trust this shop

This Midas is great. They work my car into the schedule is a walk in every time. I just drop off walk him and pick it up later. They are always honest and ask if I want to use whatever coupon of the month is available when doing services. They also don t push unnecessary service which other shops always do. Thank you Midas Team

I really needed to get my car checked out and this Midas location was amazing. Lorin was able to quickly schedule a next day appointment and was super helpful. ...The customer service was Amazing with Lorin and John. I went in and received a oil change on Thursday and by Saturday morning as I'm going out my engine starts to knock and smell badly so I pulled over and called a mechanic. This was a all day wait , inconvenience to others. When the mechanic came he came with several other mechanics. Words were exchanged and they checked my oil and low and behold the stick was dry and no oil stain at all. Helen Keller,,Ray Charles and Stevie could see this bull. I called midas and they stated I had a leak and the mechanic became emotional and stated he would reachout to the BBB because if I had a leak all the oil wouldn't be completely gone.Long story short I had my car towed in and Andrew contacted me and stated my engine was fine and there was oil in my vehicle. I'm not a idiot and I had three other witnesses that saw there was no oil in my vehicle. He said the loud noise was my serpentine belt and he would put something on it. I believe this was to direct my thoughts elsewhere. Andrew stated when I pick my vehicle up we would take a ride and check things out. That didn't happen and if you saw the environment why ask. So I signed and picked my car up. I pulled over and read the notes and they basically said I lied.i caught the bus for 2 days on a lie.smh..Go elsewhere

Just came in for an Uber vehicle inspection and had a super nice experience. Lauren was super friendly and awesome. The inspection didn t take a long time and was definitely the cheapest I found in Denver. Trust the Midas touch!

This is my favorite location to go to when I need work done and am not sure what s going on with my car. They are great at updating me, uploading pictures explaining everything, and helping me understand what needs to be done sooner than later. I always feel comfortable leaving my car with them!

I originally deleted my first post that I made but now after finding out what Midas did to my vehicle I am warning people to NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! I took my vehicle in for a break change and they recommended to do a coolant flush so I did it and my vehicle kept over heating on me so I kept taking it in so they could fix the issue; I even took it to a different Midas hoping they could do a better job then this location and no they were just doing an even worse job. I called VW and told them everything that was going on and they told me to have it towed to them and they inspected my vehicle and told me the the reason my VW was over heating was because of the water pump . The water pump was perfectly fine before taking it to Midas! Thank god VW is taking care of my baby for me! This car is an investment for me, I hope after reading this people finally stop using their services!
