We have an 01 Tacoma which, like many Tacomas of this vintage, is developing rust spots around the windshield. When our windshield needed to be replaced, our previous auto glass shop wouldn t touch it. Fortunately, we found JC Auto Glass. Omar did a great job, and charged half of what our previous auto glass shop quoted (before they bailed on us). We are thrilled to get our Taco back on the road.

I totally forgot to leave a review when I got my service done last summer, but I need their services again so better late than never. I'm not even kidding this should be your first and last call when looking for estimates. Every other place in the city was trying to charge me $350+ because I have a BMW that's old enough to drink. It's not new! With this place I was out the door under $200. The work was done in the time it took me to go sit down and eat breakfast. Can't recommend enough!

If this guy is too unprofessional to show up on time or at the very least have good communication to let you know he's running late why should you trust him doing a repair on your car?Had an appointment with him on Saturday for 2pm, he was supposed to drive to me and said he would call when he's on his way. Around 2:40pm I still haven't got a call that he was on his way so I called him to make sure the appointment was still on, when he picked up he sounded like he had just woke up and said he was running late and he asked to reschedule for today(Sunday) at 9am saying he will be here by 9am. Surprise... He wasn't here by 9am. Wasn't going to spend the whole day waiting, and still no update from him after 30 minutes I cancelled the appointment for the window repair

Not only did Omar quote me an amazing price, when he found out another day this week wouldn t work with my schedule, he took care of me today when they were closed for the holiday. Quality work at an amazing price with unmatched customer service!

Spectacular job done at almost half the price of what Schomp Subaru quoted me! I had a chip on my front windshield that turned into cracks (super nerve wrecking). My appointment was initially on Sat. Omar went the extra mile to call and explained the weather that day was too cold for the glue to solidify. He came out of his way to my workplace to get my windshield replaced on Monday since I couldn t take time off. It was in total less than an hour from the moment he showed up, got the windshield replaced, and drove away. He even put my dash cam and oil change sticker back in place!!! Can t say enough good words about Omar s service. Highly recommend!

I came across this place after searching extensively for a way to repair my front window shield through an affordable fashion. The owner was kind and friendly, and I was able to get everything done for far less than other auto glass shops without sacrificing quality as my front window shield is still holding up securely weeks later. Thank you so much for making quality and affordable service an all in one.

These guys / Omar is the best. Reasonable prices and they come to you to install. I've used Omar's services twice so far and couldn't be happier. Some businesses have lots and lots of reviews and usually the really good ones have mostly good and an occasional 3, 2, or even 1 star review. I tend to try and support small businesses and sometimes that means rolling the dice on whether the reviews online are accurate and give an idea of the business you'll be dealing with.Well, last year around May before a road trip to the East Coast I looked around and found a company that not only had excellent reviews but also was extremely affordable. Obviously at the time I thought it was a gamble but when I noticed that it was possibly a branch of a larger company I was suspicious again. However, I called and spoke to Omar and found out that despite the name his was a sole ownership. Omar is a perfectionist does fantastic work and was able to get our Suburban ready for the road trip, he went out of his way to clean and make sure that he left the car in better shape (and not just the windshield) than it had been when he got there. He was done in about 90 minutes and we were thrilled. Sadly I was so busy at the time I had forgotten to write a review, sorry Omar.Fast forward to today, my small car was in need of a windshield and I called Omar. The price was still amazing, the work was done in LESS than an hour and he was on time and came to the house to do the work. Omar is a gentleman, works hard, is dedicated to his craft and does excellent work. As usual he left the car better than when he arrived (including the windshield) and charged an extremely fair price. I can't recommend this business enough. If you need autoglass don't call anyone else. J. C. Autoglass is your only option, don't let anyone else do this work. They are the perfect combination of excellent work and excellent price. I Had A 430 Appt & Went 2 Their Lakewood Location. Essentially Making Me Late....I Pulled Up The Dude W/The Braces Was Super Kool & Was Just Patiently Waiting 4 Me.... He Could Of Easily Turned Me Away. I Will Be Referring Them & Using Any Other Services They Have...Super Happy W/Ending Results....

I called JC Auto Glass and spoke with Omar about a quote to get my Toyota Tacoma fixed. It was a victim of a smash and grab at an RTD lot that broke out the passenger rear quarter panel glass.Omar's quote was very competitive, much less than Safelite so I went with it and wasn't disappointed. He got me in the next day and fixed it while i waited. Then he vacuumed the carpets to get any broken glass from the break in.I will be back next time i need glass and would recommend JC Auto Glass to anyone needing glass work.Service: Auto side window replacement

Mr. Omar Is awesome, he was able to take me at the shop on short notice because our remote appointment got rained out. He was extremely professional and courteous. Made me feel right at home while I was waiting in his office. Would highly recommend their service.

Omar did a great job. On the first call I was hoping to get a quote - he came in significantly under what his competitors did. He called the morning of his scheduled day to confirm his arrival window. He arrived on time to our home and replaced our windshield within 30 minutes. Had a great experience with JC Auto Glass! The process was quick and easy right in my driveway (it took about 45 minutes to 1 hour) and I am very thankful to them for their expertise and kindness. Jessica answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. The new windshield is clean and all of my stickers and dashcam were reinstalled. I searched online for local places with high reviews. I called, they gave a quote and told me about the quality glass they use and I was able to book a convenient appointment time for within a few days. They were great to work with. I loved that they are a local family owned business. It's so great to have a new windshield! I'd definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Omar responded quickly. He was almost $200 less than other estimates I received. He responded with a confirmation email and actually was able to show up earlier than we planned. He called first to make sure it was okay to show up earlier. A great company which I highly recommend! Omar did an excellent job on my windshield replacement. Thank you, Omar!

Honestly, I was a little skeptical walking in just because of the area and it was kind of a dark, older-looking office. Omar came out and asked for my keys, and I gave them to him without really asking any questions. He drove my truck away and I couldn't help but think that a stranger may have just stolen my truck right from under my nose. I had recently gotten scammed on a truck I had previously purchased, so I sat there for about 30 minutes thinking "what the hell did I just do" before he drove it back around with a brand new windshield on it. All for less than half the price of what Safelite quoted me. Excellent job Omar. I highly recommend using JC Autoglass.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Omar was awesome. Had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM, but with weather, he were unable to make it out to me. Weather is not his fault and he quickly offered to have me come into the covered shop that same day to get the windshield replaced (taking just 1 hour out of my day). Pricing was great - I have a 2014 Ford F150 with rain/water detection and the cost was $236 out the door. JC Auto Glass was the first company to reach back out to me and had the lowest quote along with the friendliest/most helpful staff. Omar also offered free rock chip repair for the first chip as long as I came back to him. 10/10 would recommend and will be going here for any glass repair in the future.
