Schedule an appt for oil change and service advisor went over everything with me that was suggested. She answer all my questions for the additional services, that helped me make a good decision for what needed to be done. The time frame for everything that was done was shorter than what I expected. Everything was acceptable.

Schomp Mazda service is always super helpful and on the ball! I'm happy to bring my new Mazda to them to take care of it. The videos they send of the work are excellent and informative.

Very accommodating, they've always been able to find a relatively quick appointment for me when I've needed it. I like that before they do anything I get a video from the mechanic showing me what they're recommending and explaining why. From there I can pick and choose which services I want to move forward with. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and professional.

This Mazda service center has always treated me well. Everyone is friendly and willing to go out of their way to help whenever there is a problem. The technicians always send a video of your car during the inspection and explain what services are recommended, but they are never pushy if you decline the service.

I have had my cx-5 serviced at Schomp Mazda for the past 8 years. Every time the communication is clear, the services needed as explained (and shown to you through a video), and service cost is fair.At my most recent visit Joseph was my service rep, and he went above and beyond to help me understand and triage what services I needed immediately vs could wait. Would love to work with Joseph again!

I brought my 2024 CX-5 Turbo Signature in to have tint installed and buy a set of all-weather floormats.Tyler was extremely helpful with bringing it in, communicating when it would be good to pick it up, and making sure everything was ready.He also was very kind and patient, when I thought I was having a mechanical issue, that turned out to be a locked window that was slightly down.

We are traveling from California to Illinois and our back window was broken into overnight in Denver. We stopped by in the morning and they patched up in 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! We are very grateful.

I'm very thankful for the wonderful service I get every time I come here, I know you spend more money coming straight to the dealership but, I find it worth it for me and the car itself. I bought my first new car with This specific Mazda dealer back in 2017 and it s still running well with no issues. I am very pleased with the customer service and care my CX5 receives. They above and beyond with providing me with a video of my engine and other areas of my car and point out/ explain what I m seeing. The information they provide me is always helpful and appreciated. Joseph, my service advisor was extremely nice and his communication through out my appointment was great. By the way, I love my Mazda CX5!Service: Auto maintenance

I was going to travel over 500 miles and during a routine oil change and the Schomp team for 2 issues that needed to be addressed. They scheduled me as soon as possible and I safely got on the road. Very responsive, courteous service. They offer a loaner vehicle while doing work on your car, which is very helpful if you only have one car. Would definitely recommend them!

I ve a pretty much always had a positive experience at Schomp Mazda for service and sales, but the last time I was there was definitely 5 star. I worked with Shay and the communication was great and she really went above and beyond!! Highly recommend her and the team at Schomp

Absolutely amazing. Quick. Easy. Pain free. From getting the best price on our trade ins to how quick and smooth the rest of the transaction went. We got a Mazda for my wife in early September and we had such a good experience that I went back and got one for myself. We worked with Scotty both times and let me tell you, that man really cares. He s not just another salesman. After everything gets signed you meet up with DeeRay who will walk you through EVERYTHING about the car, answer any questions you have, help you make any adjustments, all while having a huge smile on his face having fun. We have 2 brand new cars now so we won t be in the market for a bit but I have been recommending friends to there since we left the SECOND time. 6/5 stars

I just had the worst experience from this service center after spending 807$. The issue I addressed wasn't worked on and after service I had to pay extra for the problem I addressed at first. .Paid labour about 635 to get thatI was very clear.

I ve had my Mazda for 2 years now and I ve had nothing but great experiences here. The customer service is top notch! I love that they send you videos of your car when you get an oil change or other maintenance. Recently my car battery died and after taking my car in it was replaced and fixed in less than 4 hrs! I will always recommend this dealership and look forward to giving them my business.Service: Auto maintenance
