This was my 2nd time taking my car to Holiday Auto Care, and I'm always happy with their service (especially after having bad experiences at a dealership). They were very transparent with my options and fair with pricing. I ended up paying hundreds less than what the dealership quoted me for repairs, and my car was ready a few hours later! Would definitely recommend

I m a new customer and my first experience was smooth and awesome. I ve had my 2017 Audi for a few years and always serviced it at the same place. Then their Audi mechanic left and I needed a new home for auto care. I checked with Triple A and Holiday has great reviews. I met the owner and he was friendly and professional. I never felt that here s a little lady let s gouge her. I ll be back for future auto care and appreciate the service and kindness. This time I got a needed oil change.

This was the mechanic that AAA towed my car to when it wouldn't start. It was obvious that the alternator and battery needed to be replaced. I was quoted $900 which was already steep but when I picked up my car the total was over $1000. $145 for labor is insane. Only redeeming part was that I was refunded $170 after confronting them about how absurd the total was.

Great service. I brought my Subaru in to have a tire fixed and they had it all done in just a few minutes. They can get pretty busy; I would call ahead for major services. They've been in business since the 60s and it seems like everyone who works there really knows what they're doing. Same service counter as the gas station, so if you need gas or snacks it's very convenient.

DO NOT GO HERE. My radiator broke and had AAA take it to this mechanic. Took advantage of me 1) being frantic of having no car and 2) being a young woman. I ended up paying $1300 to get my radiator fixed. The parts cost around 400 and the repairs took around 3 hours to complete once i called back. Explain why the labor was 900? Such a scan.

The Holiday auto team and Paul are HONEST. You know what they say, there is no such thing as an honest mechanic , but Paul was and he told me what was needed to be fixed and what I can hold off on for awhile. I went to 2 different auto places to look at my car and of course they tried to up-charge me and take advantage of me. After realizing these big box auto shops were not going to take care of me, I decided to go to Holiday and my car has been running like a champ ever since. Not only did they do an amazing job but my wallet thanked me too. Highly recommend Paul and his team!

Our family s suburban broke down on a softball trip right before the 4th. I could not get in anywhere and they were able to work us in understanding of our dire situation. I am beyond grateful for the service, communication and care. They even called to make sure we made it home ok. Great place to go to for professional, genuine, timely, kind service and care for your car and yourself. These guys are great. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, they're straight to the point and have structure on everything they charge- which is really hard to find for shops these day. A heads up, today I found out they do not do body work but they do a lot of work otherwise. Definitely recommend and I usually don't recommend car shops! I have had many bad experiences but this place is great! And Paul is always very helpful. They also do AAA discounts when possible.Service: Electrical repair

I've been using Holiday Auto Care for all my repairs for a few years now. This time, Mark, the owner, went above and beyond to help me with a complicated series of repairs. First, he recommended that I take it to the dealer, where one, warranty-covered repair was done. Then he recommended a transmission specialist (which saved me about $1000 from the dealer's estimate). Finally, he coordinated getting my car back to his lot, and saved me another $600 from the dealer estimate by coming up with a different solution for a headlight replacement. Every time I got to Holiday I get honest, trustworthy service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there. They'll take good care of you, so you won't have to worry if you're being taken to the cleaners.

This was my first experience with Holiday Auto Care as I am new to Denver. Mark Holiday was so wonderful from the start! My Jeep broke down and after calling Holiday Auto Care, Mark and his team were able to get me in right away. They were able to get me back on the road in less than 24 hours! Special thank you to Andrew, who did the work on my Jeep. These guys are quick, friendly, competent, and EXCELLENT at what they do! I would recommend them to anyone and I will be back!

I was nervous about finding a new mechanic when moving to Denver as my mechanic back home was a family friend. That being said, here they treat you like an old friend the minute you walk through the door and are thorough, keeping an eye out for any other problems they may notice while your car is in. They also explain everything so you know exactly what is going on with your car and why it may need certain things. Great people, great service, they re the best!Services: Tires, Oil change

Holiday Auto Care has been a great, dependable place to take my Camry for maintenance work, brakes, oil changes, 90,000 mile check up, etc. I can rely on them to be professional, fast with the work I need, and even a ride home sometimes. It's very helpful with my busy life to have an auto repair shop in my neighborhood I can count on. Have found their pricing to be average, and what I normally pay at Hotchkiss, etc.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I just moved to Denver about 6 months ago and was looking for a reliable auto repair shop that I could take my 2015 Subaru to get an oil change and tire rotation. I relied on reviews on google and yelp to find someone close and reliable. This place averaged with 5 stars, but how that's possible I have no clue. This place is a complete RIP OFF. I have had my vehicle for almost three years and have NEVER paid more than $80 for an oil change and a tire rotation, not even at a chain repair shop. But here, I got ultimately ripped off with a whopping charge of $80 for the oil change alone and an additional $35 for the tire rotation.This is totally outrageous. When I complained that this was too high, they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry.I am appalled that they charge so much for "outstanding labor." I would not recommend this place. They made me feel like an absolute idiot.

My partner and I have been coming to Holiday for a couple of years now for all of our auto needs. We are more than happy with the friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced services. I recently had issues passing emissions testing and Mark and the team were extremely accommodating and patient with me to help me get it done! We will be loyal Holiday Auto Care customers for years to come.

So glad a friend of ours recommended this place when we were having car troubles. It was just further confirmation we were in good hands when the rep I talked to at AAA about getting our car towed mentioned he brings his car here as well. They were able to get our car in and repaired quickly. Absolutely great to work with and reasonable prices. After 10 years in CO, we finally found our car place!

I have been a customer of Holiday Auto Care for some time now and knew they would be happy to help my minor predicament. As I was driving down the road, my 2018 Ford Escape warned me that the tire air pressure was low. Now I know how to check the pressure and put air in my tires, but this was the first time I had a vehicle that had Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) on it. I was concerned about how to get the warning on the dash turned off once the tire pressure was corrected. Without a moment's hesitation, Robert got a tire pressure gauge from the Service Counter and accompanied me back to my vehicle parked out front. We went around the vehicle, checking the air pressure in the tires and found the one tire that was causing the issue. To be on the safe side, Robert filled and checked all four tires to ensure that they were inflated to the proper pressure. Once that was completed, Robert and one of the immeasurably knowledgeable Mechanics that was on duty at Holiday Auto Care assured me that if I drove the vehicle for about a mile, the warning would disappear. Sure enough, once I made the turn at the stop light in front of the shop, the warning disappeared. Once again, Holiday Auto Care went above and beyond to provide exemplary service. I definitely recommend everyone to stop in to Holiday Auto Care to handle all of their vehicle service needs.

Had a truly horrible experience recently with Holiday Auto Care. After a nearly $1200 "miscommunication" about how much a repair on my car would be, I was also lied to over the phone regarding how the matter would be resolved. When I was paying for my car repair, I asked the man working the register if the AAA discount had been applied (at the very least, since i was paying $1200 more than I had been told over the phone earlier in the day) to which he replied "yes, it has already been applied." Then the next day over the phone, Paul, the man who had originally given me the incorrect total for my repair, told me they had not given me the discount, and he would be mailing me a check for $150 as well as multiple gift cards to Mobile gas stations to help remedy the situation. Though still frustrated with the miscommunication to begin with, I appreciated the (very, very small) gesture. A week later, I received a check for only $110, and I still have not received any gift cards, as promised over the phone. Not sure how this place is able to so blatantly lie to there customers. There are plenty of other reliable car mechanics in Denver that do not expect their customers to be experts on car mechanics and its pricing, and I would recommend going to any other but here.

I had a 2001year truck that was failing and the truck dealer could not determine why it was failing. The Holiday Auto Care owner "Mark" let me bring in the truck and he gave me an estimate cost to examine and then fix my truck. He and his chief Mechanic "Troy" examined it and determined what was causing the truck to fail. They determined that it was not a major gasket failure between the engine head gasket and radiator coolant system. They also determine quite a few more failures that would have completely broken the truck had they not been fixed. The dealership, again, never determined anything wrong with my truck. In 1 and half days, they fixed my trucks spark plugs, shocks, front driveshaft, radiator coolant system, lower front ball joints, 4 wheel alignment, air conditioning system, tightened all nuts and bolts on the truck and added a much better engine oil. Their fee for fixing the truck was lower than the dealership charges. Their prices gave them money and did not rob me like the dealers do. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN if you need help with your vehicle, go there and they will help you and not rob you. I think they are the best professional automobile mechanic company that I've ever attended in 6 states of our Country. All of their staff is awesome, kind, very nice and excellent professional automobile mechanics. I am now a permanent customer there for the rest of my driving time life! Awesome Company!!!

I first came to holiday auto care because I had a 10-year-old Audi, needless to say I was grateful to find such an amazing mechanic with exceptional customer service. Since then I have transition to a Toyota which means significantly less maintenance however I won't go anywhere else because the service call the of work and value is second to none.Regardless of who helps me, have never had a mediocre experience, let alone a poor one. Mark, specifically, has been consistently amazing. No matter what you need done to your car, bring it here you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!!!

I just had the nicest experience replacing a battery in my 10 year old Volvo. Paul, at Holiday Auto Care, was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I feel that I definitely got value for my money and the new battery was installed in 15 minutes. I will help spread the word about a great place.

Holiday Auto was my go-to for a couple of years when I lived in Denver. They were always professional, courteous, helpful. My 12-year old Alero started shuddering when idling, and it ended up being a large chunk of money to fix, and a year and a half later, my car died because of a fuel line issue, which was not cheap, either. Everything ran great afterwards, but I was a little salty about how much I spent on my paid-off car... UNTIL I just took it in for a new inspection in PA, and they commented on how they could tell the car had a lot of good work done on it; they were impressed. 2 years later, I'm still not having anymore issues and I'm even more satisfied that all their work was totally worth it. Thanks Mark & Team!

Mark and Kristin are amazing! I ve had some serious work done by here at the shop. They went above and beyond for me. Always keeping me in the loop, showing me what needed fix. Never over sold or told I needed unnecessary work. Only people I trust here in Denver to do work and oil changes on my 4Runner! Thank you guys for being so honest and reliable

$85.00 for a simple oil change when was quoted $55.00. Didn't notice till I left Overcharged on everything possible. Went for a starter in June. They seemed like they were honest, fair, reasonable. Now not so sure Plus, no waiting room. Had to wait outside.

I'd you want your vehicle fixed right the first time come here, they have the know how and the skills. Once I find a good mechanic I stick with em, these guys won't bs you into unnecessary repairs and are trustworthy.

Every time I bring my car to Holiday Auto the customer service is great. The pricing is reasonable, and the quality of work is A +. The auto technicians at Holiday have been keeping my old Subaru going for many years, and I really appreciate it. I'll be back.

Very positive experience. Needed to have my car checked for an unusual sound. I didn't have have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me within the hour. The mechanic who inspected the vehicle was very professional took extra time to answer all of my questions and concerns. It's this kind of service that will bring me back to Holiday auto the next time I need some help.
