Amazing staff. Everyone is very competent with what they are doing and the information they are providing, I went in for a simple oil change along side my grandmother my oil change was fast, adorable and Javier with his team did an amazing job getting information straight to us. My grandmothers truck had an issue with getting the oil filter removed as it had never been changed since 1997 and crazy enough they also used team communication as well as common sense (which is rare to find now of days) to get the issue not only solved for not but fixed for long term. 10/10 will be coming here again.

My experience is always great at the Grease monkey at South Federal at Custer Place. The Grease Monkey team is always so friendly and knowledgeable and courteous. I've been going there for 4 years now and I will never settle for less!! Thank you Grease Monkey team, for servicing my blue 2009 Suzuki!!!

Don t judge a book by its cover, y all see young men but these dudes on play around they all get stuff done quick! I was only there for 15min! They vacuumed my car, cleaned the windows, showed me the air filters, did the usual but just how work together to get stuff done quickly is amazing! I for sure will come back to this location!

Oil plug fell out after oil change within warranty period. Wrecked my engine, stranded me in New Mexico. The shop s insurance did not take responsibility. Use this shop at your own peril. If they mess your car up they won t take responsibility.

I went to do an oil change for the 7th time, I've always been there and they've done it, we have the whole record now they damaged the crankcase plug and they don't want to take responsibility, the pan has to be replaced and all that costs around $1300 I probably have to pay for it out of my wallet, I don't recommend them at all. Can someone tell me how I can do to get paid?

I'm extremely disappointed in the place. I've been coming here for over a year, up until last week I've had great experiences. I gave the a 5 Star review last week which I have deleted and changed. They said my battery was in good condition, yet the next day my battery was dead. I called spoke with two different people, and was told another manager would contact me. I have yet to hear from them. Looking at other reviews I'm sure I won't, they now don't care about doing their job correct or even taking responsibility.

When the manager says you don t need a new serpentine belt they changed my power steering fluid which was cool.It s one thing to say you don t want to do it, it s another to say it didn t need to be done. Incompetent

I was rushed through only to have my oil change done incorrectly. I had to drain some oil myself because it was over filled well beyond the hash marks. I was told by the manager that someone would call me the next day to come by and drain the overfill but to no avail. They upgraded my oil change and added a product that removed the gunck in my oil pan but were supposed to drain it of that product before adding new oil. They may have forgotten to do that because my oil is super dark and doesn't look as clear as it should be after an oil change. They claimed to top off my fluids but my windshield wash is low. No integrity. I will be contacting the owner.

Where do I start? I told Cesar that I needed an oil change, fix a burnt out light and a safety check as I m heading out of town. They did the oil change and when I asked about the light he said he can t do those. He told me after my car had the oil change. I would have went somewhere else as I need the light fixed too. Then he said well we didn t charge you for it. Well no kidding. He also didn t do the safety check like I asked. They also told me my tire light would turn off in a couple minutes. 20 minutes and 7 miles later, the light is still on.Edit: Hello owner. I apologize, but I was not made aware that you could not replace the bulb. You said nothing, even after I told you what I wanted in the beginning. You waited until after the work was done.

Definitely do not recommend they do not take responsibility for their actions!!Took my moms car for an oil change when i got there i had no windshield fluid it was empty the light was on i guess they tried filling it because they ended up saying their was gas we thought it was weird since it was empty we ended up calling to explain what had happened and right away they said it couldn t have been them they are very careful yet again when i turned the car back on the windshield fluid light was off !They need to take responsibility for their mistakes !!!Service: Oil change

I been going here for years but lately they been giving horrible service the last time did it for me I will not be returning ever again first I found a screw driver and a oily rag in my engine when I was filling up my car with windshield fluid and this last time I went in for a oil change they break my windshield fluid tank and all of a sudden the guy tells me that my windshield fluid is leaking and they can t fill it randomly started leaking hmm! which I strongly believe they broke it cause it was fine a few months ago when I put fluid in they also never honor any type of discount if you want half the quality service this is the place otherwise I wouldn t waste the time coming here there s better places..Service: Oil change

Took a lil over an hour for oil change and transmission fluid flush. My transmission fluid was dark and oxidized when came in and after the flush went home and checked fluid myself and transmission fluid was practically the same color and overfilled. Went back an hour later and initially was told they'd flush again, but they didn't and would need to charge full cost ($190) to flush again and was told my transmission was too dirty to be resolved with one flush. Mind you it's a 2012 mazda 3 with less then 60k miles. Oil change was a bit pricey for non brand name. Won't be coming back to this location.

Love this location. Call before you go because it can get busy being on federal, but the guys & gals here are friendly and quick which is all I really want from an oil change!

I'm actually very impressed and satisfied with every oil change I've gotten here. I feel they are very trustworthy and do great maintenance on my vehicle. Very friendly service. I always feel like I did good for my vehicle when I come here.

Depending on who's working! LolGot a major flat on motorcycle close by.. I purchased plug at napa & coasted across the street to here & first gentleman pretty much said kick rocks!!, there a tire shop dn the street!. Another gentleman offered to fill tire tho,THANK U SIR!!

Trash customer service. Management a joke. Went for oil changed told battery was fine everything was fine pulled around store when I got my keys back and went to start vehicle wouldn t start. Manager argued with me a bad battery but physical paperwork and word from worker everything was fine. He jumped it I got home a hour later would start no lights nothing. Co tactic customer service was told it was privately owned and refund was up to them. Of course argue it s my fault and no refund. Please take you re service to any other grease monkey.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I don't think this location does their due diligence very well. I had 3 main problems:1. The battery test receipt indicated my battery was dead, but on their "quality control checklist," they marked my battery as good condition. I ended up bringing my car to an auto parts store where they confirmed my battery had a dead cell and ended up replacing.2. I asked if the technicians checked my air filter. They said no. I was surprised since most oil change locations usually check this. The filter ended up needing to be replaced.3. They did not tighten my oil filler cap, and the gasket did not get replaced. This resulted in a slow oil leak in my car. This was discovered by a different mechanic, who is fixing the issue.Overall I am concerned about the quality controls at this location. These seem like 3 important issues that the technicians should have handled. I will not be bringing my vehicle back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This location is 100% better than the one in lakewood. They did so much more. I had to have my transmission rebuilt because the other location didn't do anything except change my oil. Even though I asked them to check transmission fluid. These guys are great. Had some issues with an AC system. Had to take it there 3 different times because of issues with the condenser and they were very friendly and I only was required to pay for the re-charge once. One of the managers, Sergio, was awesome and made sure we were taken care of and he finally was able to get it working great before we left. It was an issue on our end, but he always said bring it back and we will get it taken care of for you. 100% will go back for future services.

Jesus went over and beyond his daily routine. I was actually sitting next door to Grease Monkey. Jesus had walked out front of Grease Monkey and I asked him of they sold coolant. His answer was no. But he did let me know that Napa Auto Parts was right across the street up gone block. I thanked him. But he offered to top of all my fluids and he also quoted me that price. I let him know that I didn't want to start my vehicle because it e as way too hot and I didn't want to drive it just yet. He helped me out by putting coolant in my vehicle.Just wanted to give a big shout out to Jesus and his help and genuine sense of helping out somebody "because it was the right thing to" attitude. Grease Monkey should commend Jesus because I have a feeling, that I am not the only person that Jesus has went out of his way, over and beyond, to just help because it was the right thing to do. Thank you Jesus! You made my day much brighter that day and I have that outlook that there are still real people in this planet!!

I have been going here for years & just love this location. They are polite, efficient, and don t try to push upsells on you for no reason. The lobby is always spotless and comfortable!
