Awesome place. Greg in service took good care of me. Had a front diff leak. He told me upfront he only had one mechanic on site this week, but said swing by we will look at it for you... I did that yesterday morning. They stopped what they was doing and pulled me on in. Found out diff was bad. Needed new bearings. I went to a motel. I was done and out the door by 09:00 this morning... And that's only because the had to get the diff from there Greeley store or I would have been done yesterday... Thanks for everything... I'll definitely be back if I ever need anything when I'm out there.... Thanks again, Anthony

An amazing facility with an awesome staff. I came to Denver to pick up a truck and bring it back to Arizona, had some issues a few miles down the road and called the service department and spoke with Greg who was beyond helpful. He was the only shop in the area who gave me an idea of what was wrong, a repair plan, cost and was willing to get me in that day to help get me back on the road and heading home. Now, Greg didn t pull one of his guys off another project and cost someone else more down time. Greg, the shop manager and service writer took time out of his day working two people s jobs to fix my truck. He maintained great communication and customer service throughout the repair and charged an honest, fair rate for the work done. At one point while waiting on the truck, he gave me a tour of the impressive facility which just made me wish we had and ITP in Arizona.. On top of all that, Greg called me this morning to make sure the truck and I made it home. I ve recommended ITP to anyone that will listen since my visit, I couldn t be happier with my experience there. These guys are simply the best, I needed a part for a 89 chevy front axle dana 60 case and they found it right away and were very helpful. Many other places in town didn't know what I was talking about, but I highly recommend going here for your parts needs!!!

I highly recommend Inland Truck Parts and Service for any service you need. I thought I had a rear drive train problem so I randomly pulled in and was told they were booked out for over a week. Even being extremely busy Pat took time out to come take my truck for a drive to diagnose it. Pat told me it was just a bad tire. He even checked fluids in my car and made sure it was safe to drive. It s nice to meet amazing and honest people.Thank you so much for everything. I can t begin to express how awesome the guys are here. Greg went above and beyond what I d expect from anyone at any shop. He called over 25 people looking for a part and when that couldn t be done he helped me get things well enough to at least make it home. Wether you re in a tough spot or not, I d recommend these guys to anybody.

Was having issues locating a flywheel for an old truck, but Mathew in parts was able to hook me up. Outstanding customer service! Not only do I recommend, but I will be taking all further business here.

I was down due to transmission issues and even though I had to drive a little further than the closest inland. They were able to get me out the door n back on the road alot quicker than the other. And if you're a driver you know time is money. Both service and mechanic department were determined to get me back rolling as quickly as possible.Service: Transmission

I'll start off with the fact I'm a DIY mechanic and decided to take on a front differential rebuild myself b/c local shops I called wouldn't even talk about doing a rebuild for me. Most places I called wouldn't even remove/press the new bearings. I called ITP and they said to bring in what I had and they'd try to help. Well, I took my differential assembly (removed from the case) into ITP and asked them if they could help me remove and press on two new side bearings. Even though it probably seemed slightly crazy to them that I was doing this myself, the gentlemen in the service shop were more than happy to help me out and had me in and out of the shop in 20 minutes. Can't say how much I appreciate them taking the time to help me and they likely saved me hundreds of dollars for helping.

I highly recommend that no one trust Pat or this company!! He is a lier and bad for business. He over charge's you and has catches he won't tell you about until it's time to pay. He put in a alternator in knowing that it will burn out without fixing the wiring but he was dishonest and didn't let us know.

Had a great experience with inland and their staff. The drive shaft broke just outside of Denver. Had the vehicle towed to their shop and the drive shaft was rebuilt the same day. Thanks guys

Not the cheapest place out there, but if you're are looking for a high quality service without waiting in line for hours to get you back on the road this is a good shop. If you're driving a semi or RV they have a huge parking lot behind their shop. Easy in and out, pretty convenient.

Man I don't know what to say these guys are freaking awesome, I drive a tanker and I have a pump, my dry shaft fell off driving down the road, and I called them on a Friday right before closing time, not only I found my parts but they also left my parts outside the door for me since I was 200 miles away from their place. These guys when above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much you guys rock.

Nice people but didn't have the air filter or fuel filters I needed, they could order them but I was passing thru.

Had them about 6500 miles ago rebuild and do a gear change in my tow truck.. with the weight I move, I needed to change gear ratios .. the service dept and the gear shop work out the details, called me gave an estimate if we needed to do anything with the driveshaft .. the whole job was done 2 days and came in 1500 under estimate... just dropped my other truck off to have the springs replaced and upgraded.. depending on the estimate... maybe front brakes.. if you have med to heavy duty truck problems... this shop can cover just about everything in house.. call service dept and they can answer your questions...

A few months back we had a third member changed by these folks. The price I believe was a fair price thru and thru. They also got our truck in and with great customer service.
