My truck started leaking brake fluid and the brake light was flashing, I was so nervous to bring it somewhere because my truck is my baby. Jesse and the entire team at Maple Garage took care of everything so quickly and easily, they showed me I had nothing to be nervous about! Jesse and the entire team were kind and courteous as well as very thorough. They fixed my truck in only 4 hours. I appreciated that they added the inspection fee towards the total charge. One of my favorite garage's to have ever taken my vehicle to. Not only was Matt and his team always just a phone call away when I had a question or needed to make a quick appointment but they are incredibly honest, helpful, and prideful in the work they do. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here, this shop is a must and you and your vehicle will be so stoked that you did.

Jesse and his team are great! I had a warning light pop up on my car and he was able to fit me in last minute to quickly diagnose the issue and fixed the issue in just 15 mins at no cost. I m getting my alignment and oil change done there tomorrow just because of how patient Jesse was with me when I asked lots of other questions about my car, how accommodating they were to fit me in, and how cared for they made me feel even though I didn t end up needing more than just some air in my tires and it was a free visit. Will definitely be back!

I ve been coming here for oil changes and the service is always amazing. When my car broke down Jesse made sure to help me out right away and fixed my car entirely for a good price. Every-time I come in I hope he s there because he s genuinely such a good person and him and the crew are probably the only ones who actually care about their customers in denver. 100% recommend getting your car seen here.

TLDR; shop forgot to tighten my oil drain plug, performed a service I didn't want, and questioned my integrity to my face to where I wouldn't be comfortable returning.I had a disappointing experience at Maple Garage. I took my car in for a tire balance and was unexpectedly told I received a "free" oil change because they mistakenly drained my oil. This was frustrating since I had just changed my oil using high-quality Mobil1 full synthetic oil with a BG oil stabilizer. When I requested compensation for the $26 can of additive I had just used , the employee questioned my integrity, repeating "how would I even know if you're telling the truth." When he finally gave me a new can of additive, he still acted as if I was ripping him off. I never received any apology or compensation for having my brand-new expensive oil drained and my car filled with cheaper oil.Despite this, I decided not to leave a negative review until I discovered a significant oil puddle under my car. Dreading trying to convince a business who doesn't trust their customers that my car didn't have a leak before visiting them and had a pretty bad leak now (we know how that would've gone), I got under the car and found the issue. They forgot to tighten the oil drain plug; I could spin it with my fingers. There is a good chance I would've had full engine failure if this plug came the rest of the way loose.This series of mistakes, combined with their dismissive attitude and failure to acknowledge their errors, made it the worst mechanic experience I've ever had.

Went in yesterday in desperate need of help with changing my battery out, it s a bit more difficult on my car than most. Jesse & the guys in the shop helped me right away! I really appreciate it. You get to sign off on everything beforehand so you know what you re being charged. I just moved here & didn't know where to go for help, but I definitely found my spot now. Thank you guys!

I've been using Maple Garage for over 3 years now and have only had great experiences with these guys working on my vehicle and I should've written this review years ago. However yesterday when I brought in my new vehicle in for an oil change and inspection I left with a damaged rear air suspension that left my car practically un-drivable. After returning and discussing the issue with Jeremy they took responsibility for the damage caused when taking the vehicle off the lift and made the situation right by replacing the damaged air shock. Not only did they do the right thing by replacing the shock that had been damaged they also replaced the drivers side shock to ensure that this issue never happens again. Maple Garage is run by some truly outstanding people who care about their customers and do the right thing, by far the best service I've had in Denver. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stand-up mechanic!

Tough review but I think it s relevant. About 2 years ago I brought my car in for new breaks. If it was just based on the breaks it d be 5 stars, but in the process of fixing my breaks they managed to leave a huge crack in my dashboard. Jeremy was actually very apologetic and offered to replace it. At this point I d say 4 stars I understand mistakes happen. Fast forward to today and the replacement dashboard hasn t held up well, but the huge issue is that I tried to sell my car. No dealership will touch it(I tried 4) because the vin on the replaced dashboard doesn t match the rest of the car. Just a huge inconvenience. But at least they re nice

Friendly & knowledgeable people- Jeremy and now Alicia, too. Great and fair prices! How often can you say that about a car mechanic? I found Maple Garage from a Groupon for an oil change four years ago. From then on they became my go to for all my car maintenance and repair. I like how Jeremy explains things to me and can tell he s being honest and fair. He lets me know my back brakes are going to need to be replaced, but that I can wait for the next oil change. That gives me time to prepare. It was time for an oil change last week- with their synthetic oil it s every six months or 6000 miles, whichever comes first. I hadn t driven the 6000 miles yet but they wanted to check it out. The oil was not ready for a change, so they didn t change it!! Yes! That s what I mean by fair. I can tell when someone is trying to sell me something, but it really doesn t feel like that here. They re family owned, take care of me and have the best prices. I can t say enough good things about them.

I stopped in to get my tires rotated and changed out. I explain what I need. It seem like the guy was going to get me in, but he told me oh I don t have time for that. It may be takes an hour at the most. I am boycotting that business.

On July 22 2021 Maple Garage installed a serpentine belt on my 2014 Subaru Outback. On July 24 2021 said Subaru Outback was being driven in Ocala Florida and said serpentine belt was in pieces causing the vehicle to become inoperable. The location that the vehicle died in was filthy, full of used heroine needles, 97 degrees and unsafe. We were stuck there with our 6 year old daughter and two elderly dogs. In order to not be trapped in said location the car had to be towed to Ocala Subaru, and an Uber was used to travel to the dealership as well.July 16th 2021 the Ocala Subaru inspected the vehicle and they stated that the serpentine belt was installed incorrectly. We spoke with Matt at Maple directly after and I told him the best outcome is that they pay for the repairs. He agreed that they should pay.Long story short damage from the belt caused engine combustion failure and it is blown. We are out minimum 15K +. This caused my family hardship and we essentially lost a day of our first vacation in over a very tough year. I am seeking relief now for all the inconvenience and financial hardships my family went through.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I want to start this review by mentioning that we ve taken our car to Maple for years. We briefly switched over to Christian Brothers but decided it was best to switch back to supporting small and local after the pandemic affected so many small businesses.This past Tuesday, we took our 2014 Subaru Outback in to have it serviced and inspected to ensure it would be in good working order for a long drive as we were moving and stopping for a quick family vacation on the way. The mechanic called and recommended that we replace the serpentine belt, and without question, we trusted that they would handle this with professionalism. We agreed to the repairs and $800 worth of work.Four days later on Saturday, our car broke down on the highway. While I 100% understand that no one is perfect and mistakes are sometimes made, we were stranded with no rental car companies or mechanics that were near our location. Our only option was to have the vehicle towed to the dealership that was 6 miles away, thus incurring over $110 in tow bills.On Monday morning the dealership called to go over the issues with the car stating the pulley system worked fine and all the hoses were in good working order. Diagnostic: improper belt placement.We called the shop and spoke with Matt. We asked for nothing other than the cover of the repairs. Even though they set us back DAYS and left our teenagers stranded at the airport because we couldn t get to them to pick them up. We were not unreasonable with a request for the final repair, which was $321. They only refunded us for the cost of the belt which is really unfair considering the insurmountable amount of money we ve spent/lost due to their faulty work. They lack professionalism and accountability.We care about our neighbors so we would like to be as transparent as possible so you do not make the same mistake we did. It s unfortunate when you try to support local with a lack of accountability.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

It saddens me to knock this rating down - I've been a long time customer of Maple and have taken multiple vehicles to them because I used to trust them. However when the brake caliper on one of my vehicles fell off on the freeway causing the vehicle to loose ALL brakes at 60+ mph right after they did work on it, I m lucky my loved ones are still alive. I cannot exaggerate how catastrophic the consequences could have been and the shop was less than empathetic. They did look at the vehicle and correct their dire mistake, but not without causing even more distress.

Again, I can't express enough how much I appreciate Maple Garage.I first sent my truck in there to get it looked at and worked on and the guys there had my truck in and out the same day.So I now felt comfortable enough to send my wife to take her vehicle to Maple Garage and the same customer service came from them gentleman.The most important thing for me was their honesty! I tell you guys it went 1,000,000 miles with me,,,and their customer service,how reliable and fast they are. The guys at the front desk were very polite and very professional gentleman.I highly recommend the community to not only take their vehicles to Maple Garage,, and if not just stop by get to know these gentlemen.

I will only be going here now for any car service needs. Please don t waste your time going to a dealership. Matt is a pleasure to work with at Maple Garage. I took my Jeep in here today to get a second opinion. I was recently quoted $1600 by AutoNation for parts/labor to replace a worn sway bar. Matt took a thorough look/test drive of my Jeep and told me that a new sway bar is in fact not necessary. Thanks Maple Garage

Now my husband gets his car serviced there too. Friendly, trustworthy guys and fast service and they always work to get us on the schedule. Would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone. My little sister took her vehicle to the shop sometime last week. They overcharged her and quoted her slightly over $1200.Shortly after getting the car back it s now stalling & shaking. They told her she d have to wait over a week because they were booked and busy. Although, she is already an established paying customer.My little sister is all the way in Denver by herself stranded with no vehicle and even less money than before and the car is not properly functioning right.Do yourself a favor and send your family loved ones elsewhere

I recently moved from Denver and I honestly miss this shop and the people within it. They are incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful, incredibly knowledgeable. They worked so hard for me to get me the best options, prices, and work on my timeline. They educated me on what my car needed and why, and never pressured me to do what felt uncomfortable or unmanageable. I truly became good friends with this crew and they were always so welcome. They remembered my dog's names and random things I'd mention to them whenever I'd stop in. I love a business that is not only excellent at what they do but add to the community. Would give 0 stars if possible. Incredibly unhappy that a) they massively overcharged for an oil change and b) tried to convince me to replace perfectly good brakes. Brought my car in for a routine oil change and also mentioned that my brakes were a bit squeaky. They charged $170 for an oil change (way too much!) and left the inside of my car grimy and greasy. They told me that I needed to replace pads + rotors for $800, which I thought was suspicious given I'd had brakes replaced in August. I did not consent and took my car to get other opinions. The next auto shop told me I had 8mms on my brakes and they were no where close to needing to be replaced.
