After two trips back and forth oil puddles all over the place. A technician didn't put a gasket in the oil filter. My brand new Mercedes is completely covered in oil. I still have the wrong amount of oil in the car. I should have just drove this until all the oil dumped out which would have taken about another hour on 11 quarts of oil and let him buy a new motor for this $90,000 van. It's still low and nobody made any offer to wash all this oil off the car after their mistake. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never recommend taking your car to this place. So $200 later 5 hours of time. I still have low oil in the original oil filter and not even a phone call from a manager

Great service! Jake was professional and gave us an original quote that ended up costing less after he completed the work; showing that they put the customers first! I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Won't be going anywhere else for future services!

The team was quick and thorough in completing my oil change. I'm not accustomed to driving my car through when the job is complete, but other than that, I appreciated their explanation on the wait time, and keeping me informed until my car was set to be done. Everyone was polite and professional from start to finish. Thank You!

I just needed to have jiffy lube work on two vehicles in two days.The guys there were so friendly and knowledgeable.They handled my vehicles issues so quickly and efficiently I was impressed.I will definitely go back for my next scheduled vehicle maintenance.Jiffy lube is awesome!! Thanks guys

I got fast service, but upon review of my invoice it detailed that they had filled up my tires to 38psi. A quick check with a pressure gauge revealed they had not filled up my tires at all and I needed to get them refilled elsewhere, calling into question all other services given.

I was surprised how quick and professional these guys were. Amazing service, quality is top notch and the price is very fair. They don t try to upsell you on everything, in fact they didn t try to upsell me on anything which I highly appreciate and they gave me a coupon with no arguing. I will definitely be using these guys for all my vehicles, the dealerships are horrible now haha. This is the place to go!

I just needed a quick vehicle inspection for ride share driving. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was courteous and pleasant. It took less than 10 minutes! I would highly recommend this location. The staff made the experience outstanding. Thank you!

The whole team was great. I very last minute flew out from Seattle to pick up a car and with brutal winter conditions had to change the tires. JD was super communicative and helpful in making sure that it got done to ensure a safe trip home. He picks up the phone and calls right away. Very much appreciated.

When I arrived JD the general manager was super friendly and very helpful for what I needed on my vehicle. 1. I brought in my own 10 quarts of oil. The vehicle used 6 quarts, the tech that put in the oil failed to return the unused 4 quarts of oil. He was trying to rush me to leave even before the tech under the car was finished. Shame on me for not asking where the unused oil was.2. The tech that worked on my vehicle (under the hood, not under the vehicle) made a snide comment about my extensive vehicle knowledge when I asked the manager to double check the work done under the vehicle.3. The manager was very helpful and polite.

I went in on Friday evening, and everything was fine and well. Oil change went smooth, and I had them fill my rear differential fluid. They ran a diagnostic while I was there because my check engine light had come on that day.The problem begins today when I called to get the diagnostic code. The employee that was there on Friday 100% told me it was a brake sensor. He said he wrote the code down on my paperwork. They didn't give me the paperwork, so I called today to get the code. Edward, who was rude from the second he answered the phone, informed me that it was a steering wheel code. I told him that's not correct because the employee and I literally had a conversation about it being a brake sensor due to an experience I had that day while driving. Edward smuggly replies, "Well, you can just bring it back in, but we're gonna charge you $140 for the diagnostic."What Edward meant to say was, "we lost the paperwork, I have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm willing to argue with a customer, and if you pay us $140, we can do it all over again." What kind of nerve does someone have to have to request you pay $140 to plug in a machine after they lost my paperwork in the first place?The guys that did my work were nice and did a good job, but all it takes is one weak link in your team to create a problem that shouldn t even exist. He could have just gave me the code, or handed me off to the employee I had originally spoken with on Friday, but when you tell me that your mistake in losing my paperwork is going to cost me $140, you instantly lose the tiny amount of respect I had for you in the first place.

Everything was excellent, but as I was leaving, a piece of the garage door fell off and hit my car, leaving a gouge in the paint. The gentleman working said they would take of it. If they take care of it, I will raise my rating.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to the Jiffy Lube on Tower Road near Green Valley today because my check engine light was on. They did a diagnostic test and said that I needed new spark plugs. I got the service. Immediately after I left, The smell of gas and chemicals was coming through my vents. I tried calling the store several times to ask them if this was normal but no one answered. I ended up going to my Brothers house to have him look, and he immediately noticed that my oil cap wasn t on and that it was sitting up where my vent air intake is. He opened the hood and Oil had splashed all over the inside of under my hood! And I don t understand why my oil cap was off if they were fixing spark plugs. My car could have caught on fire!! I ve been calling and still no one is answering!

Couldn't rotate tires. Didn't add windshield fluid until I went back to ask. The low sensor on my car didn't go out. Would not recommend this location

This Jiffy Lube was superb! The employees were friendly and efficient and took care of my oil change and fluid top ups without an issue. I had a very bad experience with a different Jiffy Lube in Parker and was so glad to have had a better time at this location. In contrast to the Parker location, the employees at this GVR Jiffy Lube were professional and knowledgeable. We will be returning to this Jiffy Lube for our future oil changes.

I came during a busy time, so I had to wait a little bit. I was upsold a little, but no pressure once I denied. The items were things suggested were normal things for every 30K. I had them done somewhere else. Once I was in the garage, things went smoothly.

Damaged my vehicle during an oil change and still haven't heard from the manager or corporate. Slow service. Employees rather smoke cigarettes than work. Employees are not friendly. Long wait times. Rude merchant.I waited 45 minutes, and the garage was empty. There is always a problem when redeeming coupons.

I am going on a 3 hr trip and jiffy lube did everything needed to get my car ready. These guys, at the Tower location at Greenvalley Ranch are a super team. They ordered new tires and did all necessary work quickly and efficiently. I will be safe and Im grateful

The gentleman Edward there was very rude. I came to get my oil change here and after a couple days I notice a leak then I took it back up there and they said something about the gas cap not being put together back right. So i thought then that everything was okay but then my car continued to leak and so I went back and they fixed it however when I drove my the bottom of my car was hanging so I had to bring my car back up there . Overall Edward was very rude saying I couldn t get the receipt and the service was bad would never go back again to get my oil change. Now after getting a fresh new oil change about a month later of complications my oil light came on. Do not go here they don t do their work correctly and they smoke and smell drunk .Service: Oil change

As a walk in without an appointment, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Unlike any other oil change place I've visited, the techs show you "why" they recommend changing any fluids before doing so. Once the job was completed. The techs brought me back out to the hood of the car and showed me the new oil on the dip stick, the new air filter in place, AND all the caps were back on tightly ! They even gave me a discount ! What a great experience and will not look anywhere else for service.
