I needed a new Nissan and Travis was available to help me right from the start. He reached out to me after I brought my old Nissan into the service garage. Every step of the way Travis was able to help me get the right car and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and ready to help.It really was so hassle free and I love my new car. I have definitely already recommended for colleagues to check out this location.The dealership wants to help you get the right car for you at a good deal. We worked with Rafael today and had an amazing experience! We really weren t sure what we wanted just our budget and a few ideas! Rafael was extremely thorough and patient with us. We ended up test driving 4 different vehicles until we found the one that best fit our needs! We felt like Rafael was very transparent through the entire process and gave us some great advice on what cars he felt had a better value than others. We had visited two other dealership prior to this one and without a doubt this experience was miles above the rest! Highly recommend that anyone shopping for a car stop by and visit with Rafael! You won t be disappointed!!

The customer service at Larry H. Miller was phenomenal. Jon, my service representative, was superb per usual. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and addressed my concerns. I appreciated that Jon took the time to educate me by answering all my questions. Upon completion of my repairs, Jon walked me through the work performed while pointing out some maintenance I should plan for on my next visit. Such display of professionalism, support, and patience is largely why I remain a Larry H. Miller customer. A genuine thank you to Jon and the team at Larry H. Miller for such great service.

Fantastic service! Terrell was amazing, the finance team, management, everyone worked together to provide a seamless process. Easily the most smooth financing process I ve ever experienced. Other dealers should model themselves after these guys. By far the best experience to date. Thank you!

Jeremy got me rides back and forth to work while my car was being worked on so it was super convenient. Jeremy communicated throughout the process as I had an assessment done before the work was done. He is always so friendly and patient. Jeremy has always gotten the best prices as well. He is an asset to Nissan. Whenever I have any service done, I call him specifically as he s been taking care of me and my vehicle needs for many years.

We visited several times before deciding. Each salesperson was very welcoming, attentive, informative and patient. We worked with Travis, Ryan and Joe. All excellent! Tyler,I think sales manager, was wonderful. Our deal was very fair and we feel great about our decision. We feel blessed by a very good experience at this dealership.

Travis, the sales rep I worked with, was outstanding. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and without question, the first time I've ever walked away from a dealership really feeling like I had gotten a GREAT deal. BTW, I'm 52. I've bought and leased a lot of cars. This was entirely different than any other experience I've had. 100% would recommend.

This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and my experience was very pleasant! Travis helped me out with making a hard situation easy and answered all of my questions. He made the process as simple as possible which I'm grateful for considering buying a car is stressful! Tyler and Rafael also helped and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I spent several hours at this location but felt comfortable the whole time. I am grateful for a great experience and would recommend coming here to look for a new vehicle!

Waiting to hear back from LHM manager re two issues discussed with our sales representative: no trailer wiring installed so unable to tow horse trailer like our traded Frontier. Tires on the 2015 have good tread but due to age of tires the low tire pressure warning system does not function. The warning light remains on at all times. I accepted a 30k bumper to bumper warranty.

My recent experience was excellent as expected. My service agent Jon was clear on what was going on with my car. He didn't waste my time with trying to upscale a service I didn't need right away. Which was VERY refreshing. He gave my car a clean bill of health. And I'll see him at the 90k mile mark.

From start to finish the entire experience was hassle free and as enjoyable as purchasing a car can be. Rich was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. 1/22 Update - I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the service manager. Not only did he own the error he is doing his best to remedy the problem. Is was a break in communication between 2 departments (standard maintenance and recall service). I appreciate the follow-up and will update again following our next service.We brought the vehicle in for an oil change and 2 recalls. We were told it would take just a few hours to be completed. Appointment was at 8am and we were the first car to be dropped off. Never heard back on status. Called at 4:00 and was told car would be ready at 4:30. Arrived to be told they couldn t located the inspection report on the car and needed to complete it again. This was not done until 6:15pm. I think this happened because a 21 year old female dropped off her car. My daughter should not have been treated this way. We expected more from a dealership. All of the maintenance issues explained were unable to be completed because the inspection was done basically after hours. This includes a rear break light that was out. Was told your technicians moved the front and back tires for better traction. When we arrived home this was actually NOT done. Very frustrating. Please feel free to reach out. I was told a manager would be reaching out the next day and I have yet to hear from anyone.

I like to share that Rafael has a one of kind customer service like no other, his communication is spot on let s me know when new and used vehicles are in. Service is extremely slow. Had an appointment for an oil change. Was quoted a time of an hour to an hour and a half. Seriously? It's a 20 minute job. I could understand if we pulled into the express bay and there were vehicles in front of us. But to have an appointment and for a basic oil change to take almost 2 hours is so ridiculous.

I'd like to thank the entire team, Ryan, Hailey, Ty, and Raul for assisting me with the purchase of my vehicle.Ryan did a phenomenal job in sales and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was also patient in answering all our questions. He went above his job duties and was available on his time off to further assist with more answers I needed. I never felt pressured. Hailey did a great job in getting the financing lower than expected.I would highly recommend this location for purchasing a vehicle. The integrity of the whole team is outstanding!

Took my new Pathfinder in for oil change service and Jon was awesome! Quick to get me in the next day. Had the techs do a once over of the entire vehicle and look into some concerns / questions I had. He was quick to call once the vehicle was done and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I will be back for my next service and will plan to go through Jon again!

My car was recently totaled and I decided to lease a new one for the first time. LHM Nissan was extremely accommodating and patient and took the extra time to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting into.But above all I want to praise the salesman Travis. Within one business day he handled every question I had, got me a ride to the dealership since I didn t have one, treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism and made the overall experience very pleasant.He was very transparent with me the entire time and got me probably the best deal on a brand new Sentra I ve ever heard of. If you re looking for a new Nissan I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Just bought Pro 4X from Ryan Patrick and this was seriously the easiest car buying experience to date for me! Ryan was very attentive, great at communicating answers to all my questions, setting up phone meetings with the finance department, helping to secure excellent financing, and personally delivering the truck to my house on a Saturday morning! He also spent time helping me set the truck up and explaining all the features and options. Thank you, Ryan! I will be purchasing from Ryan and Larry H Miller Nissan on 14th again!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from my service advisor, Steven Sanchez. Steven helped me not only with my oil change, but also helped me with a piece of trim that had fallen off the car. Without hesitation Steven agreed to ask the service technician to reattach to the car. The piece was reattached and without charge. Steven has the perfect personality to be an excellent service advisor.

The sales manager and finance team again reflected the same experience i got with Travis. I was NOT excited to start the process of buying a car. Past experiences from my perspective and from others close to me really put a bad taste in my mouth. The first day we went in we didn't feel pressured at all. We were allowed to test drive and ask questions, and without pressure get some pricing information and leave to think about it. Our sales rep, Travis, was so supportive throughout the process and continues to be even after the purchase was finalized. Thanks, Travis! We love our car and we loved our experience!

Walked in to Larry H. Miller Nissan to have a recall part replaced and was greeted bya young Man named "Van" that was incredibly kind and wonderful to chat with. He made me feel right at home as he got the ball rolling for the mechanics to make the repair. They did an inspection of my Nissan and found that the brake pads were worn and the air filter( which was filthy) should be replaced, but everything else was in good shape. I had them replace the air filter and will be going back soon to have the new brakes replaced. They quoted me a really great price to get that done and didnt try at all to talk me into doing it immediately . My experience there couldn't have been any better and one thing's for sure...they've now got a customer for life!!! As for Van, he is truly "unforgettable" ...and one of the nicest, most genuine young men I've ever met! Thank you Van

Big thanks to the entire team here in getting me squared away with my new Xterra! Joe in Sales and Chris in Finance were both tremendously helpful and patient in the decision making process. I felt no pressure and everyone at the dealership was super welcoming.The vehicle was in great condition albeit needing new shocks. The price was fair with this in mind, and after shopping around at three other mechanics I ended up coming back to 104th Nissan to have the shocks done. Jon in Service and Alex in Parts hooked it up with the most competitive pricing I could find, and with OEM parts nonetheless! The car is running great and I can't wait for the many adventures ahead. Ryan Patrick was an excellent sales person. He helped me find the car I wanted at a sister dealership and was able to secure it and deliver it to my door. Very easy process. The wait for financing was a bit annoying, but I have had long waits even when I walk in with a check for the whole amount, so it seems to just be a dealer issue in general

Rachelle took care of me as soon as I walked in & through check out. I felt really well taken care of!! She even complimented my used car. I have lived in CO for 7 years now and have only owned Nissan cars. This is the best dealership I ve been to. Absolutely no wait and no one acted like my car issues were annoying them and no one gave me attitude when I declined services. I will only bring my car to this dealership now.

I dropped my car off Saturday afternoon and the oil change was done quickly. I worked with Van, he was very nice and professional. He made sure my service was done quickly and made the experience great!
