Kyle and the crew here are nothing short of amazing! I came in with an emergency blown tire situation and was treated like family the entire time. Kyle went above and beyond to get me taken care of and made the process painless. I highly recommend this location. Thank you all!

Full disclosure - I hate buying tires! You drive them into the ground (literally) and then have to buy new ones. However, I was impressed with my Les Schwab experience.First, there was no high pressure sales. Truth be told I had found what I thought was the best tire for my truck on line. I told David what I was looking for in general terms and he suggested what I was fairly sure I wanted. I was prepared for an upgrade and add-on pitch to have me spend more but that didn t happen. He suggested that they inspect other areas and all was well with brakes, alignment etc. so there was no inflation of price on my tires (pun intended).Next, all the service staff are very pleasant and there is a nice clean waiting room to relax in while you wait.Last, but not least, the additional services of tire rotation, air pressure checks, rebalancing and more at no expense makes there pricing a good deal.

I have to say that I was impressed with them. Easy online appointment making. Got me in quick and easy. The tires I needed were actually in stock. Tricia had a great attitude and was super friendly, and the entire process was pain-free. Thank you

Les Schwab tire center it is the best place for service! Especially on 44th and Harlan at this location! Very friendly employees, positive vibes. Other Tire places make you wait about four hours to get your car looked at just for a walk-in. I go here and I m in and out with in 30-45 minutes! Am very pleased with my service. Best in town! It worth driving the extra few miles just to come to get my car serviced here! 10/10!

PICK THIS TEAM! Their customer service is 10/10! The front desk is very attentive, their building is super clean, and their mechanics work fast! These men took a 4 inch nail out of my tire at no cost to me. They will forever have my business. Thank you!

This place is terrible. They ll literally lie to your face.I came in needing a tire and told me the one they sold me was a good rated one.I m at Discount tire the next week, and not only is this good tire rated 2/5, but they charged me $300 when one tire and installation is $150 elsewhere.They re out to con you and make money. PLEASE go elsewhere

Got alignment to solve an issue that often needs new brakes to truly fix. The alignment was needed and while the brakes do have a problem it's not a safety issue and I don't need to replace them yet. They gave me a quote for two levels of brake rotor replacement but no hard-sell on it... Just a FYI quote. I appreciate that.

Get your tires at Discount. My daughter bought a new set of 4 tires from Les Schwab and caught a flat so we had the car towed to this location and they supposedly fixed the tire. She ran over a screw somewhere. The very next day the got stuck on the side of the road again with the same tire flat. The manager at this location, David, told me she likely ran over another screw. I recognize that it is possible, but it s more likely they didn t fix the tire correctly and they took zero responsibility. When AAA arrived, they confirmed it was the bad patch job. I ve never experienced this with Discount. My family will be going back to Discount Tire.

Got a flat from a nail in my tire and they fixed it quickly at no charge half hour before close. Thank you so so much! Such a huge relief as I had just bought my car a week ago.

Great people easy to work with, I have needed all sorts of tires from heavy trucks to light compact they always have what I need and at super fare priceing. So you wana splurge they got you if you need 1 just to go to work, yup installed an back to work asap. I also have to add from my personal point of view one of the illest rim collections to choose from.

The assistant at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She explained everything so well. As did the people that worked on my car. I was so stoked to be in and out within an hour with the two tires I needed.

Not many places these days have people working that have an IQ over a rock. This place Definitely showed why they are amazing. Friendly and awesome environment and deals with jerk customers well. (Me) I apologized to Sir helping me I fired my mouth quicker than my brain could think. I was wrong and after the fact and still talking to Sir. I realized I was wrong 100% Sir didn't reciprocate attitude one bit and kept a perfect professional demeanor. If you need rims and tires come here. You will not be disappointed!

This was my first time using Les Schwab. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The online booking was easy and convenient. They got my van in and out for an alignment in about 40 minutes. The waiting area is nicely set up for customers to sit at tables and make good use of their wait time. Multiple people were on laptops while I was there. Josh was nice and took a photo of a coupon that I forgot at home, I really appreciated that. I will go back again and recommend to others.

I got a flat tire this morning and just happened to be near the le schwab, so I pulled in and planned to fix the tire myself. But David came out and fixed it in a snap and made sure all my tires were topped off with air before I left. All before regular business hours. Such a kind gesture that really saved my day. Thank you David!!

I highly recommend this business; had a great experience purchasing my wheels and tires here. I've been going to Les Schwab Tires for 30 years and they always do a great job. Finally upgraded my stock wheels and tires and had a leveling kit installed as well...love the new look. The service was fast and easy with zero issues.

Seemed overly busy or understaffed, because there just wasn't a lot of customer focus. My bill ended up being $200 more than my estimate and I didn't get any explanation and had to specifically ask for an itemized receipt so that I could figure out where the charges were from and then ask what they were. Also, I signed up for seasonal tire storage but apparently they don't do tire storage and no one said anything to me until I asked why my tires were in my backseat when I picked up my car. David was very helpful, but otherwise no one really seemed to care.

Best tire place I've ever been to. They offer a lot of free services even if you didn't buy your tires there and, most importantly, are honest. My partner went to get her brakes checked and was thinking about getting new tires for her new-to-her car and they said there was no need. It would have been so easy for them to just take the money, but they were honest and now this is the only place I ever think about coming to for any car needs.

This place has immaculate service. I came in here a little disgruntled that I had to change a tire and the manager here was calm, polite, and knowledgeable. Definitely a les Schwab customer for life

My friend told me Les Schwab patched tires for free. I was able to get an appointment right away. I typically dread waiting for my car while it s being worked on, but the facility was clean and spacious and the staff were timely and efficient.

Got a shady bid from a Ford dealership on brake service, and decided to get a second opinion from this shop. Unbelievably glad I did, as it saved me $1400 and an unnecessary repair job. Plus, the Techs here took ZERO dollars from me for their time. Crazy good, they will absolutely be getting my business going forward.Shout out to Kyle and Co for being friendly, knowledgeable, AND straightforward. Nice work, gentlemen.

I bought a brand new tire with a warranty here about 3 months ago. It has been going flat for a month. I have had to put on a spare twice. I went to this location twice to get the tire fixed. Both times they tell me they cannot find a single thing wrong with the tire. The second trip, I showed the manager pictures of my flat tire with dates and times. Not to mention, the first time I had my spare on and brought the actual flat tire in. He refused to fix or replace the tire. He was extremely rude, as well. He suggested, "maybe a neighbor kid is letting the air out of your tire as a joke." I have to pay another company to fix my tire. Les Schwab does NOT honor their warranty.

I talked to management earlier in the day on the phone yesterday before going into the store. Showed up at the store with my daughter what was stated on the phone never happened when I showed up the worst experience ever for a community business not impressed especially with the staff David and others in there. Very disgusted.

Kyle was amazing during my visit. Sometimes it can be intimidating buying expensive products for your vehicle, but I ll never go anywhere else after the friendly and informative conversation with Kyle! I ll be a life long customer with this store and the company!

This place and their staff are great. Went in for a flat repair and they graciously helped fix it. I ll be coming back for my next set of tires.
