Shout out to Charles, Dustin, Alex, and Nile! These guys were great, spending extra time and energy ensuring my car was in top shape. After changing the oil my car wouldn t start so they went above and beyond to figure out why but I forgot to tell them one of the keys is solely for unlocking the doors. We all had a good laugh.Nile stayed an hour after closing until my headlight restoration was finished drying. Their customer service went far beyond the standard, much-appreciated service all around!

Fast, friendly service! Took my car in for an oil change at 11am on a Monday expecting to leave it for the day. To my surprise, it was done in less than an hour! The staff was friendly, knowledgable and communicative (called me when work was starting, wrapping up and done). They did not try to upsell me on anything, which is very appreciated as a woman. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area/ in need of a quick, hassle-free shop!

I was in a bind and needed my car worked on desperately! I stopped in this store and spoke to the manager, Charles. He was very helpful in getting the maintenance I needed on my car. The service was impeccable! I needed tire rotation, oil change, windshield wipers, and a radiator flush. Charles said it would take around 45 minutes to an hour to get all the work done. So I asked what was the best place to get something to eat while I waited. He said, Rocky Yama Sushi, which was right next door. Just like he said, within an hour my car was ready, and they even cleaned my windshield. No appointment was needed. I highly recommend this shop for your car service. Make sure you ask for Charles! He rocks!

I would like to express my gratitude for the maintenance performed on my car. When it comes to automobiles, I lack expertise. However, I constantly choose this establishment because of the exceptional friendliness and absence of undue pressure. The staff demonstrated upmost, kindness, courtesy, and efficiency throughout the service. A whole, hardly endorse this location.

These guys changed my oil so quickly and got me in right away! I brought my new used car in here because the oil drain plug was on WAY too tight. They assured me that they wouldn t put the plug on too tight so that I ll be able to take it off next change. They even wiped my car down! They were so awesome and helpful! Especially Niall and DustinThanks again!!!

Two thumbs up. Called less than half an hour ahead of time, and they got me in almost as soon as I arrived. Staff was knowledgeable, helped me pick the services i actually needed without upselling. Definitely recommend.

Dustin was great!! I love this shop! They were so nice and informative. Was in and out within the hour and got a couple services done to my car. They even cleaned out some trash I had in the doors. I will 100% be coming back!

30 minute, $70 oil change has now cost me $1800 and 3 months in repairs. Go ANYWHERE else. They hire mechanics incapable of being hired anywhere else.Got convinced to get my tires rotated while stopping for an oil change. Was handed 3 lug nuts while paying saying they couldn t get them back on as if I m supposed to do something about it. Went in with a perfect condition vehicle and 20 lug nuts. Left with 17 lug nuts, a nail in my tire, a stud from the wheel hub stripped, and the skid plate to my car zip tied rather than screwed in which just crumbled underneath my car on the highway yesterday and cost me $600 this morning. $1800 oil change and the owner has the nerve to call and refund me $150. You guys are a JOKE. If Charles is there (pictured), RUN. You are paying to have your car destroyed.The picture is of Charles (the manager) he s smiling and waving calling the police cuz me and THREE other customers were in there complaining about them breaking our cars and tiny man was embarrassed so he had us trespassed rather than fixing his mistakes. Google doesn t let us post the video but the phone call is hilarious.

Had the absolute worst experience here. I came in to get an oil change. Was told it would be 20-30 minutes, ends up being over an hour. When I finally get my car I m about 5 minutes out and my car starts shaking and shuts down in the middle of the road (it s a 2020 VW Passat in perfect condition so I knew they messed something up). I called the shop and they told me to come back. I was terrified of driving it back because my car was shaking so much the entire time I was scared for my life. Then I get there and they open the hood and all types of fluid is spilled all over the engine. The manager is there and fixed it for me, admitting that one of his guys must have been in a rush and didn t close the lid when changing my oil. I understand being in a rush but when it comes to your customers safety it s truly not enough to just say this and do absolutely nothing about it. He offered me 50% off on my next visit and I politely declined as I will never be giving this place business again. To not even offer a refund for this is shocking to me considering all of this was their fault and they admitted it.

This is my regular oil change location, 8th and santa fe. Dustin and Nyle were really helpful in showing me what my car needed. They didn t pressure me with upselling and they caught an out headlight and fixed it on the spot!

This Grease Monkey is the best. We ve been taking our cars here for over a decade and they always not only do what s asked but do a thorough inspection and give you an honest assessment. Fair pricing and they always give options. Came for an oil change and was quickly greeted by Dustin and he explained the extra services that Grease Monkey provides and what is recommended. They check your tires, fluids and wash your windows as a courtesy, which is nice.

Absolutely love coming here for an oil change! Staff is always friendly and they try to get me in and out as soon as possible. The shop itself is always clean and always has a fresh pot of coffee and cold bottles of water available! 10/10 recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
