Very friendly small business. Talked to Regina and one other to get my appointment set-up. The process went very smoothly and they were very accommodating. I was told that Ron would be coming out to replace our windshield at a certain time and he will call. He did exactly that, calling before he arrived and when he arrived. The replacement was very quick and with great quality. A lot more affordable than other shops around the area. Both Ron and his reps were very hospitable.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great experience with Hearts Auto glass from start to finish. The scheduler Regina was very kind and helpful as well as Ron the owner who came out and did a fantastic job replacing my front windshield. The price came out to be exactly what they quoted me. Ron was incredibly hospitable. I would recommend hearts auto with out reservation. Thank you so much

Terrible business/driver. Nearly ran me off the road just to cut ahead in the merge lane onto the highway. If his attitude translates to work ethic I would do anything to avoid this business. Never would I normally leave a bad review but this dude is a danger to society

Ron was amazing. He comes to you and within 2 hours you can drive with your brand new windshield. The price was so good I had wondered if it included the cost of the windshield itself or just the labor but it turned out to include everything. I am very impressed with how affordable and convenient this was. He also threw in a bottle of glass cleaner! I will never go anywhere else to get my windshield replaced, Heart's is totally the best.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Ronnie was amazing to work with! Honest, friendly, fast & quality work! He comes directly to your home which is aw a huge plus. My part was discontinued & he found me a perfect replacement part when the first one didn t come to my preference. Very affordable compared to other company I reached out with or my insurance deductible. He even cleaned the nasty duct tape off my roof with no extra fee which I was so worried about removing. Free window cleaner was a kind gift to ME, I should have had a gift for him. Heart a Auto Glass FIVE STARS. Very happy to have found Heart's to replace my passenger window which was shattered. I was looking for an alternative to Safelite , who had limited availability, required a drive to Arvada, and gave me a bid for $500. Heart's charged me half of that and came to my home within 2 days. If you need auto glass work done, Ronnie Johnson is your guy! Ronnie was super friendly and very accommodating. His price for a windshield replacement came in under what I expected and what I had previously paid elsewhere. Ronnie was on-time, eager to help and very professional. Regina, the receptionist, was extremely kind and helped me get a new windshield within a week. This company is based out of Denver, and they came all the way to Empire, Co to help me out. The repair technician that called me, Ron, was also very kind and made the process smooth. Highly recommended! Glad I found this little gem while looking for windshield repair in Denver.

Heart's Auto Glass is awesome - I was really dreading getting the windshield replaced and put it off for a long time. When I went to book and get a quote from the website I got a response within the hour and it was much cheaper than Safellite. I was quickly booked for the following week. Ronnie came out and did the replacement quickly and was super friendly and professional. If you need any glass auto glass work I highly recommend Heart's. Heart's will be the only place I use for future auto glass needs. Ron and his customer service person, Regina, were both great (the one negative review for a delayed callback is pretty silly). Heart's was responsive and on-time, Ron was very friendly and did fast, high-quality work in replacing a side window and fixing a windshield chip at my location.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto side window replacement

I was shopping around for windshield replacement services when I came across Heart's Auto Glass. I submitted for a quote and received a quick response. Communication was to the point and after a couple questions I received a quote that I am happy to say was spot on. No hidden fees or anything like that. Service was on time and even came right to my car with no additional fees. I saved a ton compared to big name companies and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Heart's Auto Glass to anyone needing a replacement. Ronnie surpassed all expectations. He was very detail oriented and even managed to impress my very picky husband. He installed a windshield for us and did a removal and reinstall of a back window in another vehicle so we could have some hail damage fixed. He made everything super easy! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for auto glass services.

Ronnie was quick to respond and was able to get me an appointment the very next day. I like the fact you can text or call and he is very quick to respond. He came to my house to replace my windshield. Very professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do, he wanted to make sure the glass he was going to install was ok to us, and then got right to work. Took him about an hour, which I expected, and then asked me to make sure everything looked good. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to put back any stickers on your windshield. Overall very satisfied with his work, will use him again if I need to. Would recommend him to anyone!

After waiting patiently for over a month for another auto glass company to source a windshield for my Tacoma, I went to Heart's instead. They had a new windshield for me within a short time! Ronnie J was amazing, installed the new glass quickly and perfectly! We are from out of town and had our truck broken into Friday night. I called this company first thing Saturday morning and within 3 hours he came and replaced a side window! The glass seems like it s highest quality and the price was cheeper then the other 2 companies I phoned. My daughter and I sat with him while he did his work. He was very happy, friendly, helpful, and most important he did what he said he would on time. He vacuumed all glass from Inside the door, the truck, running boards and the ground. This guy takes pride in his work and the entire experience was the best it could be. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this company to anyone in the denver area. I operate a fleet of Wildland fire fighting equipment in the southwestern US. I deal with auto glass companies on a regular basis. This guy blows my usual go to folks out of the park. I don t write reviews online but feel I needed to. This was exceptional at every level

The level of customer service Ronnie provides is outstanding. If something goes wrong, even if you're just extremely picky about little things, he will still go out of his way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. He will not make you feel like you're being ridiculous, if you're concerned about it then he is concerned about it. I have no problems recommended his company to family and friends.
