I love the team at this location! They do great work and always walk me through my options. They're so honest about when work really needs to be completed and what can be held off for a few more months, which is so helpful if I'm in need of multiple repairs and need to prioritize things. Aaron and Andrew are the front are always so friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

I have been to Midas twice. After the wonderful experience we had with my husband s truck, I took my daughter s car there. Not only were they prompt and courteous, they were detailed and fair priced. Aaron was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend to everyone!!

Okay so my car battery was completely gone thanks to the cold weather and needed to be replaced ASAP. Not only did the team replace my battery same day but they kindly stayed after hours for me, checked to see if there were other issues with my car, explained everything going on, and were very patient with me. Big shout out to the manager Andrew for helping me yesterday after AAA failed to help me. They also helped me get an oil change a few days before, if they hadn t been so nice to me I honestly don t know where i would ve taken my car.

I came in a pinch last minute with my steering pump going out while I was getting ready to do a long drive home. Aaron was very helpful from beginning to end of the process. The repairs ended up costing more than I anticipated but he worked with me a plan to get me back on the road safely. I appreciate the time and effort from everyone here.

Aaron Leal and his team managed to get me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I hit a pothole... they helped me with the insurance claim and were exceptional to work with throughout the whole process. Also, they were great about getting updates to me on a regular basis.You guys are so customer friendly... thank you so much for everything!

Aaron and Andrew took really great care of things for me and were awesome/super helpful. Car shops sometimes feel like they re pushing you to do unnecessary work but they re extremely honest with what needs to be done, what can wait, what s not a huge deal, etc. here. Can t say enough good things about them and their shop - car is running great too after getting quite a few things fixed. I m definitely going back to them from now on with any car needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Andrew Davis and the team at Midas when my vehicle faced a broken bolt in the engine block and cooling issues. Andrew and Midas expertise and dedication were truly commendable. They tackled the challenges with precision, addressing the broken bolt and optimizing the cooling system efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Andrew kept me informed about the progress and patiently answered all my questions. It was evident that he valued transparency and prioritized building trust with his customers. The entire Midas team provided excellent customer service making the experience seamless. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Andrew Davis and Midas for their hard work and exceptional automotive service.

Brought my car in for an oil change, which was an excellent price to begin with. Aaron was very welcoming, informative, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service! He also offered a free tire rotation & balance, which was part of the oil change package. I told Aaron I was hearing a clunking sound as well and he said he d check it out for me. He discovered the rack & pinion (that I recently had replaced) was leaking. He took pictures & a video to show me & help me understand what was going on. This is my new spot as I ve had several bad experiences with mechanics recently. Highly recommend this place for all your auto maintenance & repairs. Thanks, Aaron, for excellent service and being honest.

Andrew and the team at this location are magnificent. No issue with getting an appointment and having them walk me through the process of getting work done. Andrew offered options and what would be best suited if we needed help. Overall the service I feel Is 100% and they've done wonderful for all my car's needs.

Went in for a seasonal tire change. They did a full inspection on my car, keeping me waiting for an hour an a half (for a appt I made at opening of the store) and told my I had a leaking strut and was low on coolant. I checked the coolant myself - not low , the picture they attached was of the outside of the coolant tank, which isn t how MINIs show coolant levels- you have to open the cap and look at the min and max. Went to a better shop to get the struts checked out at my next oil change, cause I don t know enough to be sure on what s going on there. Surprise surprise, struts are totally fine (and the other shop confirmed coolant levels looked good). If I had listened to these guys (unasked for) recommendations I d be several thousand dollars poorer with nothing to show for it. Needless to say, not going back.

I ve gone in for service twice in the last two months. Aaron is awesome. I ve been able to schedule Saturday morning appointments but I advise scheduling a week out if possible. Highly recommend and so grateful for Aaron s help.Michael

I honestly never leave reviews but, today I was provided with the all time best around, honest and great Service Aaron L. at Midas on 38th and Sheridan is the go- to -guy! He is so kind, knowledgeable honest and straight forward with service I will only continue to bring my vehicle to be serviced by him. Thank you again Aaron! It's people like you that keep vehicles running and in tact and that also keep people coming back. Thanks again to you and your amazing team Midas!

Discussed the possibility of these guys getting to work on my vehicle. Roughly 200 less expensive than a mobile mechanic with 12k warranty 1 yrTheir service is handy, sticker shock, maybe. I hope to enjoy quality service in the future

I had an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and unfortunately they didn t have enough mechanics to get me in for my oil change. However, Andrew who I believe is the manager of the shop, was able to re-schedule me the next Saturday and hooked me up with a free oil change! Super happy I decided to choose this shop for my oil change because they not only care about maintaining your car, they care about their customer relationships. Andrew is the man and will definitely be bringing my car here the next time I need something done!

Andrew got me in immediately for a brake issue, explained the problem and the solutions, and had the job done by the end of the day. He was honest and upfront about the cost, and helped save some parts that another mechanic told me must be replaced. I definitely will be returning to Midas for Andrew to work on any future car issues.

I got two flat tires late at night and towed it here while they were closed having never been or knowing anything other than what I could learn from google reviews. I called the next morning hoping I could get new tires quickly. Andrew was very helpful and patient with me and hooked me up with some sweet new tires that were ready in less than two days after getting two flats! The service here is top notch compared to other places I ve been to in the past.

I recently brought my vehicle to this Midas for an oil change, which was completed on a quick timeline at an affordable price! However, there was issue worth mentioning that demonstrates how the service manager, Andrew, went above and beyond.After picking up my vehicle, we noticed a scratch in my steering wheel that occurred during the oil change, likely due to a ring being worn and dragging across steering wheel. Andrew went ahead and scheduled a leather repairman to fix this scratch, telling me that the cost was worth retaining me as a customer. I really appreciated this and will be returning, knowing that this Midas stands behind their work.

I had an amazing experiencd at this location, the assistant manager, Aaron Leal, helped me out with the right blinker of my jeep patriot. It had fallen out of place and I was unable to put it back, so I went to midas and they popped it in for me for free. I was in and out extremely quickly and it was a great experience.

Thank you for helping drive away but, there's an issue.I wanted to add something. This photo is 1 month and a week after my service at your location. This is the second tire that was installed. The other one I replaced already. I drive for a living and I just want to know why Is it that your location has done this? Given me tires that have shredded so quickly? When I called about this, Aaron mentioned that he doesn't believe that you guys actually performed this. However, I arrived at your location on 11/22/22 with two popped tired and drove away with 2 new tires and was charged over $300.These supposed NEW tires were not new but I was charged as new!! This is am enormous red flag and further more, it looks like you guys seized the tie rod and bolt connector? I will never go to you again. Fire your mechanics because I need to buy an entirely new left tie rod component.

Midas on 38th and Sheridan is definitely the most reliable place for any and all car needs. The entire team working there is super helpful, kind, and extremely quick. They're the best place to go when you're in a pinch, or for a routine check-up.

This place was the best auto service shop I ve ever been to. They do a free full inspection (with photos!) when you get your oil changed. They are pros.Aaron helped me out, and he rocks!! Very smart and knows what he s doing.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to this Midas for most repairs and our oil changes for the past two years, and we are extremely please with their service. Multiple times we have brought our car in for something and they have fixed it for free because it was such a minor repair or they told us that the price was lower than expected after quoting us a price. We feel that they are very honest at this Midas and will continue bringing our cars back to them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Oil change
