First time going to a Jiffy Lube and I really appreciated the customer service I received. I called ahead and they remembered my call and took my right away. They made me aware of things about my car besides and oil change and tire rotation that I should start looking into fixing/replacing/keeping an eye on. For just the two services I came in for, I was a little shocked how expensive it was, however they were so respectful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated it.

I asked for the guys to check all fluids. Did an oil change, and told me I needed a transmission fluid change on top of others. I told the guys to go head and do it. Since I was traveling long distance didn't want anything to happen on my way. 7 hours on the road I smell like something was burning pulled over. Transmission fluid was all gone. And the car was not drivable anymore. Tow truck came and a mechanic checked it. Said one of the transmission lines was cut and but some sort of tape to it ro hold it. I spoke to the General manager said his guys didn't do it and aren't taking responsibility for my car damage.

I was shown two options for an oil change the second one looked like synthetic for 79.99 Upon paying it turned out it was $110 for full synthetic 5qts. Maybe the second option I had seen was synthetic blend. 110$ is very High and if that's what it is that's fine, but please make sure you communicate that upfront and the customer understands what they're getting. I believe the tablet I was shown on arrival wasn't zoomed out all the way to show all the options. Had I known I would have gotten the blend. I also had a coupon which brought down the price which I do appreciate. Also other than that, the staff was very polite courteous and professional which I also appreciate and thank.

I was assisted by two young men this evening with my oil change. They were kind, courteous and prompt. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer my questions in detail. Excellent service! I highly recommended this location.

My first time using this location for an oil change and I had a wonderful experience! Adrian was professional, helpful, and patient. He gave me advice and ensured all of my fluids were topped off. Highly recommend this jiffy lube. Everyone was super professional and informative. The process was quick and efficient. Special s/o to Adrian - he was super informative, professional and adequate with the process and detailed with what should be taken care of. He did not skip a beat! Great employee to have on your team. Thanks so much, I will be back to this location for routine maintenance :-)

I had an overall good experience with Jiffy Lube on S Federal Blvd. The technicians I interacted with were all professional, helpful and thorough. Their team of technicians repaired all of those items needed and requested, and I appreciate them taking care of my customer needs. Keep up the good work Jiffy Lube!

I m a rideshare driver and needed my annual inspection. Both last year and this year, this shop has been great. They got me In immediately and I was driving away 15 minutes after I pulled up. $40 for the inspection. Arturo was incredibly professional and helpful. Highly recommend

Yes!! I appreciate honesty and that goes along way in my book. Thank you To the mechanic that rushed and got my jeep done in such short notice, there was some cancellations and they were able to squeeze me in. My bill was adjusted because they noticed an error and I appreciate honesty

Everyone that helped me made this a perfect experience. The workers were helpful and very professional. They worked very efficiently and got me through very fast. They also have great prices! I ll definitely be back if I need a quick oil change

Because my first review was deleted. Was referred to go here from a different jiffy lube. Asked them to look at the turbo and they said it was a water pump. gave me a quote for $1800. Had my car for over a month and maxed out my finances with cosmetic and general matinance. Without a quote on anything else. They did not contact me throughtout all of this process despite stating multiple times they would call me back. I had to reach out to them everytime. I could not call the store for the first week because their phone wasn't working for whatever reason. So I never received any of the quotes i asked for. When I picked up my vehicle there was a part for $1000 that i had never even heard of. $5000 on the day I picked up my car and immediately noticed something was wrong. Contacted the shop they said dont worry about it. My vehicle broke down the next day. Went back to the shop and they said it was my turbo and my motor is blown out. They are not willing to admit they did not look at the turbo despite another jiffy lube employee calling them to tell them we were on our way and to look at the turbo. they are not helping me in anyway to get my car back on the road suggesting a $3800 motor. As an update I received my car with missing components the first obvious one was my wiper blades which should have never been replaced and are no longer on the car. Also parts of my car are in the backseat. There are components under my hood that are clearly not properly installed as you can see in the pictures. I should mention I obviously cannot drive the car. I'm not sure why they did this or deleted my first review, but I would never suggest to anyone to go to another jiffy lube.

I usually get oil changes done at the dealer but I was in a hurry and didn't have time. Jiffy Lube was able to get me in right away, the service only took 25 minutes and I was on my way. I also expressed my concern about the plug not being tight enough because in the past I've had it come undone after an oil change (this happened to me twice!). The technicians showed me that the plug was tight which no one else has ever offered! They also refilled my coolant and wiper fluid. Overall, great experience. Would recommend going to this location.

Anthony and his crew were so very kind.I recently had a new engine installed and i was a little upset, because my car was leaking coolant.Anthony put me at ease, and after a little trouble shooting, they found the problem and fixed it! ...at no charge!I have had the oil changed a couple of times, and popped in a time or 2, to have my fluids topped off, and they have always been very kind and professional...but this last visit, they solidified this consumer relationship and made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Anthony & Jiffy Lube!

They informed me of what would probably need to be worked on soon, power steering. Adrian showed me all the fluids they filled and let me know they could do my power steering for me when need be.

Pulled into this location and was immediately greeted and assisted. They got to work and registered me since I had never been there. They went over all of their services and recommended services based on manufacturer. Was in and out of there within an hour. When they were done, they explained all they did and showed me that everything was back in place and secure. Fast and friendly, will definitely be going back.(The lobby was a little cold though )

Crew was super nice super respectful and they definitely helped me out not only with one or two options for what s best for my car they realy realy gave a best option and opinion and they did an awesome and clean job on my car drove off after they were done. My car running like a shooting star fast and silent. Great job Jiffy lube. I d recommend comeing to this jiffy lube on south federal. The only place I m getting my car serviced from now on.

I made an appt online for an oil change but apparently no JL locations even receive appointment requests & it is first come first serve. However, I was still out of there in less than an hour, which was amazing! Everyone was really nice & I will definitely go back to that location for my next oil change.But really, Jiffy Lube Corporate - why even give customers the option for appointments when it s not even a thing? You re pissing off customers by operating this way.Service: Oil change

I ve used this jiffy lube a few times, but this last time was theeee worst and I m not sure I ll go back.The whole thing took 2 hours and would have taken longer if I hadn t asked how much longer it was going to take...I sat outside and watched 2 cars that arrived at least 20 mins after me (that s after I had already waited an hour for the cars in front of me to get done) get their service done before I walked up and asked how much longer before my car was looked at. The guys stated the car in front of mine was almost done and I m next:.. well, another 20 mins passed and the car still didn t move, so luckily the guy I talked to told the others I had been waiting and moved the other vehicles that came after me out of the way so I could be loaded into the next open bay.No one should ever have to wait that long for a quick oil change, or get to watch other cars that arrived wayyyyy later than you get done before you.

I just had my oil changed, fluids checked and topped off, and new wiper blades placed today here on Federal at the Jiffy Lube, and I would Highly Recommend this place and all of their Honest Professionals!! I have an eight-year old Mercedes, and I have been skeptical in the past and know that I have been overcharged in the past at other places/companies.First off, they actually answered the phone when I called to ask about availability for services, and they let me know that mid-afternoon for today was good, so I drove on over. Yes! They do know how to change the oil on a Mercedes, and they didn't laugh at me for using a coupon. Thank You to Arturo A and Nahuel R, and everyone else there for your Great Services at reasonable/fair prices! Don't Hesitate and wind up overpaying at the dealership~

No line!! Greeted my a very nice fella, scanned our vin# to see if we were in the data and we were he knew what we had in the past which is ALWAYS nice, a younger worker came and informed us of the suggestions for the car, was pleasant and nice he rang up the total accepted my coupon and we were out in 15 min. Was a great visit!! Always been a fan of this particular Jiffy Lube!! Grew up in this neighborhood!!

Everyone was efficient and professional. The person who checked my car in for service did a great job of explaining the differences between the different types of oil changes. They were quick to do the oil change/tire rotation and saved me some money by offering a Labor Day coupon.10/10 would recommend for any basic services.Service: Oil change
