I have had 3 cars looked at by Lionz Den. The first vehicle was routine maintenance for a car I had just purchased. My car was in and out and running great all in the same day for a very reasonable price. Lionz Den also was able to help me repair a stolen catalytic converter, and have my car up and running withing a few hours. However my main source of business with Lionz Den came from a car that was is very bad shape. Lionz Den was not only able to start working on it asap, but he also gave me very fair pricing and showed tons of patience and understanding in regard to my situation. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get that car finished due to personal problems; but when it came time to get the car back in my possession I ran into zero problems. Lionz Den is a family owned business with High Morals, great work ethic, fair prices, quality work and a team that looks out for its customers.

Lionz Den was a life saver. We got up on Sunday morning to find we had a flat tire. Knowing we had to go out of town the next day, we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time for our trip. We called or visited several local garages. Many were closed and the ones that were open couldn't fit us in. Lionz Den made time to fit us in, made us feel welcome, had a quick turn-around, and charged us a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them!

I was HIGHLY disappointed after my appointment, I scheduled my car for a tune up and got it back shaking really bad, when I brought my car it was not shaking at all. They had my car for the whole Business day when on the invoice the labor was less than 3 hours. I called and asked why wasn t I told that my car was shaking, person who answered stayed quiet.I had someone else check my vehicle he laughed and said that my car looked like a kid messed with it ,they had forgotten to plug back in a lot of stuff. Don t recommend coming to this place at all they don t seem to actually know what they re doing save your money!!! Since they want to say that it was a dishonest review it was not. The lady on the phone was quiet after I stated my car was shaking she knew that I was approved for a big amount. Why would I want to continue my services there when the job wasn t done efficiently. You guys can t handle criticism and I hope anyone reading this saves their money and goes somewhere else.

Lionz Den Garage is the only place the I will allow to service my vehicle's. The Service is great and the prices are fair. The owner will go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied as a customer!

Super friendly and did great work! I came in for a tire repair and was in and out in under half an hour.It is worth mentioning that they don't accept cards, but I was able to pay with venmo with no issue.

These people didn't finish they're job on my car, we got it back after the whole business day VERY shaky. We called the next day as soon as they opened , my gf asked why we weren't informed about the shakiness and the lady stood quiet ! We HAD to take it to another mechanic who quiet literally laughed that so much was left undone and he actually explained to us what was wrong and how he fixed it and our car feels great now.Sucks they're being dishonest and shady because they cant take any criticism, you can tell anyone who gives them a bad review they always have something to say, i wouldn't be leaving a bad review if you guys did things the way your supposed to,hopefully people read this review and choose somewhere else who can actually get the job done.

Absolutely the worst place to take your car to get worked on. One the lady had an attitude the wholeTime from drop off u til I picked up my car. Then they didn t even fix it! They told me I needed a new battery to do the diagnostic test and then charged me $140 for a diagnostic fee!!!! How did you do the test then!!!!! They lie don t come here!!!!!!!!!!

Lionz Den got me in same day with no appointment for a spark plug change out. They were fast and great customer service. Got my car back the SAME DAY on a SUNDAY!!! They were a live saver and great with pricing.Thank you

These guys are legit. They are a family owned business and they are honest. They actually care about their clients. When I had an issue at another garage, Arthur told me to bring my truck to them and they had me back on the road the next day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Denver area.

This was a great experience. This place really knows what they are doing it took them about 1 1/2 hours to fix my alternator They fixed my car so good now it runs like it s brand new. I recommend this place for any and everybody.

This is a Very Shady Business.This was my second business with them and I chose them because my first business with them was very good . However, this turned out to be scammy experience at point I ve felt my first business was an illusion.The problem was the payment method.They didn t have the credit card reader (for several months somehow)so they offered me a payment with cash or cash app, but accepted the credit card payment because I ve told them I only can do credit card payment, which I think is normal. Auto repair is expensive.On the day of the pick up, they called me saying the payment has to be done cash or through cash app, otherwise they cannot give the car back. They even told me that they have a record of my consent to a cash or cash app payment which they never did present even they said they would download it from the cloud after the payment. Feeling them skeptical for persisting on a cash pay, I told them I am going to have the third party take care of it and headed down to pick my car.Being surrounded by 3 people speaking how right they were about their behavior in the office while setting up my cash app, the owner walked in saying you think nobody here is intelligent which makes non sense from the context and he even threatened me that they will sue me for defamation of a character if I would leave a negative review. They don t have to say that if they know they haven t done anything wrong or shady.I strongly feel this is a mall business practice. They took my car as a hostage to force me a cash pay against the initial conversation without presenting an evidence of my consent to the payment method which they said they have, and even threatened me surrounding with 4 people. Surprisingly, they even asked me to pay the transaction fee for them sending the money I sent to their accounts to another account ! How would they even dream I would pay for them in this situation ?Usually, I am willing to pay the credit card transaction fee for a local small business, but that s only for a good business. Clearly this one is not.They also said that they made a few phone call about the payment and also left a voicemail to see if I had the right understanding about it. I was aware of the phone call but I could not take it because it was always during my work time, and they never responded to my call to them. I don t know why they didn t choose to email or text me which is much easier and sure way to contact me than calling during work hours. Furthermore, they never left a voicemail.Feeling non sense arguing with them, I ve left the office requesting the receipt. They said they would email it but they haven t for a few days now. Only thing I have is a transaction email from Venmo from my account to probably one of them s personal account .In addition, they left an oily towel in my car and the car smells so bad. Based on my first experience with them, I felt all the low reviews are lies, but it appears to be true now.Followings are my request upon my bad, shady and even skeptical experience with them.A complete invoice for this business.Evidence of my consent to a cash pay.If I do not receive this before the new year, I will take an action to certain organizations such as BBB and others.The reply to this post by the owner is a lie. I don t mind uploading photos of the proof of service such as estimate, Venmo transaction and texts if they don t take care of this problems.

Honestly, best shop I ve ever dealt with. I m from Texas I m new to Colorado and it s kind of hard to trust shops anywhere, but tbh Lionz Den is top notch!Shoutout to Brittney who was so patient and so helpful with all the questions I had and keeping me updated.Big thank you to Arthur who not only did a great job on my vehicle, but was very honest and also finished in such a timely manner even with the work that had to be done.I love that they even send you a link which shows what s been done/pictures and pricing.I highly recommend Lionz Den!

This company charge me $1200 to put a brand new fuel pump in for the last three months I ve been having issues so I went around and replaced every single part that I thought it could have been. Turns out the only part I need to replace is the exact part that this company claims that they put in brand new for me. If you want to save yourself a headache and some money I highly refrain from using this company.

My GO TO auto repair shop for all my vehicles! Great service and great customer service family owned helping give back to this crazy economy we are in!!!So It amazes me of the negative reviews left because this family oriented business is better than most corporate locations who hit you over the head for minimal work.They communicate electronically which works well for people busy at work via text and you can see all communication about your repairs as they work so I don t see how anyone can EVER say no communication!!!!Services: Tires, Auto detailing, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

This family run business is the place to be. They were so helpful and so friendly and took their time to make sure they did the job right. A third-party Company had caused an issue with my repair and they made sure to get it all sorted out so that I had no issues. if you see a bad review about this company, that customer was probably just having a bad day lol. But for me, I won t ever take my cars anywhere else if I need something done with them. and they have cute pups!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very professional business. Ran a test found what I needed done got everything rolling found a few more problems that needed to be addressed and didn t keep it a secret. I needed everything done and Art got it done. He works faster than any mechanics I ve ever went to before. I will not take my service anywhere else and I will recommend anyone I know friends and family to go to Lionz Den Garage. Had my alternator go out and they were the only people who could get me in quick, got done the next business day early in the morning. Part charges lined up, labor charges were fair and made sense, and everyone I talked to was very polite. Overall very solid service

I found out about Lionz Den from a friend who had work done here. I had previous issues with dealerships charging me an arm and leg for work that was never fixed so I was having trust issues (and also stressed). When I came here, I instantly felt like I could trust the mechanic, was very comfortable, and he also educated me on a few things. My issues were fixed quickly and professionally. Did a great job of fixing problems with my car that an actual Mercedes-Benz shop goofed up on. This mechanic never made light of my issues because as the other shop put it: "it's a 20 year old car, what can you expect". Instead he greeted me with a smile and a friendly can-do attitude. He doesn't shy away from import cars like a lot of mechanics. He sent me pictures of everything he did in a very handy online invoice, and our transaction was very COVID conscientious. DO NOT COME HERE! I'd give no stars but thays not an option. Paid for work. It was either done poorly or not at all. Strut was never bolted in and let me drive unsafly for month. Car was held for days for minimal work with little to no communication. When asked for invoices I was ghosted.Mighty unprofessional if you ask me.

Something disconnected in my car causing my radio to stop working and a loud banging noise to come through the speakers even when off. I called Lionz den and they were able to look at my car quickly and fix it for cheap. Thankful for this service when I have been screwed at other local shops!
