Ray and his staff were amazing to work with! They took such great care of me and my car. Jiffy Lube or otherwise, this was the best car service I ve ever received! I ve never seen such great quality checks and customer service. This is the best place there is!

This place was awesome. They got me in after Pepboys told me they were going to run two hours past my appointment time before they d get my car in. They replaced my air filters, and showed them to me and asked before doing so. They needed it and I didn t even know. The techs Matt and Aaron were great. Customer service was awesome. These guys take care of the customer. Explaining things to me and didn t make me feel dumb. Will recommend this location to anyone that needs an oil change or related services. Thanks for making me safer before my big road trip!

Aaryn was friendly, personable && efficient. Would absolutely recommend this location to other based on the customer service alone! He was able to explain everything he was doing to keep me informed and made me feel like I wasn t just another customer 10/10. And I think her name was Victoria, she was also great. She kept me informed on the wait time and was very sweet and apologetic for the time I waited.

Jiffy Lube on I love is amazing place to go there s services are really good. The did exactly what I needed to get my car fixed. I would definitely give them 10 stars. If I could I would recommend this place to a lot of people. Thank you so much Jiffy Lube.

They did a quick job and were not too busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Recommend the good oil, but had mine in stock. Nice place with a clean waiting room. They didn t try to get a bunch of extra stuff. However! Routine maintenance is recommended I would recommend my wife go here as long as she finds a quick coupon and gets regular oil.Thanks y all.

This is the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to! The people there are so friendly, honest, and to the point. They showed us everything they did on our car and explained why, cleaned our windows and even held the door for us to sit in the waiting room. Hands down the best car maintenance experience in Denver!

Fantastic service. My car has very weird adapters for the wiper blades; while they weren't able to fit new blades on due to this, the staff spent quality time working on a solution to deliver the best possible service. 5/5 stars, will absolutely see you again in 5,000 miles.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

My experience here was wonderful. They were professional, clean, nice and courteous. They weren t pushy but informative. I got in and out of there fairly quickly. I told my friends to go here for their oil change also and I plan to return.

I have to say that I really enjoy the services offered at Jiffy Lube. This particular business seems to have a high turnover in employees. However, every visit visit has been complete, professional, courteous, and always timely. I highly recommend this particular station.

The only reason I m giving it two stars is because of the girl who works there who was calm and under control, walking the other techs through all the issues I experienced and observed others experience. If it weren t for her, I would give this experience 0 stars. When I arrived, the tech let out an exhausted sigh to see that I had a German car which he was unaware how to reset the oil light. He asked me if I knew how to do it. This made me feel uneasy about getting services done here. The conventional oil for my Groupon wasn t available so I had to get synthetic. I ended up paying over $100 for an oil change when I expected $40, with service from techs that didn t seem like they knew what they were doing. The first tech who showed me my oil options, offered me oil that wasn t used for my car, for example. One of the techs kept on commenting on how freezing he was outside and how warm it is inside, to an excessive degree that made me feel like he was inconvenienced by us coming in/him having to work. My experience lasted over an hour. Finally, I drove my car off, as instructed, and was shouted at and run after because my keys were on top of my car. I m not sure why they were put there, and was a messy oversight, which the tech left me to feel bad about when he reached my car, having to chase me. It felt like it was day one for all of the men working at this location. The girl had to keep fixing their mistakes and resolve issues from confused and frustrated customers, which made me feel like she s the only knowledgeable one there. She was doing the work of 3 people and deserves a raise. Because of the rest of my experience, I won t be coming back.
