Flew in from Utah to look at a car and Loris was able to get me in for a pre purchase inspection on a Saturday! Loris was extremely helpful and walked us through everything. He even brought us out into the shop to look at some leaks and even showed issues on the body. 1000% recommend this place and saved me from a massive headache. $118 for the inspection which is a bit more than other places but I highly recommend! You get what you pay for! Very thorough and extremely helpful!

Today I just went in for a car oil change, and they have been so wonderful and understanding and fast! Especially Loris, he has been super kind & understanding, giving out great customer service, attended to my car needs, and he finished the oil change as fast and efficiently as possible! Loris is great! Prices are reasonable & good price. 10/10 recommend this small business car shop.

Loris & Eddie's provided me with the best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I am always nervous to go to mechanics alone because most mechanics take advantage of my ignorance. But Loris & Eddie's provided a safe space where you can tell the staff genuinely care about you and your safety. There was no manipulation and upselling, just amazing service and amazing work. Thank you guys!

I called Loris & Eddie's Auto Repair on a Friday morning to get a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon and identified several major repairs needed. While the news wasn't what I wanted to hear, the staff was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to their customers. If you're looking for an honest and thorough mechanic, I highly recommend giving them a call!

I was recommended this shop by my Mother. I took my car here for an inspection and repair after being offered a price I couldn't afford at Pep Boys. I live in Colorado Springs, but it was absolutely worth the risk of driving my car to Denver while it was in trouble. They are incredibly nice, thoughtful, considerate, and go above and beyond, checking in afterward to see how it all went. Plus, their phone number ends in 1111, what's not to love? ;)I don't know how she does it, but my Mother always finds the best mechanics.Thank you! 7 out of 5 stars.

As a first time customer I was very pleased with my experience here, they were very transparent about the pricing and the work that needed to be done to my car. They even showed me the old parts that they exchanged and talked me through why it needed to be replaced. As a women walking into a new mechanic shop, this was very refreshing to work with a professional and spoken to like a human instead of being rushed and taken advantage of. I hope I won't have to go back for a while, but they will certainly be my first choice when I am in need again. Thank you Loris & Eddie crew, I appreciate you!

Loris & Eddie's is the best shop I've been to ever in my life!!! I had some standard maintenance to do and everything was priced fair. The work was done quickly and Loris communicated everything during the process. As a woman I know enough about a car to be dangerous, usually when I go to a shop they'll try to oversell me on services...not here, it's amazing to find a mechanic that is honest and wants to make sure my car is well maintained.Best part about Loris (seriously, they are flipping awesome) is that I had just run into a bollard and dented my door. He was able to remove the dents to prevent damage inside the door assembly for the winter and can do the rest of the damage repair in the spring when I save up for the fix. I'm so blessed to have found such a great person! If you're looking for a honest, communicative, caring mechanic, this is the shop :)

Went in to have service on my vehicle..we had a small mishaps and was able to work it out. Lori is a stand up individual as well as the rest of the team! There word is bond and I recommend this garage all the way around! Not only do they have a customer for life but they have gained a friend.......David.....

These guys are legit. They ve earned a permanent customer. Someone broke into my truck and tripped the anti-theft that couldn t be shut off. Many other places didn t want to do the work or charged an obscene amount. Dealership didn t want to fix it. Loris & Eddie s reset the CPU and replaced the steering column for a fair price and had the dealership reprogram my keys AND didn t upcharge. Go here for all repair needs, you will not feel ripped off no matter how novice with cars you are.

Such nice people at Loris and Eddie s, we took a minivan in for a pre-purchase inspection, and Loris found problems right off the bat with out even looking under the hood. He could have charged us for a full inspection but just sent us on our way. We will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing Service, went above and beyond and completely detailed my car when taking it in for a repair. Took it in to have the front end damage fixed after a small fender bender,. Looking for a smaller non-dealership repair shop i would recommend for a more personal touch. Also, followed up with me after the repairs were complete to check and offered to make any adjustments needed.

I have been searching for an alternative to the dealership which has become too expensive, and I m so grateful to have found Loris and Eddie s! I needed pretty extensive brake work done on my older SUV and they had it done in a day! Their price was on point and they were all super friendly! I appreciated that they didn t give me a laundry list of other things wrong with my car at the end like the dealership would have. They are no-frills and it s perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I ll definitely be coming back!Service: Brakes

Honest mechanic that will fix your car, and not charge you for things you don t need. Been going to him for 8 years or more, and he does amazing work. Also a great place to take a used car you are thinking about buying to have it inspected.

Loris and Eddies is my go-to car repair shop in Denver! I've used them twice for two big jobs on my 12-year-old Subaru, and each time I was beyond impressed. Their work is solid, the price is fair, and the atmosphere and customer service can't be beat. Jackie is so great at communicating and making me feel cared for. It's always a treat to see their shop pug greet me too. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Lori & Eddie's Auto Repair for their exceptional pre-purchase inspection services. Excellent service. I used Loris & Eddie's for a 2nd time on my aging car: breaks, an oil leak, and serpentine belt. They were wonderful from the customer service (the woman at the front office is the best) in scheduling, to the diagnosis, repairs, keeping me posted on timelines, and even when I went to pick up the car when it was done.When I dropped it off, they got it up on the hoist right away even though they were busy. Since I was still there, Loris called me back to even show me the issues and how he could see some of the problems. I figured I needed new breaks and knew there was an oil leak. He showed me how he could see the oil leaking and how he'd determine where the leak was from. He also showed me that it was the rear breaks that were having the issue and how he knew there were problems. I've never had a repair company actually show me before, and it was very beneficial.It was all fixed promptly and at a fair price. I have been looking for a good mechanic for a while. One thing I think makes a good shop is how they communicate with you. Loris did a great job of talking me through my issue and potential solutions. Minor repair this time but I ll be back. Also, if you re looking for a shop that can work on tall vehicles (10 high) they can help you.

My 2002 Rav4's power steering pump went out and Loris & Eddie's did a ton of repairs on it - it needed several new parts and this shop did a great job. I took the car back to them about a month later because the power steering fluid was leaking. It turns out the previous owner of the car put some anti freeze component into the power steering reservoir and it coated the sides and lines so after all the wonderful repairs that were done the first time, it needed a new reservoir and lines. They fixed it up again and I have had zero issues with the car since. Thank you for fixing my car and keeping it running smoothly!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I highly recommend Loris & Eddie's! I went here for some body work after my friend recommended them. I went to two other places for quotes and just felt most comfortable working with Loris. Loris is super nice and professional. He explained everything that they would do so that I fully understood the work being done. My car looks good as new and way cleaner than when I brought it in! Another mechanic was not able to identify the cause of a misfire and told me the car should be scrapped. Loris identified the issue and fixed it for a reasonable price. Honest and helpful, they will be my first choice of mechanic in the future

Wonderful experience at Loris and Eddie's, cannot speak highly enough. He was great at walking me through what was going on with my car, explaining what needed to be done, and even showed me on my car! Overall I felt really comfortable entrusting my car to him. Definitely a customer for life now. I can finally say "I have a mechanic I know and trust!"

Hit a sizable dip in the road that broke my rear control arm far away from home. Shop was super honest about the repair and costs. Even inspected the vehicle to make sure everything else was well. Worked well with my insurance and ordered parts quickly and made the repairs quickly. Customer service is on point. Can't ask for a better shop experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

5 stars and then some! I took my car to Loris after having work done at a big box auto repair because something seemed off. Loris was extremely patient with me and did a thorough check of my car and explained/ showed me in a way I could understand what was going on. Turns out the other place had not done good work and took advantage of me being naive to car things. Loris went above and beyond and taught me a lot about my car and what to look for. As a single young female, it feels extremely nice to have found a place that I feel comfortable taking my car and not feeling dumb for asking questions. If you want high quality, dependable work done on any vehicle, I highly recommend here!Services: Tires, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I took my vehicle to Loris & Eddie's for a second opinion after another mechanic told me it needed over $4500 of repairs. Loris found that NONE of the work was necessary except for replacing the air filters, which I can easily do myself. He also took the time to show me every part that supposedly needed work and explain why it wasn't necessary. I'm so grateful to L&E! It's the only shop I will use from now on.

This place is the best! My car needed the catalytic converter and muffler fixed/replaced along with new tires and alignment- it was so easy and convenient to get done all in one place! Their communication with service updates and dealing with insurance was super helpful during a stressful time. I m so glad I found a great, trustful auto shop with amazing customer service. They even surprised me with a complimentary full detail at no cost!

Loris and Eddie s had no problem fitting me into their busy schedules on very short notice to repair a battery cable issue with my SUV. Everyone working there was very polite and accommodating, especially Jackie who is an absolute delight! I went to Loris and Eddie s for a tire change on referral from a couple of friends in the area. They are super reputable, had tire prices very much in line with the online stores such as discount tire. They were super accommodating to my schedule as well and fit me in on short notice and turned around the work right on time. Given all of the great work they ve done for my car and also my girlfriends vehicle on multiple occasions, Loris and Eddies will be the only place im bringing my vehicle from now on!

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! After being taken advance of at a dealership for the final time, I found Loris and Eddie s auto repair. Both my S/O and I bring our vehicles there for everything from full a/c diagnostic and repair to standard 5,000 mile maintenance check ups (oil, tires, filters, etc). They are always fast and efficient with their work that comes at an incredible value.
