Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

I ll admit I was very skeptical at first because I heard of hail medic from a salesperson coming to my door and it seems too good to be true that you don t have to pay a dime out of pocket. However I couldn t be happier with how it turned out. Casey worked with me to get me in a rental car and get my truck to the shop. I even came to the shop to check it out and make sure it was legit first. Hail medic dealt directly with my insurance so I didn t have to do anything. They also paid enterprise directly so I didn t have to worry about being reimbursed or anything like that. While the process did take almost 6 weeks, I walked away with my truck looking good as new and I literally didn t pay a penny out of pocket. They even cleaned my truck inside and out before returning it.Service: Body & Trim

You re going to get a lot of flyers on your car when you go through a hail event. These guys are the real deal. My insurance company weren t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They ll build you an estimate that s accurate. They ll take care of your car like it s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.Workmanship .better than I expected. I have attached before and after photos.Customer care you would have thought it was Josh s car. The care, the personal attention, communication and understanding of the story behind the car. That s the part where myself and my husband were blown away.Thankful isn t the word to use when we think of Hail Medic. We can t rate them high enough. Thank you Josh and the team. Hail medic was the best place I ve worked with! There was no hassle they did everything including pick up my car and bring me a rental. James featherston my salesman was extremely helpful and kept me informed through the whole process! The car was returned just like new and they did the work extremely fast. I highly recommend anyone with hail damage use hail medic!

I just had my car fixed for hail repair from a storm 5 months ago. Yes, I waited to get it fixed but when I called around to get it looked at, other places told me it would take 3 months or more just to get it looked at (not repaired). When I received a card on my car for Hail Medic, I did some research and decided to try them out. Casey was the person I worked with and he kept me updated on the whole process! We worked with my insurance, and Casey would contact me twice a week to let me know where we were in the process. Hail Medic even secured a rental car for me that was perfect for me and my family. Everything was seamless and the turnaround time worked out perfectly, even through the holidays. Casey was knowledgeable, and quick to respond anytime I had a question. My car looks brand new and I'm so happy to have it back. I highly recommend Hail Medic to take care of your car repairs. They were professional and will quickly have you back on the road.

Hail Medic did an excellent job on my car. My car got hit pretty bad with a few hail storms, and was looking like a golfball. But now, after the fixes, it looks brand new. Casey was super easy to work with and made the experience great. They fixed my car up quickly and got rid of the 100-200 (maybe even more to be honest) hail dents on my car and it looks great. They also made the rent a car situation easy and updated me through out the time they had my car at their shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with hail damage around Denver.

Exceptional experience!!!!! As we all know hail damage is a nightmare. Hail Medic completely turns that around. James Featherston was a god send!!! All of the services were brought to me from the estimate to the completion of my vehicle. James kept in touch with updates. I always knew where my car was in the process. My car looks brand new once again. They cleaned up after themselves and brought my car back in pristine condition. Got caught in an unexpected hail storm and was pretty sure the car was totaled. Put in a request online on Sunday, Casey called at 9am on Monday and was there later that day to assess.They worked with insurance, and took care of everything. Feels like it never happened. If you love your car, so will HailMedic. My car was recently involved in a hail storm in Denver and took heavy damage. I wanted quality repairs and service. I looked through reviews on Google, found HailMedic, and called. This was my first experience with heavy hail damage and I didn t know what to expect. I worked with James and his diligent team, who came out to offer consultation on a repair estimate and the process following. My schedule is very busy throughout the week and the process was very hands off. James and my insurance took care of everything. James met me at Enterprise, I got a rental, and my car was driven to the shop for me. James provided multiple updates throughout the process and photos via text/call, always answering right away. When my car was finished, I was called immediately and offered the opportunity to pick my Subi. James drove my car to Enterprise, where I return my rental car and drove my Subaru home the same day. Two small dings were left after my car was returned. James set up my appointment for the next Tuesday and it took them 20 minutes to finish the repairs, easy experience. The exterior and interior of my Subi were completely cleaned before being returned to me. The work ethic and quality results were above my expectations. I m a very satisfied customer, and I do recommend HailMedic if your life is fast-paced and you endorse quality work.Pros:-The company takes pride in their work ethic. My Subi looks great.-James continuously provided updates, photos, and information as my car moved through the process.-Their process allows you to live your life while insurance and HailMedic take care of everything. I m very busy during the week and had no trouble.-They accommodate your schedule for drop off and pickup.-HailMedic is professional and runs smoothly.-Prompt and high quality repairs provided.-My Subi looks so beautiful, and I m so proud with the repairs provided. I can t tell my car was ever in a hail storm.Cons:-Initially, it took time to get the process scheduled, but everything moved quickly after.-The initial date given for being finished was extended. Provided, they are very popular locally and have a ton of business in rotation. It s not an issue if you have a rental. They also cover the difference if they do keep it over the initial time.

I was on the fence as to whether I wanted to get hail damage fixed on my car. I saw an advertisement from Hail Medic and went and read some reviews. I decided to go for the repairs and I'm glad I did. They did everything they promised and it looks great. I worked with Scott and he made the whole process easy. The few times I had questions he was quick to respond and get my questions answered.

James was awesome. He did amazing work with my vehicle and really put in a lot of time through out the entire process. He was able to get me an Uber from the car rental place back home when he didn t have to. He got the repairs done in a little under 2 weeks and I m very impressed. Many thanks to Casey at Hail Medic for excellent customer service and communication. He facilitated the hail damage repair on my Chevy Tahoe and made the whole process as easy as possible. Casey met me at the car rental, kept me informed during the repair process, and quickly answered my questions. This was the second family car that Hail Medic repaired for us following the brutal hail storms this year. Both experiences were great and both cars look great after the repairs. This place is amazing, they made the whole process effortless and their work is amazing!! The J s (Josh & James) I know there were a couple of more but their communication, customer service and follow through was 5 stars alone. The product was just as good as advertised. Don't hesitate, this is the place to trust your vehicle repair with.Bumped into Casey near my home and set up a time to do an estimate. Had taken my truck to another shop 5 months prior, and was still waiting on parts while driving around in my wrecked looking pickup. Cancelled with the other shop and went with HailMedic, and very glad I did, only wish I had done this months ago.No hassle, they are above accommodating, great comminucation, and I got the feeling that they really cared about their work, and my truck shows in the finished product.Thanks Casey and HailMedic for giving my truck back in amazing condition!!

My car looked like a golf ball! a huge thank you to Casey at HailMedic for excellent customer service and communication. He facilitated the hail damage repair on my Toyota and made the whole process as smooth as it could ve been. From meeting me at the car rental place (way out of his way) to keeping me informed 2 times a week during the repair process, fighting with the insurance company for a proper estimate, and meeting me to drop the car back off again looking BEAUTIFUL. The precision of every detail- I can t recommend HailMedic enough. I will refer anyone and everyone to them!

Hailmedic was a pleasure to work with. James and the team did everything they said they would and were fast and incredible responsive. It was a little overwhelming at first finding a quality group dealing with insurance and car repairs. Especially with all of the horror stories out there. I would highly recommend these guys. 1/30/2024Changing my review. My car was dropped off back to me after being mostly repaired August 26th with the quarter glass trim left un-repaired. Was told the trim was on back order and the glass people would come back and repair in my driveway when it came in. Rep assured me he would be in touch and have it taken care of.5 months later and several messages and calls to both my contact there, Casey, and the shop itself to let them know it remains un-repaired (despite already having been paid for in my total insurance payment).Nothing. Was told several times that it came in , should hear by Monday , this was end of November.Not completed and I m not calling/chasing people down and when they know it s not done. Hail Medic did a fantastic job repairing my Subaru after suffering a very bad hit coming from the airport in June. After putting in my claim, Casey came out quickly to assess the damage to my vehicle (which I was certain would be totaled due to its resemblance to a golf ball) and helped get everything arranged to pick up the car, and for a rental.Considering the massive influx of damaged vehicles all over the state at the moment, the lack of rental inventory, and replacement parts- the repair was done quickly and done well.Due to supply, I m still waiting on two small trim items to be replaced but Casey delivered my vehicle back to me and advised the repair can happen right at home while my car is in the driveway, so there is no further inconvenience to me being without my vehicle while waiting. To me, this is how to provide great customer service when you can t control things like how fast certain parts arrive.Would highly recommend this local business should you have to deal with the stress hail damage to your vehicle.

From the beginning we felt we had made the right decision going with Hail Medic. That was probably due to fact that we were dealing with Casey Williams. We felt like we knew him and he was treating us like friends. He delivered on everything he promised. He gave us weekly updates and promptly answered any questions we may have had. Casey and his team were amazing. When I got my car back after getting Hail damage it looked brand new and shiny. It did take them longer then I expected to fix up my car. My vehicle was badly damaged from the large hail. When Kent showed up to my house and explained to me that they would cover the deductible and pay my rental vehicle. I decided to give them a try. Everything was easy and as promised they covered the rental car for over a month while my car was being fixed. When my car was returned it was beautiful and looked like brand new.
