Tyler Roberts was the most amazing dude! I walked in and he took care of me and my car right away! I love coming here. You always get excellent customer service not to mention the care for my car. They keep me and my car very happy

Do not take your car here! Took mine in for an oil change and they broke a metal gasket. They kept my car for multiple days for repairs and would not cover my rental car or Uber costs for work and transportation then tried to charge me for the part. Worst customer service I ve ever dealt with. Manager Hunter is a joke

Bad bad experience. Do not go to Pecos Location. When I got there yesterday 2/7 mentioned be sure to tight I do not want oil leaks. Before I left I did ask again and guess what now I have oil leak in my driveway. That is awful. I will put a clain in Better Business Bureau. Grease monkey is THE WORST. DO NOT GO THERE!

Excellent customer service from all the guys working at this location, can t say enough about them. They guy at the front desk very out going and well spoken, taught me a couple of things I didn t know about my vehicle and even caught something going on with my truck before it became a bigger issue and saved me a bunch of money by correcting it before it became problematic! Highly recommend this location!

As much as I come here and I like the overall service but I just came in at 4 40, 20 minutes til close guy with with goat tee bread says we're close I look at the time it's 441 I said you close at 5 correct, to which he responded yeah, thanks for the awesome service

Every time I go grease monkey72nd Pecos they take care of mycar and let me know what it needs.That's why my husband my daughter and I always get our Services there.

I went on 9/28/23.. first off they didn't even ask me what I wanted done.. 2nd they didn't even do my oil change right. I had to go somewhere else and pay more money... the really messed up part is they charged me 2 times on card.. and they don't want to give my MONEY BACK

Horrible customer service and they don t even do half the things on their check list. If you ask them why they just get mad at you. Laughably bad management.

Thank you to Junior for his amazing help! This location is right by my house, when I came in to replace the bulb on my license plate he wasn t able to do it at that moment but I came back a few hours later and he got it swapped out. He saved me from a future headache so huge thank you! I ll definitely be coming back

We were traveling through Denver when we needed an oil change. The Chevrolet dealerships couldn't get us in but these folks did. The manager brought out our air filter, showed it to us and said he didn't think it needed to be replaced. Very helpful and friendly staff, they also cleaned the outside of the windows. I would highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

Been coming here for many years, a lot less over the last two with covid and all, a lot of working from home meant less driving, meant less trips to get the truck serviced. Never had an issue here, and if I did, it probably gotten taken care of pretty quick, they're always open and up front about what they do and are great about checking before making any extra replacements that may need done.

When I rolled in there was one guy working all by himself, but even then he did a fantastic job. I wish I could do more than give five stars. I've driven 600 miles in 4 days since then and car has had no issues.

I thought I was paying my regular $59.00 that I payed across town always got charged twice as much and they couldn't checkout my transmission level so I won't be back to that Grease monkey I don't think they even checked my other fluids and filters had to buy air filter from Walmart

I had a really great experience at Grease Monkey yesterday. The man who greeted me came out as soon as I pulled up and was extremely polite and showed that he genuinely cared about getting me in and out in an efficient and quick manner. When I came back to pick my vehicle up he took me outside to point out something on my tires that had nothing to do with the service they offered just because they cared! They also offer free fill ups on fluids between the time of service and 5k miles which I thought was awesome!!

They did an excellent job, I'll be back to do future oil changes. Very informative and knowledgeable with all the information I was given with future information on. My vehicle. The guys were nice enough to wipe n clean down my windows. I love this particular Grease Monkey location. They have great customer service. They are always friendly and helpful. I met Emilio when I first started going here and he was very kind and helpful.. The manager Justin who I met for the first time yesterday was very helpful. Keep up the great work! Yall are awesome!

Yahir was so awesome! This greasemonkey gave me the best experience I have had, they were quick, attentive & profesional. They had me in and out within 10 minutes of opening the shop at 8am. Such an easy n satisfying experience. I called at 5pm to see if it was possible to get an oil change before 6pm closing. Not only was that possible but I was done and paid by 5:40. Everything looks good with the car - low tire pressure fixed too. Also helped that they had my info on record as a repeat customer - I didn t even have to give them my name - they knew my car.

Been here on a couple of occasions for an oil change. They re attentive and fast on turn around times. Love the top off policy where they ensure you are filled up with fluids. They mail you coupons too so it was nice to apply that towards the services.

I am SO GLAD I found this place! My car has suffered lots of carelessness from a different shop near me, so I finally stopped in here to see if they could help with my battery (which died 2 months after it was replaced because the other shop couldn t be bothered to clean the corrosion off the terminals). The guys here were SO nice, cleaned everything up for me and even replaced my wipers I bought from Costco. None of it was even their work but they were so generous. Will be coming back here exclusively from now on.

I've been coming to the Pecos Grease Monkey for over 5 years and have had great experiences at this shop! Great customer service, quick and professionally done oil changes, and experienced technicians. They recently even serviced my brakes! Matthew is especially friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent efficient service. Technician pointed out several issues, such as dirty air filters and a missing fill cap for the antifreeze. Windows and rims cleaned. Comfortable waiting room with clean bathrooms for customers. The only name I can remember is Justin, but everyone gave good service.

Came in for an oil change. Didn t have to wait really. Pulled the Jeep in the bay. The gentlemen working were very nice and professional. They topped off all my fluids as well. When I am back in town and need an oil change I ll come here! Thanks again guys!!!!!

Although my husband and I live on the other side of town and there's a Grease Monkey right up the street from where we live, we make the drive down here. The men working here are competent, helpful, and professional.We usually munch on the complimentary popcorn while we wait inside. Once they're done with the oil change, they call us out to the car and show us their work and notify us of anything that needs attention. I've never felt as if they were trying to up-sell us, on the contrary, they usually break down my car issues by urgency needed.On several occasions, I have found goodies on the passenger seat when I get back in the car. These small and simple gestures go a long way!All in all, this is quality work I can trust.

My 1st time going to this location. I went during my lunch break and they were able to service my car very fast! Customer service was outstanding. Super friendly staff! The manager Justin was very knowledgeable and ensured getting the necessary services done for my car :)

Really great experience with the staff. Interacted with multiple people working on my car and they were all incredibly friendly and didn't put pressure on me to buy more services. They were also knowledgeable and knew what they were doing with my car.
