The Good: He did an amazing job on the paint of my vehicle. Was able to remove some marks I didn't think would be able to be corrected and the car had a great shine overall. He also went the extra step to touch up some big chips in the paint. The Bad: Very similar to the review others have left. When talking to him on the phone he said with the new customer discount I would be looking at around $240 for a full detail. He said based on the condition of the vehicle it might be a bit more. OK. When I came to pick up the vehicle he presented me with a bill for $512. He then "discounted" it back to $360. At the time I didn't push back that much because like I mentioned the car looked good. However, after getting the vehicle home it was like he didn't even clean the interior. All of the vents had dust on them and there was debris in all the crevices that should have been caught in a "full detail". After paying as much as I did I shouldn't have to clean the car myself. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle he was still working on it so I think he just didn't finish the job he charged me for. Also was unable to provide me an invoice for the work he claimed was done.I would have had a positive experience if he would have called and provided me a revised estimate and been up front he needed more time to finish the vehicle. He is a very nice guy but felt I needed to leave this review as it appears this is his business practice to raise the cost after providing an estimate.

Michael's work is amazing and impeccable. Unfortunately, his customer service skills are below one star. I took my car there and all I can say is I really wish I had read the reviews before because everyone's experience with him was the same as mine. When I asked him if we could cap the cost of detailing the car at $300 he was very upset and then he was upset I didn't have hours to stand around and hear him talk and show me pictures of his work. It is the worst I've ever been treated as a customer in my entire adult life. You've been warned.

I remember the day I took my 2013 Black Nissan Maxima Sport off the lot. 3 Years ago almost to the day. You couldn't wipe the smile off my face.I just picked my car up from Mike at Klassic Image Automotive Detailing, and it brought me back to that very same day. All smiles.. I'm still speechless at the work he did. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Flawless. All the scratches are gone. All the waterspots are gone. The thing is a black mirror... Absolutely amazing.I decided to take my car to Michael after watching my little brother pull in the driveway with his black Scion, right after HE got HIS car back from Klassic Image Auto Detailing. I remember instantly feeling jealous of the way it looked in comparison to my own car even when mine is 7 years newer!I didn't read any reviews before I took mine in. I didn't need a review. I saw the work he did first hand. Let me tell you I will be bringing ALL my cars to Mike so long as he is in business. Absolutely amazing job. Amazing..I'm at a loss as to how he received a couple of those negative reviews I've read. This man loves his work, and it shows. If you happen to read this Mike, again, hats off to you. I can't say enough to express the gratitude I have for your trade and how well you do it. Cheers!~Matt

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little apprehensive to take my car to Klassic Image. I'm extremely glad that I ended up taking my Audi to Michael.Firstly, this is not a wash, wax, and vacuum operation. Auto detailing covers a wide spectrum, and I would classify what Klassic Image does as more of a restoration. My black Audi A5 had swirl marks and scratches front to back. Michael was open and honest about what could be done and what couldn't be done. That said, what was done far exceeded my expectations. The car looks brand new, period.I would recommend Klassic Image to anyone who wants their car to look as good as possible beyond just a cleaning, or if you are getting a car ready to sell. My experience was without doubt a huge value add to my car, and Michael was passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable.

This is actually my first time to review any business online. However, I feel like I need to in this case. Klassic Image is a must. Michael is a true professional. He does a great job, takes the time to explain what he did and why he did it, and he doesn't take any shortcuts. I barely recognized my truck when I got it back. I have another vehicle I plan on selling soon, and I can guarantee that I will be bringing it here before doing so.

Car looks great, good job, but super upsetting that I am quoted a price and show up only to be told it was $100 over what was quoted. That is not OK! He should have asked first, so upsetting, I feel scammed. His work is good, but NOT a good way to do business! No approval, just assumed we would have an extra $100 lying around! I don't care how good the work is I will not use him again.Service: Auto detailing

Here's my two cents. If you want to spend around $200 for a full detail, just head over to the octopus or waterworks carwash. And you'll get what you get; A thorough exterior wash ( Albeit with harsh chemicals that are undoubtedly breaking down your paint), A nice tire shine , and every surface of your interior wiped down with Armor All or Maguires or anything else that you can pick up at AutoZone yourself. They will hit every surface which is easy to do when your rag is leaving a trail of greasy gloss everywhere it goes, which by the way might be fine for most people. It has certainly been good enough for me for my last couple cars, And it is good enough for my wife's current Mini that she is leasing. But my current car is a little nicer and it has an upgraded Nappa leather package. BMWs Nappa leather is a smooth soft leather with a nice matte finish. I have never bought a car brand-new from the factory before and I wanted my leather to look that way forever. So I was more than a little heart broken the first time I had it detailed at my usual spot and found a greasy layer of gloss over all my surfaces. No car's leather, whether it's fake or not, looks that way brand-new, but we have all come to expect that look after a detail. I realized I was going to have to spend a little more money and find a better spot if I wanted my car to remain factory condition . I found Mike online and he certainly seemed to know what he was talking about with the leather. When I picked up my car I was very pleased to find that the leather conditioner that had been used did not leave any residue and my leather did look like it came from the factory. The exterior had a beautiful protectant that kept my car looking unbelievable and glossy for several weeks. My black trim around the window was starting to oxidize or something and he got it back to a perfect shiny black. My only real complaint was that yes, there was in fact a lot of dust in the vents and a couple other provinces . I had never spent that much money and I thought for over $400 it should be perfect. So four or five months later when I did another detail I took it to another place by my house. They were about the same cost and they talked a good game about the leather but sure enough when I picked it up it had that freaking residue all over. Any leather in a car made in the last 10-15 years comes with a protectant coating so you really don't need that. In short the other place was not 100% perfect and I did not like what they did to my leather . So I just took my car back to Mike a second time and that is where I will go from now on. I figured having to go over a few spots in my car with a vacuum at the gas station is a small price to pay for the detail he puts into the things that really matter, the car's paint on the exterior, and a leather on the inside . Both of which I would give a six star rating if possible . By the way, I am willing to bet that if you have an older car with older leather, he could make that look like new as well : )

WARNING!!! Dishonest/Unethical business tactics at Klassic Image!!Highlights:*Untrustworthy business*Subpar interior detail*Performs and charges for extra services without customer's authorizationMike rendered services above and beyond what we agreed upon when dropping off my car, and charged me double the (already steep) estimated price when I came to pick it up. He would not let me take my car home until i paid for all of his overpriced extra work that i did not order, and did not inform me about this extra work until i came to pick up the car. At no point was i asked to authorize any additional work.It wasn't until i got home that I realized how awful of a job he did on the interior, which I clearly expressed to him was my main focus when dropping it off. Based on his poor work on the interior i was left to wonder whether he actually performed all the work he claimed he did on the receipt. I was mainly interested in a thorough interior detail with minor exterior work. He did a half ass job on the inside (needed to be completely redone) and did way too much work on the outside. He refused to admit any fault or recognize that he did a subpar job on the interior and that he performed too much work that was not asked for on the exterior. His only excuse is that 'nobody else can do what i do' and he performed all this special work that took him more time than he anticipated...the only problem is that i didnt ask for or want all this extra work...Mike sings his own praises about the extra (unauthorized) work he performs. However he will overlook basic customer service and order fulfillment, and overcharge you. It is also worth noting that his ability to clean the interior of my car was worse than a regular street detailer. When I voiced my dissatisfaction he became extremely defensive, rude, and ABUSIVE.The best case scenario is that Mike is going senile and his memory, vision, and work performance have begun to suffer as a result. Worst case is that this man is maliciously scamming his customers.

Took my 1972 Chevelle in to be detailed by Michael and I,m the one that got detailed... What was I thinking? So many red flags. when someone tells you he's going to finesse the paint...red flag. when someone tells you he can't give you an estimate till he starts work on your car...red flag. If someone asks if I would take my car back there, I'm not going to say no...I'm going to say HELL NO!!!! I'm embarrassed that I let Michael take me for $600...What was I thinking???

I received a half-a$$ed job, for the twice the going rate (nearly $500 for a 2014) and it took twice as long (ALL DAY). His attention to detail is something that is imagined in his own mind. My guess is this guy was an artist at some point in his career but the only art he is proficient in now is Bulls#@t. This guy is so long in the tooth, he has had a long time to perfect his sales-pitch... "I only do 1 or 2 cars a day" "4-6 hours on each car" "Special Lights..." LOL... Mike, I didn't want to pay you after it took you all day to do a sub-par job on my 2014... By the way, you missed a "few" spots, I called to tell you that but you never returned my phone call? I was just being honest, thought you should know. Ultimately I felt sorry for you. HUSTLER.

Waste of time and money could've done a better job myself.. Took in my brand new car and was expecting it to look brand new when i picked it up but 7 hours later still wasn't done and had to remind him of the two things i took it in for juat to realize later he did a half assed job and the stain was still there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Overcharged by almost $100 than the originally quoted price for strictly an exterior detail because he "really took his time." This guys' arrogance was the only thing that made him stand out from other detailers in the area. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a business that cares about customer satisfaction.
