Don t listen to the negative reviews here. I had my Chevy Colorado dropped off here for a hood replacement due to the lovely hail storms we encountered last summer. They were so easy to work with coordinating the drop off, all the way through the process and to let us know it was ready.Get there to pick it up and y all, my truck looked brand new! Seamless work. And to top it off, they went above and beyond and detailed the inside. That was a lovely surprise for a busy body who lacks to keep it clean herself.So thank you the Jewel Collision team! Y all are great and if I need any future work I ll be returning.

Highly recommend Jewell for auto body work. My car had a TON of stuff that needed to be fixed. Jewell did an amazing job! My 10-year-old car looks brand new! Ken and Tara were fantastic - explained everything thoroughly and provided 10/10 customer service! Great place. Great people.

I recently had my car repaired at Jewell Collision. Kenneth my technician, was professional, courteous, and gave me detailed and timely updates throughout the repair process.The entire staff was professional and friendly, from the receptionist to the owner (Christian). I have already recommended Jewell Collision to my son, and will continue to refer to anyone in need of autobody repairs!

Christian was my point of contact and he was so great! The company coordinating the repairs was Nexterra and they were terrible, always over promising and never getting back to me. But Christian always got back to me within minutes and gave me the real story. He accurately estimated when my car would be done and explained the reason for the delays, which were out of their hands. When I got my car back it was perfect. Better than new. It looked so great! I will definitely use this shop again if I ever have the need for a body shop.

Definitely recommend Jewell Collision for any Rivian repair needs. John and team were able to work their magic on a side dent and make the car look like new. I appreciate the timely work and detailed updates from the team.

My car was delivered to this body shop on September 19th. I just finished a maintenance inspection at Toyota. Only car repairs. I spent two and a half months practicing there. It opens at 4pm on Friday, December 1st. Come on the next day. Just found out. The oil filler port is clogged. Unable to refuel. Because I couldn t find the tools at the gas station. I drove a long way and bought a few tools. Only then can you come on. Fortunately it's a little oily. At night it was discovered that the central mechanical box was overheating. Checked in on Saturday morning. Found an oil leak in front of the right wheel. Because of the weekend. Monday morning drive. Still overheating after twenty minutes. After inspection, it was found that the right shaft sealing tower apron was completely damaged. Look for them Tuesday morning. The car dealership said it didn't have the machinery to move the car. Could it be that they were kept there for two and a half months? Is a ghost moving? The car was mechanically intact before delivery. Just had it serviced at Toyota. Just opened three days ago. There will be oil leakage. This is early October. They asked for my little key. Open the spare tire chain under the car body. (The spare tire lock) said to check. Now it says that the mechanical part has not been touched. Don't know why I say that. I don't care about my car now.

I took my car to the shop after it was damaged in a hailstorm and I couldn't be happier with the work that Savanna and Tara did. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I was impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. My car looks as good as new and I'm so grateful to Savanna and Tara for their hard work. Just got my 23 van back that had a minor collision and total hail damage. They handled the 2 claims for me with the insurance so I hardly had to do a thing. Eliminated a ton of stress for me for sure. It now looks like it did when I first drove it away from the dealership, to the detail! Informative and knowledgeable of the questions I had. Turnaround time was to be expected, there was a slight hiccup in communication regarding where my vehicle was and response to voicemails. Front desk is very nice!

They did great work, but communication is tough. They seemed really busy, but I had to call every other day or so to get any kind of an update.They said 2 weeks, I called several times and was told one more week, called several more times and was told it was in detailing, called a few more times and was able to pick it up.Did great work, returned it nice and clean, just tough to get a hold of.

I brought my vehicle here based on a recommendation from one of my favorite shops that I've always taken my Toyota 2 to get work done. I had some body work that needed to be done on the lower passenger side of the vehicle now. Originally I was told it was going to be an extensive period of time that the vehicle was going to be within care which was acceptable. Something that should be expected. What I was not expecting was my vehicle to be taken to a shop 30 minutes west of my location unbeknownst to me to have the work done, this is absolutely unacceptable to have no idea where your vehicle is for a month and a half. I was without my mode of transportation and the entire time my vehicle was not where it was stated to be. When I was finally given the information to go pick up my vehicle they did not take my vehicle to the correct location and had me Uber 30 minutes into Lakewood to pick up the vehicle myself. I then was late to work that day. 45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and customer service. I will never recommend this shop to anyone as their practices are unorthodox and not customer friendly

I was referred by Rivian to Jewell East for a repair to my R1T. Doug Ward was simply fantastic with his communication and keeping me informed of the costs, process and repair every step of the way. He took the lead in dealing with the insurance company to make it even easier on me. Top notch repair work and paint matching, and they fully detailed my truck before returning it to me (on a Saturday!). Highly recommend Doug and Jewell Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chris and Savanna at Jewel Collision were absolutely wonderful today. I had a fog light cover needing to be installed I was having trouble getting it to stay in place. Jewell collision did a wonderful job on fixing my Tahoe after it was backed into. Tara and Doug went above and beyond to finish my car well before anticipated and jumped through hoops to ensure I was taken care of. Customer service alone was phenomenal, but picking my car up after I was very pleased! The work looked amazing and they even cleaned the inside of my car. Will recommend them to friends and family. Hopefully my car won t be getting hit again, but if so I ll bring it here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've had nothing but great experiences with Jewell. Tara and Savannah always treat me well and got my wife's Nissan Leaf fixed back to new. You can't even tell the bumper and 1/4 panel were replaced. Thank you!

I m very grateful to have found Jewell after my auto accident. From my first interaction with Tara, I knew I was in good hands. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. I know Doug was probably tired of my incessant emails, constantly checking in on the status of my vehicle. I received timely responses to my queries. The dedication of the shop to make sure that every detail was attended to us nothing short of stellar. Due to supply chain issues, it took a while, but I would rather have quality over quick. Thank you for restoring my vehicle!

Dropped my car off at Jewell Collision East for an insurance repair claim after being sideswiped along the length of the car. Doug & Tara were very professional and kept me updated all along the process. Upon pickup of the car, I was very pleased with the quality of the fit and paint job. Doug and Tara and all the technicians working there are all top class folks. Yes in today's world your repair is going to take forever. Is what it is but I'm really glad I went with these guys over a national chain. My car drives like brand new thanks to Doug and his team. I can't say enough good things. Doug and Tara both kept me in the loop despite my propensity to email them constantly for updates. Doug explained every thing that he kept finding wrong with my car and I'm just so greatful to be driving a stiff and safe vehicle thanks to them. Any sort of body work or repair, I don't care how long the wait is, I know who to call now. Thank you guys all so much for everything you did for me and making my car safe again to be on the road. Doug, Tara and the team were all extremely responsive, informative and helpful in the repair of my Rivian after I was rear ended. The helped to minimize the pain of dealing with the other side's insurance company which was great (I won't mention any names, but the company has an Emu in their TV ads, and apparently, Emu's must run the company as well.....)The other Rivian approved shop was scheduling nearly 6 months out, and Jewell was able to fit me in for repair in less than 1/4 of that time.Other than Rivian shipping Jewell defective replacement parts....TWICE (not Jewell's issue to be sure!), the process could not have been better with the Jewell team.Highly recommended, and once you are done with Jewell, you are a 10 min drive to the Rivian service center to deal with any other issues (like the seat belt recall!) that might come up.Jewell is highly recommended from my side for certain!Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish Christian, Tara, and Doug were professionals, courteous, always communicating the progress. I have had 4 different vehicles in their shop. This place was great. Tara especially was amazing. She stayed on top of everything for me. The timing, my rental, and she made sure to be just as particular as I am in regard to the repairs to my vehicle. I've had my car for years and the repairs required some new parts and new paint. The paint matches as far as I've been able to tell and I've been checking it for days. They even took care of getting the tint redone on my window which I don't think I confirmed with her I wanted done. She anticipated my needs to make sure i was completely happy with the finish. They also completely detailed my vehicle and it looks great, almost new. When I need work done again, thats where I'm going.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I needed a tow. I have AAA and called them for assistance. They sent Jewell Collision. The driver was Sal. Just want to say he was on time, hooked me up and got me to my mechanic very quickly. Real nice guy, too. This is the kind of employee companies want to employ. Job well done. Much appreciated!

Incredible staff and facility.Literally would be a willing unpaid spokeswoman for these people.Absolutely on top of everything. They are passionate about what they do and absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. Couldn t have asked for a better place to take our vehicle.Don t be cornered by your insurance to choose a certified shop. Go where you trust. Go to Jewell Collision.

When you have the unfortunate event of a having car problems this place is the place to go! They will take such good care of your car and treat your vehicle as their own. This is the best place I've ever taken my car to be worked on the original owner actually started me or what I meant to describe today I haven't I haven't ever been this happy I'm at homeless painter they gave her job too would never have the riches he has now I'm sure he'll think about it for the rest of his life or shall I say he will be rewarded the rest of his life I called to tell him how I've been blessed finding their shop through that Homeless painter if anybody ever has a question about where to take the Mercedes are Corvettes or any car that people care about they can contact me I will personally guarantee this is the best body shop ever their workers are hand-picked and are the best a car conscious shot could want thank you for all the good reflections and smooth paint that matches to perfection and none would have been possible if it hadn't been for Mr Gary Garcia and all the sacrificing his friends and family
