My first time wasn t a great experience. I was due for a 40 K service and called four different MB specialists, including this shop and the one I usually go to in Boulder. Was told I needed a transmission flush on top of a 20 K service quoted at $2800 and only 1800 at MBClinic. And the clinic looked up my van and based on the service intervals, they also confirmed I needed to B service plus the transmission flush. Since the $1800 was less than I was quoted at three other MB Sprinter specialty shops, I thought this was a great savings and worth driving all the way from Boulder and killing a day waiting for this to be completed. When I arrived, they couldn t find my appointment, which had been confirmed. Then they weren t sure they could get my van in their garage because there s an AC unit on it. Which is kind of surprising since most sprinter vans have something on the roof. Ended up that worked out. When they finished my van, they told me I wasn t due for the B service until 50 K, including the transmission fluid flush and basically only needed an oil change. While I guess I should ve been happy to know if the Shell out at all that money, I wasn t sure to trust them on the recommended service interval, given I can see online with the intervals are in for shops told me I needed the services, including MBClinic. So I was left to wonder if they really just wanted to get me out of there since they screwed up my appointment and didn t actually complete the services that were due. Not the end of the world although I could ve just gone to my usual shop in Boulder if all I needed was an oil change. I could even do it, myself, which I have done. The real kicker was the charge for an oil change was over $400 which is $135 more than I ve ever paid, and even more than the dealer. I guess the moral of the story is I tried to save a few bucks and ended up with a disappointing experience and won t return and can t recommend.

I needed to break away from the dealership to get my Mercedes C350 serviced and I had been driving by MB clinic for many years and finally had a reason to use them. Connor was a knowlegable pro and he helped me prioritize the things that needed to be done with my car. The service costs and timetable were communicated honestly and thoroughly. I will be going back.

MB clinic was professional from the get go, and a pleasure to work with. MB clinic fixed my car issues for less than half of what I was quoted at the MB dealership. I d highly recommend them to any MB owner!

I love going to MB Clinic for my Mercedes!! They have the best prices and do a great job! They also have loaner cars! It s a pleasure to work with Meghan everytime! She is very professional and knowledgeable!

I am very impressed with Connor and his team's integrity and customer service. They did a great job on my Sprinter's B service and fixed my front parking sensor issue for less than 10% of what the dealer had quoted me. MB Clinic is my go to repair shop for my Mercedes S550. The service is great and somewhat less expensive than the dealerships. First time visiting the MBClinic for a standard B-service and I couldn't be more impressed. I primarily worked with Connor during my visit but it's clear the entire team here is efficient and knowledgeable. My car was thoroughly inspected and the service was completed much faster and at a way better price than I ever expected. I'm pretty sure my car has never run better either! The shop also offers recommended work for your car but doesn't pressure you to get it done like you'd see at most dealerships. It's clear this shop cares about delivering the best experience to their customers and I'll definitely be taking my Mercedes back every time!

Another positive experience at the MB Clinic! Put my C-class in for an A service and replace a parking light, simple enough, they replaced a turn signal light, not the parking light, bulb is still out, still get message on dash. Also now have a 3-inch cut on a seam on the seat cushion that wasn't there before I put car into shop

My brakes were making a high pitched squealing noise so I took my car in to get checked out. Connor was super friendly and helpful, they got my car checked out in about an hour. They were totally upfront about everything and let me know that my pads still had another 6-10k miles left before they needed to be replaced, and they didn't charge me a single dollar to get it inspected! A lot of shops out there would have taken the opportunity to charge me for work that didn't need to be done, but not these guys. I really appreciated the honesty, I will definitely be back when my Mercedes does need maintenance. Thanks guys!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MBClinic, Inc!!!!After setting an appointment for an oil change with Mercedes Benz of Denver which was a week out I ran into a gentleman at a nearby gas station who happen to be wearing a mechanics uniform with a Mercedes logo on it. We began talking Mercedes and I told him I needed an oil change immediately but had to wait a week due to scheduling. He advised that I check out Mercedes Benz clinic around the corner as they might be able to fit me in so I did just that. Upon my arrival to a parking lot full of Mercedes my first impression was that they were incredibly busy and wouldn't have time to see me any time soon. I walked in and received an immediate warm greeting from the manager, Megan whom I began to converse with regarding my dilemma. She confirmed that indeed they were busy however they would be able to squeeze me in if I could get it done immediately which i enthusiastically accepted. She said it would take an hour and a half.......they got it done in 45 minutes! I paid, gave my thanks, exchanged a few laughs and was on my way. I canceled my appointment with MB of Denver shortly after. The facility is clean, organized, the staff is proficient, pleasant and the mechanics are top notch.....by the way my car is a 2019 Obsidian Black Mercedes-AMG C43 Sedan........thanks Megan and crew. These guys are scam artists. I contacted this Service center about my car that wouldn't start. Conner let me know it would cost $200 to test and let me know how much the repair would cost. Today I get a new estimate for another $400 and a new electrical test. I decided to just pick up the vehicle since this is 3 times what I was originally quoted. Get to the shop to pick up the vehicle and the bill is $525 with their discount. Get in the car and the tire pressure light is on now. I go back I as Conner to if he could take a look at it and he comes out side and says You already got your car, I don't work for you. So I ask oif they normally return vehicles with new issues. Save your self the run around go to another service center.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences since I started bringing my 2010 Sprinter to MB Clinic. The van was in need of some TLC and through a couple of visits, MB clinic identified and fixed all the issues. Megan has been so helpful that she has even replied to on going maintenance questions and questions about MB recalls. I wouldn t think of going anywhere else.

Had an unexpected repair needed while on vacation in Denver. Several friends referred me to MBClinic and I now see why. They got me in immediately, were very communicative throughout the repair process, and got me back on the road quickly to make the 1000 mile trip back home.
