Have I already reviewed Maaco, I just wondered? If I have, let me do it again. This is the best place to take your car. The staff is so nice and helpful. So communicative and easy to work with. They get the job done fast and well. We worked with Zack this time and he was amazing but so is everyone else in our previous experiences. Highly recommend.

My 05 Tacoma was in rough shape from hail damage and paint peeling off. I spoke with Trevor and he came up with the perfect solution- bed liner my truck! It solved both issues and it looks great. I just picked it up after being out of town for a while and I'm impressed with the end result. Trevor even arranged secure storage at his shop for me and told me about a 6 month interest free line of credit through Synchrony which I used to pay for the work. Jennifer was great keeping me updated on the job and they had it done in a week. Bill who did the job even added his personal, artistic touch to the hood with a nice gloss black and grey. I shopped around and this MAACO had the best price and time frame and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them and I am very picky. Maaco helped me bring my mustang back to life. The company I took it to for its initial paint job not even two years ago let me down but Maaco has saved the day. I haven t been able to let this car go because it was a gift from a dear friend. Check out the before and after. I highly recommend Maaco on Colfax. Service: PaintingService: Painting

I m sure Maaco prides itself on providing great service to their customers, however in my case that was not what happened. I communicated about painting a single body part. Estimate was give , part was dropped off. Extreme notice was given that I needed to either present the vehicle for review of the paint color or cut away a piece of the damaged part so they could color match.I left the facility thinking that they could not proceed and would not proceed until I returned with the part and could validate the color/door sticker paint code. I was rear ended 3 nights after I dropped the part off and pivoted to getting the car repaired through another claim and forgot about the part at Maaco.They called over a month later and asked me to come pick up the bumper. When I arrived it was painted, even after the technician said they could t without seeing the vehicle or a part of it. They claimed they could not find my phone number (on the paperwork/quote sheet) to ask about it. They sure found me when they needed it picked up (w we had to Google you ??). Very poor customer service and worse communications. Beware.I had no desire to pay for a body part that had already been replaced via another claim. I wasn t able to return the part because it was now painted and didn t have budget to pay for a paint job that shouldn t have happened. Call them often to ensure your service is consistent with your expectations.

They quoted me 2 weeks and finished in 3 days...and it looks GORGEOUS!3 excellent customer service experts on the day of my visit, but only Jennifers name was on the business card.GREAT JOB team, thank you for your beautiful work and top notch communication.Your experts fixed the GIANT holes in the Blizzard Pearl Toyota factory paint job perfectly.They even got the windshield out and back in without breaking it!If only we had a 6th star!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My well-used granny car got side-swiped in Moab and needed big repair - see before and after pics. This Maaco is in my old neighborhood and when I couldn't get any local body work for months, a friend recommended I call William and he got me right in! We looked a options to get me near my budget, and his crew did an amazing job. AND he preserved my bumper sticker collection, and cleaned the inside of my car. Now THAT'S good service. The best body shop in Denver.They always finish before they tell you, they never change the prices on you, and they are just honest.Trevor is great.Maaco isn t the cheapest body shop around but the prices are reasonable and the quality of the work is high.

When I arrived for an estimate they told me a different thing than what they did with my car. They delivered it to me super dirty on the inside, with scratches everywhere, and they did the job poorly. I'm not satisfied. It was a bad decision to take it there. Be careful with this location.

Great shop, they will bend over backwards to help make your vision complete. For me, this was a personal project on an old car where attention to detail was needed, so I can t say enough good things. Maaco has painted 8 cars and a motorhome for me. Trevor and Will have been great to work with and always accommodating. I bought my car through Carvana and was sent here to fix some cosmetic scratches. Only 3 scratches. And after a week I come back to pick up the car, it was in worse condition, more scratches. They did a horrible job on my car. They offered me to leave the car there for another few days so they can fix it. But the problem is I don t trust them after seeing how they did my car. Plus, I need the car to go to work and going through rental progress is a pain in the a**. There is nothing I can do about it to be honest. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Don t waste your time and your money here.Service: Painting

Wow .Where do I begin????? Let start with DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/SHOP, THE WAY YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN .WILL NOT BE THE SAME WAY YOU GET IT BACK . BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE, they damage the hell out of the inside of my truck and it is two months later and they still have not fixed it. The only thing done right (credit to me and whoever painted it) is the color of the paint job. When I picked my truck up it was not clean inside (dust everywhere), I was told it would take 5 days to paint and it took 10, they broke seals around my windows and damage my side panel, they broke my radio antenna, they have broken promise and lied on many occasions (mainly Justin), they didn t complete the job on the bed of my truck and took my money with a smile on their face!!!I not trying to imply anything but the facts, but the reviews that say this is a great company and people, please tell me if we are speaking of the same shop. Dang, I might have to take legal action in order to get them to do the right thing

The team at Maaco is fantastic! They have worked on my car numerous times, and always make sure everything is perfect and that I'm 100% satisfied. Trevor is the Bee's knee's in this place. There was one slow down on my vehicle but it was fixed the same day and ready for pick up the very next day. Their prices are absolutely fair and they did an amazing job

I wouldn't of have them a one star but I had to in order to write a review. The manager Ron was very rude. My paint was runny dried and the bottom of my mirrors were scratched. I already had to wait three weeks to get the both of my rearview back and he offered to do them again but could not wait and he did not want to give me any kind of discount I will never come back here again. The boys in the back had great customer service but the manager Ron should not be in customer service

Not super happy with the work they did on my vehicle. There s a paint spot that looks a little less than acceptable. I asked them to remove a rust stain on my car while they had it and they did not. I was told several times that I would get a call back and the only call back I received was when it was ready to pick up. They also didn t use the same color interior parts that I had before taking it there. Not really happy.

What an amazing place. Super nice staff ready to help you with anything. Trevor the guy at the front desk assisted me and went above and beyond supporting me. Trevor is great to deal with. He helps you through the process and takes care of everything while keeping you notified. The company is quick with their turn around and no mistakes made. I've taken 4 cars there and only had a sticker missing.

These folks were so great to work with. I shopped a lot of places and some did not want to talk to me. Mine is a '67 and in need of some sanding and paint but otherwise in good shape. The only responses I got were take the entire car apart and totally redo it. Not what I was looking for. Then I found Maaco on Colfax and they gave me what I wanted at a price in my budget. Sand, smooth and paint. The car looks fabulous! Thanks Maaco and Tyler!Service: Painting

I had the base coat/clear coat, universal sealer and excessive chip repair completed on my 2000 SAAB and was extremely pleased the car looks like new and the paint job deserves a 5! Working with Jennifer was terrific from the first estimate to the completed project she is warm and friendly, takes time to understand the desired outcome and knows her stuff! Also a 5! The only reason I had to give a 4 was because the person who brought me my car remarked that no one could remove the ignition key. It appears they tried with some force as the manual stick shift and key slot were loosened. Unknown to them (why?) my car, like others, needs to be put in reverse to remove the key!Service: Painting

This shop does excellent work and the customer service is top notch. I had to get body work after a minor accident and it literally came back looking better than before! Plus they impeccably cleaned the interior prior to delivery. Trevor is a man of his word. He said he would take care of everything and he did. William gave me the best estimate he could, ordered the part and got me in and out in one day. Now that's good customer service right there. I highly recommend this shop. They seem really laid back and relaxed but I can tell they're Profesionals who take their work seriously! I went there to get an estimate waiting a hour Jennifer took my information and NEVER got back to me...I was willing to pay cash. And get started...well apparently they are too busy or don't need the business as I had several people to tell them how it was and no I can't recommend anyone to this MACCO as this was not very customer oriented .. nor do they want MY business..on to the next Business such a shame SMH
