Ok, here's why I love this Les Schwab location. First, fixed a flat on my van - FOR FREE! Next, came in again and they rotated my tires - FOR FREE! Additionally, I was doing some work for my company in the area and when I stopped in to use the bathroom, they never hassled me...EVER! Nice work!

I will start off with the positive. I made an appointment at 8am and my vehicle was ready in an hour. The service was quick. Checkin was quick. My new A/T tires are beefy and I m looking forward to testing them out in the snow and on dirt roads. I also like the 65k mile warranty.Now the negative. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed dark scuffs and new scratches all over my rims. I brought the vehicle back in (10 min after picking it up) and was immediately told this is curb rash and not their doing. I was also told any curb rash could pick up the black from their machines. They refused to see the new scuffs or understand that I received my vehicle back in worse looking condition than I arrived in.You can see by the video and photos, the new scratches (bright silver) line up with the scuff on the actual new tire. These scuffs are obviously not curb rash based on the angle. You can also see the black nast they left behind. Again, they refused to acknowledge any doing on their part. There was not even an offer to clean up or buff out the black marks they admitted happens from their machine.I m also curious why brand new tires, the tire itself, is so scuffed I suggest anyone dropping vehicles off to take before photos. Had I done that, I wouldn t be told all this was my doing. CYA at this location.

I am so very Thank for for Brian and his team over at this particular location. I had my front and rear struts done at a different location. I was still having issues with a wobble and the alignment. I took it back to that location on three separate occasions and they kept telling me it was fine no problems, stated that by breaks and rotors were completely fine. I was fed up after taking it back the third time and still being told that there was no issue. I had a nervous break down at the 20th and Federal location and they we awesome, 1st thing Brian said was lets go for test drive to see if her could replicate the issue. We went on the test drive and he felt what I was feeling immediately. Come to find out my rear Rotors where trashed, they could not even resurface them. (I was super frustrated because every time I took it back to the other location they would tell me my rotors and breaks were fine. I came to the conclusion that they never even looked at my rear rotors if they were in that bad of shape.) Brian and his team took great care of me by making sure that the problem was fixed and now my car drives great! They made my day! I appreciate people that take pride in there work and craft and go above and beyond to help their customers! Thank you Brian and the rest of the team you made this ladies DAY! Ill be back for all my services!! Thank you again!

Took my Jeep in for tire balance and alignment on 2-26-24 the 2 workers working on my vehicle Mitchel and didn't get the other workers name very honest told n showed me I didn't need alignment was already maxed out after they balance my tires didn't charge me could have lied and said they did the work, explained in detail and showed me underneath my vehicle! Will be coming back as a loyal customer! Recommend if u need a hard,honest mechanic! Saved me over $250 thank u very much!!! This location I'm specifically talking about is located 2001 Federal Blvd Denver Colorado HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. CAR. HERE.Came in needing one tire- not only did they make me wait two hours when there were multiple bays open, but they overcharged me for my tire.I was in a tough spot- got a flat in the middle of my workday. They had zero urgency (and again I assure you they were not busy), and they took advantage of me desperation for a tire. I was charged $300 for a single tire. I went to another place later to get the remaining three tires, and was told that the tire I purchased was actually $150 with installation. It was just a matter of a different place offering a different price, it was a matter of being overcharged for a low-quality product.This place does not value their customers, just their money.

Talk about unprofessional! Took almost 24hours for them to fix my breaks. I was asked to keep my car there over night as someone forgot to purchase the parts needed to fix my car. I never received a phone call or an update from them. I had to personally call or go into the store in person to figure out what was going on. 0/10 for these guys. Not to mention the store employee who crawled over my car interior to get into the driver seat.

Got a flat on 25 going south. Barley made it there, and they got us in and out within a couple of hours, despite how busy they already were. Figured out our warranty stuff and got a surprising discount because of that. Great service. Will go back!! Thanks, Stance, for your help and knowledge with the other tires as well. Since Les Schwab came to Denver I have had nothing but positive to say about them. Always quick with the work they do and reasonable on price. My original quote wasn't saved on accident. Not a problem whatsoever. Was able to get the information back in the system and get it going. Even being a "waiter" was told it will be done by close of business. Wonderful lady at the counter, she seemed to feel terrible about the first quote not being saved. Again, not a problem at all. Things happen.With reassuring her it's OK and I definitely am not "one of those" customers that complained about the small stuff. It's all fixable. She relaxed a bit. Will definitely tell anyone that needs tires or rims to go here. All in all definitely a 5 out of 5 and will return when needed. Thank you guys for what you do.

Normally don t leave reviews but the outstanding service that Les Schwab displayed today deserves one. Dropped my car off in the morning with no appointment, they identified that there was an issue with the valve on one of my tires, fixed it at no cost all within a few hours. Have definitely earned any future business I need done!

I can t recommend Les Schwab highly enough. Taking your car in for regular service is a bit like a trip to the doctor in that you don t know if the diagnosis will be good or bad. Even when the team has to deliver bad news about the health of my car, I know I can count on them to do a great job in fixing the issue and deliver an exceptional customer experience along the way . A special shout-out to Brian who always goes above and beyond the call of duty!!

I came by appointment to make alignment, explained everything what needs to be done. But the employees took and did a completely different job and offer to pay for what I didn't demand. I had to wait 3 more hours for these "employees" to do alignment on my car. Employees who work there don't understand their work and work very slowly... they don't even want to apologize for doing the wrong thing... don't waste your time...

I took my car in today for a pre travel safety check. I told the girl at the front I was driving a long distance. I get there to pick up my car and apparently my brakes needed replacing. Considering it was a pre-travel safety check they should have called me and done the right thing and offered to replace them before my today. But it sounds like they just didn t feel like doing it clients safety should be #1. So now I have to risk driving to Dallas with at risk brakes based on the report without and option in Denver. What s the point in a pre-safety check to just tell me my brakes need replacing and putting your clients at risk driving. They were nice but obviously not willing to help with my obvious concerns.

Brought my car in for a tire rotation, flat repair, and oil change. They didnt rotate my tires, and I know because the tire they patched was in the same place when it blew out on the highway and almost killed me. I wonder if they even changed my oil at this point. Thanks for almost totalling my car, and charging me 100$ and 2 hours of my life in the process for nothing.

Great experience. Dropped of wheel and what was left of tire. They replaced that one and another, purchased the same day , and it was failing also. Inspected my brakes and sent me to a specialist for brake work, Colton, Mitchell, Cody(mgr) did a great job. I have always had good service with LS. This time 1209 miles from home.

Very upset with their service. I sat waiting for two hours to get no work done on my car, just an alignment check, a brake check, and a wiper check. I had an appointment and was told over the phone that the check and potential alignment that I was looking for would take no more than an hour to an hour and a half. When I checked in, I specifically told them that I have a new tires, so they had to run my alignment through the computer, because a visual check wood not be possible due to the lack of wear on my tires. After an hour and a half of wait time, a technician came out and told me that my alignment looked fine. When I asked for the spec sheet, she told me that she had just done a visual check and that all my tires look good. I then told her that she needed to run it through the computer. That took an extra 30 minutes and had me go after two hours of waiting for no actual work on the car, again with an appointment for an alignment. The only reason that I m giving this 2 stars is because the technician that talkedme through the spec sheet once they actually ran it through the computer was very nice, and he is not at fault for this.

I have purchased a lot of tires and wheels in my time and hands down this Les Schwab is one of the best stores I have been to.Brian Ford is the manager. His knowledge of tires and wheels for my application was amazing. He and his staff were patient andprofessional.I had some basic work done and they went above and beyond to take care of me.Be back for my new tires and wheels we worked out. Thank you Brian. We stopped here when my car got a flat tire on I25. Colton was amazing and helped patch my tire- which had gotten 2 razor blades in it! We were originally told it would be a 3-4 hour wait, but we had a newborn and 2 year old in the car and needed help sooner. Colton was gracious enough to help us out right away! We appreciate his great customer service and going above and beyond for us!!

Always great! Repaired punctured tire with about an hour wait time. Another tire dealer in downtown Denver said they were unable to look at it today, so would be tomorrow before my vehicle would be drivable. That was not an option since I use my car for work.

I just put new tires on my car through Firestone and they talked me into getting a card, A nail was in my tire so I made an appointment they said there was no appointment so I m basically out of luck after waiting a week. I call every Firestone was on hold over 30 mins no one could get me in! I m upset I went with Firestone!! I wish I would have went with Les Schwab they got me in right away this location is nice and clean great customer service, I appreciate them getting me in right away. I highly recommend this location!! Stay away from Firestone there absolutely horrible!! Cody and Seirra took great care of me.

Main manager, is really unprofessional and the work environment seems really negative, im really unsatisfied with feeling welcomed, and the manager talking about him feeling stressed and annoyed about the workers, though I sympathize for them as they're working in harsh climates with heavy machinery as the manager watches and breathes over their shoulders with disregard of their health and safety.Took my car a day and a half to be finished as they said it would be done same day.Really unsatisfied...

I should ve gone to Charles Schwab to get 2 in stock tires replaced. Got the vehicle in at 5 PM and they said it needed to wait until the morning, but promises were made that it would be the first priority in the AM. All good. At 9:30, and several expensive rides later, the vehicle was ready to go. Thank goodness these guys don t work for NASCAR. The mixed reviews here make sense.

I had a flat and my lug nut wrench didn't fit my tires. I was in a pinch. I had warranty on my blown out tire, but not from their shop. I called and Brian quickly answered the phone and told me he'd give me the wrench socket I needed... for FREE. After changing my flat, I took my car to the shop where my warranty was at, and found out they wouldn't honor it. The other shop quoted me a ridiculous price to replace the tire. I took my car back to Les Schwab and they fixed it same day for half the price the other shop quoted me. Great service, great staff, great price.

I came in to get the TPMS sensors checked as the indicator light was on. They sold me new tires and the TPMS reconstruction service. However, the indicator light did not go away. I came back twice to let them know the TPMS indicator was still on. I paid to get that issue addressed and they just kept telling me that the TPMS warning light would go away on its own after X+ number of miles. I came back after each milestone they told me and it never did. I went to a different place and they ran the test showing the batteries of the sensors were all dead. Les Schwab didn't do anything to find or fix the problem I originally came in to get addressed. Please ensure issues are actually addressed when customers requests an inspection and pays for a service.

This location is legit. Every time i've been in i've had an excellent experience, and today was no different. I dropped in around 4 pm on 9/26/23, in need of a tire swap from a bent rim to a new rim. Mitchell was the associate who helped me find a speedy resolve with a great attitude. He was professional, courteous, and down to earth. The female associate working the front desk was pleasent, knowledgable, relayed communication with the quickness and had a great attitude. These folks are great at their jobs, and deserve a raise! Thanks Les Schwab team, and please keep crushing it!
