Curtis and crew did a great job on my unexpected car repair. They got my pick up in, diagnosed my problem, advised on time and reasonable costs to complete it. My vehicle was checked, road tested and work completed as promised on time.

4 stars, instead of 5 but typically 5 stars.Initially the service rep gave me my final total with taxes & fees, but didn t give me the corrected total after I gave him my emailed coupon and had an attitude when I questioned it. Thankfully the manager David stepped in and was able to correct the total and apologize for the reps attitude. Sometimes people just have bad days but I will definitely go back for future oil changes.

Fast, affordable, reliable!I have a Subaru Forester that just needed a headlight change, which can be tricky on some models.The big chain garage down the road quoted around $130 for this small service, claiming it was incredibly difficult, and the headlight alone cost $50.Grease Monkey was able to switch it out for me in under 10 minutes for less than $40 for the part, labor, and tax!Grease Monkey is your new "if he wanted to, he would".

I ve never left a review before but I wanted to help others. As a young girl I m always nervous of getting over quoted or scammed at these kind of things because of my lack of knowledge with vehicles. I was sent to this location after trying to get my oil changed at the S Broadway location because my oil filter house needed to be looked at. When I got there and explained the situation the guy immediately quoted me $1200 for a new oil filter house without taking a look. I told him the other location wasn t sure if a new one was needed and that a mechanic needed to take a look first, so he took a look. About 15 seconds later he said that was what I needed. I took my car to the dealership the following week for a second opinion. They took their time and cleaned it up and it was just residual oil, no leakage. They were able to give me an oil change and make sure everything was good to go. Please be aware of your car needs and always get a second look when quoted high.

This place is solid. Always honest and quick. I have used them for basic service on my Tacoma ever since I moved to Littleton. Polite staff, and from my experience they do good work. They always tell me straight up what needs to be done, what doesn t need to be done, and why. Appreciate these dudes very much. I recommend them.

Best grease monkey I have ever been to !!!Very informative!! Most mechanics talk to me like I m uneducated which I am in cars but they were super helpful! They couldn t fix my problem so they didn t even charge me !! Highly recommend

Drove out to Denver from Minnesota to bring my son a different vehicle. The day before I was going to leave to drive back home the water pump went out in the car I was to take. Of course it s late in the day Friday so I m in full panic mode. Another Grease Monkey location gave me this place as best bet to get it done in timely manner. I called, they were super good about the situation and told me to have car that at 8:00 am the next day - a Saturday. By 10:00 they told me they had a new water pump on the way and could pick up the car later that day. So thankful for their service and I was able to head back out of town as planned. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Don t get me wrong the guys were super polite, yet being polite, and having a professional business is two different things. Honestly, this falls down to the incompetency of leadership which trickles down to effect the workers on ground. I even reached out to corporate about the situation and they informed me that this establishment had stop running this deal last month. In fact was even told on location that this didn t work at every grease monkey however, their physical address, phone number and expiration date of 2/15/2024 was on the card. Which makes me truly concerned their leadership can t comprehend expiration dates. How are they going to effectively, efficiently, and safely work/service vehicles.

I take my van here regularly for oil changes and haven t had an issue at all. Guys are fair quick and honest.

(Written from the perspective of my car)I am a 21-year-old car with 100k miles, and it s common that cars my age sometimes need a little TLC. The nice humans at Grease Monkey always do right by me and my driver. While I appreciate all car-doctors for ensuring our mobility and longevity, I insist upon this location specifically to see:Donny C.I urge all cars to do the same. Donny takes diligent care to keep me healthy and my driver safe by being thoroughly informative and proactive. He s friendly and works with my driver s budget to make me the happiest car I can be. I d like to encourage cars everywhere to have their drivers take them here, even if it s 20 miles from home. Everyone is great and when Donny works on me, I feel (and perform) like a new car all over again. Thank you for taking such excellent care of me, Donny, and my driver thanks you and your associates at Grease Monkey for your outstanding service. We look forward to our next visit. Third time in a row I ve showed up and had 4-5employees just look at me without helping.They promise quick service. Spent 15 minutes without one person greeting me.If you absolutely have to go there sure, but I ve yet to come here and receive any type of quality efficient service.Two employees in their cell phones walking around not doing anything just looking at me laughing.

These men were so kind and wonderful to me. They truly did a wonderful job and a wonderful thing! I was truly in distress (8-10-23) after another Grease Monkey did not inform me of a problem. I went in for a simple oil change. I was told by the Grease Monkey (Wadsworth & Mississippi) I needed a new battery. Since mine was under warranty at Auto Zone. I proceeded there and got one installed. The man who installed it told me the battery cables were shot and definitely needed replaced. I then proceed to King Soopers across from Auto Zone (Wadsworth & Jewell). I had my mom with me who is 94yrs old and has dementia. We went to leave, my car is dead. Luckily the man from Auto Zone drove to KS and got my car running again. I then proceeded to to your store.It was about ready to close but when they saw I was in tears they brought my car in, put in brand new battery cables and cleaned everywhere there was battery acid from the corrosion on the old cables. They never charged me a dime. The other Grease Monkey topped off all my fluids and checked the battery but never told me about how bad the cables were. This Grease Monkey said how disappointed they were in the other one and that is not the way it should be operated and apologized to me for the other one which they shouldn't have to do. These men were the best and have earned my business. A bright spot on an otherwise nightmarish day for my mom and I. I can't say enough good things about them. Show up for an oil change. Tried to sell me 1k worth of work. I just got new tires today before this, they recommend a tire rotation?They charged me for a cabin filter even though I said no, they said they couldn t cancel the transaction. These dudes really can work on cars but can t work the register? Give me a break.

Not only did they not even tell me the type of oil they put in my vehicle it was in the bay for no more than 7 minutes messed up my computer system it's the worst place anybody could go to and not to mention not the very nicest people

I've used them before for my oil change which is pretty simple and straight forward. However, I went to them to ask about a engine light they told me $120 to do it and if I have the work done there they'd wave the fee. Okay that sounds reasonable. My husband however didn't agree he told me to go get it done for free at AutoZone. So I did, it happened to be a Valve that needed to be replaced, it's $46 to buy the part. I called grease monkey to ask how much it would be for them to install it, the guy on the phone said if I buy the part they can't put it in.I said okay so how much if I dont he asked a few questions about the car and then told me $350. I'm sorry what? For a $46 part your gonna charge me $350 to fix it? So I called my normal Mechanic who is usually so booked I can't get into him on such short notice that's why I was calling grease monkey. My mechanic over at auto star quoted me $60. $60 to do the same work and has been working on cars longer than y'all and you quote me $350? Also turns out I can just put it in myself make this make sense? I know y'all need to make a living to but you don't have to rip people off to do it just saying.

The guys in there were awesome I came in super late for an oil change and the customer service and attitudes even though it was late where the definition of great customer service will definitely be back to this location if need be in the future.Management; definitely give these guys some praise and hopefully a raise

Hands down the best shop I ve been to in the Denver area! There attention to detail and making sure the CUSTOMER is taken care of goes without saying. Curtis is AMAZING!! He will take care of your vehicle as if it were his own, and I don t say that lightly!! He knows what he s doing. I d like to throw Tom in there as well! He s very very helpful/Was and both are extremely knowledgeable!! You won t regret shopping here.

Bad. Went here to get a chip the size of a pencil eraser filled and they made it spread, making it way worse. All they did was tell me they had no idea why it happened, and basically nothing else. They told me to try Safelite after turning an almost non-existent problem into one that could get much worse.And the best part? They said "don't worry, we won't charge you". Seriously terrible. And of course there's no one to hold them accountable when they cost you several hundred dollars in windshield repairs since that's what I'm being quoted now elsewhere to fix the damage they caused.

Very kind and helpful guys here. Got my oil changed and came back 2 days later to change my brakes and rotors. Wasn't too pricy and they dropped me off to a coffee shop while I waited. Would absolutely come back and recommend to a friend.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

Cannot say enough good about this location. They did an oil change and difficult air filter change (you have to remove part of the dash to access the filter) quickly and easily. They walk you through what services they recommend and what can wait. While I was waiting they also told another customer what they could try to avoid an expensive repair. If I ever need major repairs (they are also a full service mechanic shop), this will be the first place I go. I believe (don t know for sure) that they have reasonable labor rates.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Donnie and his team were able to square me away quickly when I really needed my car turned around asap. They were able to replace and fix my tie rod seamlessly. I'm very appreciative of their help.

While having oil changed on my VW Jetta, the tech turned lights to brights (which would have caused me to drive with my brights on had I not caught it), deactivated my start/stop system as well as two other system functions. Asked for a quote on new brakes and was quoted $900, which is outrageous. I will never go back to this Grease Monkey. I am shocked.After talking to Firestone, it turns out my front brakes were not bad, but the rotors did need to be resurfaced for a total of $140 (not the $900 Grease Monkey quoted).

Curtis and his associates were phenomenal, quick, polite, and well spoken. I called ahead of time, they made sure they were ready for my car's exact oil and what quality I had chosen over the phone, I showed up and they almost immediately went to work. Talked me through upcoming or potential issues with fluids, air filter, fuel infusion, etc. and didn't try to slip anything past me. Outstanding service and work, all done in about 30 minutes at most, I would recommend and will be visiting again when it comes time for that oil change.

I've had a few issues with maintenance shops in the past since I am incredibly dumb on cars. So I was hesitant. However these guys told me that even though my oil light was on my oil was still top notch. I wasted like 20 mins of their time and they didn't charge me a dime. When my oil genuinely does need changed. I'm coming right back! I appreciate the professionalism.Service: Oil change
