Shawn and his team are AMAZING! Came in for an oil change and had me out in less than hour. Mechanic was though and patient with all my questions. Incredible customer service!

A regular oil change is usually not approximately $100. When asking for a regular oil change. Choosing the most expensive option should be the customer s choice. Also, I have had a slow leak for two weeks requiring me to add air until I could get in for an appointment. Being told there is no leak tells me it was not checked. Very frustrating. Paid I ve $1500 on second vehicle for new brakes only to experience the same problem requiring me to take the vehicle back to the store. No explanation as to what occurred. 3 months later, brakes has a grinding feeling again.To be fair, I have been a customer here for over a decade and has always received excellent service. The last year of service has convinced me to find a new company to service my vehicles.

Always going above and beyond. This morning, I had scheduled an oil change for my car. Ended up with a new windshield wiper for my wife's car as well without any additional worries! This team is the best I've worked with. I can always trust their judgment and willingness to ensure my car is taken car of.

I had a great service experience with Midas! The team was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job on my vehicle. Shane got my car done in the expected time frame, and there were no surprise charges. Plus, the price point was great compared to other places I ve tried in the area! I ll absolutely be coming back to Midas for my next service :)

Best Service! Sean was able to get me in quickly after my appointment down the street was abruptly canceled. They were extremely fast in patching my tire and everyone there was very helpful. Definitely coming back for any future car troubles!

Honestly the best place to take your car! I had gone to a different place for my last oil change and was told I needed to get other things on my car fixed. Midas told me they d take a look at it, and they told me the truth that it was in fact great condition. The first place I have felt like will tell me the truth about my car! PLUS they offer cheap oil changes!

They are great! I had an emergency this morning when my car wouldn t start and I was panicking. However, Shane was really great and helped me out and gave me a diagnosis on my car quickly and professionally. He was very nice and put my mind at ease, and I will always be appreciative.

This location has very friendly and efficient staff. They also have several military veterans working there which is appreciated. The entire team were welcoming and were able to replace my tires using my insurance very quickly. I recommend this location!

I took my car to a transmission shop where they diagnosed a faulty TMS and mentioned it's a straightforward fix. However, they don't handle electrical work/programing, so I was directed to another shop. I contacted Midas, who initially agreed to take on the repair. After dropping off the car and requesting a quote, they confirmed the TMS issue the next day. However, they then informed me that they lacked the necessary programming expertise and suggested taking it to the dealership. Despite this, they later mentioned the possibility of bringing in someone for the programming. This uncertainty made me uneasy about their capability to complete the job correctly, so I decided to retrieve my vehicle. When my wife went to pick up the car, they attempted to charge $200 for the diagnostic. In my experience working at a shop, we never charged more than $100, especially when the client was already aware of the specific issue with the car.Should have taken it to the dealership to begin with.

Ever been to a car repair shop (especially a chain) where you felt the people working there were honest, cool, and treated your vehicle with respect?! Well, if you haven't, then switch over to this Midas! I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation (which is automatically included with each oil change) on my 4Runner, and my man Sean hooked me up with a deal even after I mistakenly brought in a coupon for a competitor, haha. My appointment was at 10:30, and they had the vehicle done in less than an hour. They made some recommendations on some things that could be fixed and worked on in the future, but did not pressure me to perform any other work on this particular day. I've taken my vehicles here since I moved to Denver back in 2017, and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Honest mechanics. Took my car by the shop for an oil change, and Marcus and Andrew call me back and let me know my current oil is still looking great for the car. Didn t charge me a dime. Tough to find reliable trustworthy shops sometimes, but these guys have always been straight shooters! Thanks gents!

Took vehicle in 1st of Jan for oil change antifreeze leakInitial inspection report confirmed no other damage besides body work not related to this, and bald tiresI was provided link to this which so much time has passed they forgot or just don't care but have gone in and added damage they caused to claim was already thereThey charged me 1750.00 for a new thermostat and claim the issue of car to be timing chain now but hold no responsibility even though they've claimed it to be engine seals, air intake, pistons, fuel sensor.Have had my car for 4 months now and towed it to the l dealership and informed me after the fact and have since then walked away from.I can't even get a hold of anyone let alone get answers to anything except denying responsibility and falsifying documents to cover their tracks now because they know the only thing I can do is sue them....Highly doubt there's a new thermostat even in the car either so would have had better luck letting someone take a sledgehammer to the engine and say they serviced

Wow! These guys were all over it.I came in needing new tires and an oil change. I left with new tires (exactly the tires I wanted) and an oil change.No big deal, right? Wrong.The tire warranty is wildly good: look it up. It was done quickly. And I saved a ton on them - thanks, Marcus!The mechanic, Scott, got everything done quickly and well. More importantly, his inspection of my truck was thorough, and then characterized properly. I know about a certain issue that is endemic to my make/model of truck, and that my truck has this issue. He saw it, pointed it out, and let me know that it's something that I might eventually need to fix, but that I was okay to keep driving for now. He also mentioned that I'm close to due for shock aborbers, showed where shocks were leaking, and described exactly the ride characteristics I'd been experiencing. And that it's something that I can do whenever.In other words, I learned what I need to do soon, as well as what I can put off; and no one tried to pressure me into doing work I didn't need. That's amazing. I'll get that stuff done, and I'll come back to have Scott to do it.This is an honest garage doing really good work. That's hard to find. I'm now bringing my sweetheart's truck this week.

The staff at this location is very helpful. I've been there a couple of times. On one occasion I went to a supplement store next door and my car wouldn't start. The staff at Midas helped me start my car, it really made my day.

Giving it two stars since the shop staff were at least friendly. I brought my 2020 Jeep Cherokee in since the engine light came on. I went to pick it up after it was done (I paid $185) for them to say it was just an Evap leak and the gas cap was loose. My car doesn t have a gas cap and the engine light was still on. They said to come bring it back and I did, a different guy then said that they don t have the tool to do the diagnostic on my car so whatever they said to me the first time around was a complete lie.

Marcus has been absolutely incredible during a difficult repair process for me. He is very honest and kind, especially in dealing with nuances of economics and insurance. He has gotten my quote down on multiple occasions and I firmly plan on sticking with him and Midas for anything else I need going forward.

I have never given an auto shop five stars, but the Midas location on South Colorado Boulevard deserves it. I wasn't upsold on unnecessary services or products, and the kind folks there helped me with seeking help when the job went beyond their ability. I'm glad that I chose this shop.

Mar 14, 2024Updated reviewI got a pesky "check engine" light showing on my dash and I went to Midas on Colo Blvd. Shawn Culton was behind the counter and Shawn & his team took care of everything for me. While waiting for my car, I couldn't help but notice the strong customer service ethic at this store. All the Midas employees worked together to help their customers. I definitely recommend this store for your automotive needs. Say Hello to Shawn for me !!!!*****************************************************I got the *Midas Touch* today !!!I needed a new muffler and was sooo happy with the service I received from the Midas crew on Colorado Blvd including Drew, Carter & Ken . If you have any kind of protection on your car, third-party extended warranties, do not go to here. They will lie and give they will give you miss information, and call you a liar! They will force you to miss work your children to miss school all because they only have one technician to work on all of their cars.How am I supposed to know you re understaffed? Why would I leave my car for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of no idea! (he literally had no idea after having my car all day it was not even looked at)Marcus tried to make me feel bad for being a customer.Shame on you, Marcus and find an and find a new line of work cause you re obviously miserable and I m going to corporate on you.

Midas has been amazing to us! The manager there, Marcus, has put together such a great team that is knowledgeable and honest. We are always skeptical going into auto shops, but whatever the opposite of ripping people off is, that s what they do.

This location has a great group of guys working both in front and in the back. I personally want to give a shout out to the counter employee, Shawn. He was great and really helpful in every way possible he s very knowledgeable and I recommend anybody To see him. Great experience and great work overall. No complaints here.

It was Friday afternoon and I noticed a nail in one of my tires. I immediately drove to the tire shop down the road where I bought them and tire-repair was included. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk said they had to setup an appointment for me on Monday. Are they kidding me? Instead of letting the tire leak for 3 more days, I then drove to Midas. Andrew was able to take my car in for a free repair. By the end of the day, my car was in good shape and drivable again. I was very grateful and will take my business to Midas when I am due for new tires.Service: Tires

I was really disappointed with my experience today. They were running a BOGO sale on tires, and I ve been needing mine changed so I figured this would be a great time. Through their website, I was quoted roughly $350 in TOTAL. I thought of course this was a great deal, so I booked an appointment. When I got to the shop, I was told that the tires I wanted weren t in stock, and that the website was a nationwide website and didn t know their in-store stock so it wasn t reliable (even though I had specifically chosen that store). So i thought, OK, that s fine. Things like that happen and if it s a corporate website it s going to be out of their hands. I was open to hearing a new quote with different tires. I stood around for several minutes while the rep typed up my new quote, and when he showed it to me it was $735. Over DOUBLE what I was originally told. I showed the representative my original quote and asked for an explanation, and he said something along the lines of oh well these other tires are better . He said the $735 STILL INCLUDED the BOGO discount. That was simply ridiculous to me. I wish I had taken a photo of the quote I was given in person because I still can t comprehend what could possibly be causing this difference. The only disclaimer on the email was that All estimates related to a current promotional offer will be valid through the expiration date. All other pricing will be valid through 12/01/2023 . I felt like I had been tricked into coming into the shop on the hopes that I would just agree to whatever price they threw at me. A bait and switch. I left that shop and won t ever come back.

I went here after I found a leak in my garage and they said that it was just a problem with the windshield fluid lines. admittedly they didn't charge me for this information but 3 days later when my car overheated and I come to find out that I had engine coolant leaking in 3 DIFFERENT PLACES i was not happy, $6200 repair and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
