Keith helped me out and was very informative with everything. I needed an oil change quick because I am going out of town and of course the light came on. The service was very fast and my car is now in great shape for our trip. I will be returning for sure!

Took my wife's SUV in for an oil change today and felt great that not only did I get this task done that I've been needing to do for a while, but they reviewed our car's maintenance schedule and pointed out there were a few things that we needed to do to keep up with Toyota's recommended service schedule. There was no pressure to do anything but they simply provided the information. I quickly verified on Toyota's website that these items were in fact due based upon our milage and figured I could get these done way less expensively and without the hassle of needing to make an appointment at the dealership. So aside from the friendliness of the guys working in the shop, which for me is a simple baseline of service we should get from any business, I left confident knowing that I received honest professional service that will keep our family car working safely and properly. This was hands down the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. No appointment needed, done in under an hour. Staff was friendly and expedient, customer service lounge was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

I usually go to jiffy lube to get my oil change but decided to try grease monkey and let me say they re the nicest people and know how to treat their customers. Kieth was very helpful and explaining everything to me and Ashley was the best, she greeted me with the best customer service as she took my information. Thanks a lot grease monkey will definitely bring all my cars here from now on!

We re loyal to this Grease Monkey. They don t talk down to me as a young woman, they look out for us, and they recommend services based on the service recommendations of our vehicle manufacturer. We really appreciate them and the great work they do!

Mechanics are never predatory upon me as a woman and will ensure car maintenance is necessary/ reasonably priced along with willingness to assist with rear bulb replacement (parts pre-purchased from Autozone). Also appreciate that they re respectful of time!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I drive a 2016 Dodge Journey that I bought brand new in 2016. It doesn't require oil changes every 3k miles, it's every 4k miles and I have yet to miss one. I've been taking my vehicle to this location for a little over a year now, but I didn't start having problems until 2 oil changes ago. 2 changes ago, I was advised that I needed an new air filter and a seal that they had on hand at the shop. I opted for the seal. A week goes by, the oil light comes on, I take it back, the part is defective, no oil left, it is replaced free of charge. I then decide to proceeed with the air filter since I'm there and not paying for anything ~ the tech does not enter the air filter on my account so when I go back for the next oil change thier system is indicating that I still need an air filter :-/.... fine... humans make mistakes.After providing the reciept for the air filter (that still NEVER was entered on my maintainance record) next oil change finally happens and I go about my way.The oil change due message appears last week, I'm under 500 miles from the time the message appears, I find time to take it yesterday. After waiting for nearly an hour, they get my car in the bay & a new technician comes out with an internet print out about the oil housing leaking on a list of Chrysler/Dogde/Jeep vehichles. My vehichle is not on this list >:| Basically refused to change my oil based on this list that my vehicle does not appear on. Furthermore, this issue appears to be related to vehicles older than mine that have not had regular maintanence performed. Thank you for wasting several hours of my life on nonsense. I went to JiffyLube and guess what? There's no leaking anywhere on my vehicle. Good job!

Went for an oil change and was very happy with the service I received. They quoted me about a 40 minute wait and were done in that amount of time. I will for sure be going back.

Friendly staff and fast service! I went in for an oil change, they also topped off my fluids and filled up my tires. My oil change is the synthetic blend half and half.The price point was higher than I usually pay at my regular shop. I had a busy week coming up so I needed my oil changed that day. I couldn t wait for my regular place to get it done.

They were amazing! I always come here for my regular checkups and whenever I encounter issues. I got their when they were closed to get my tire pressure and they helped me out when it was time for them to go home. I recommend going here for all your car related inquiries or issues as they ll help with probably all of your vehicle needs.

I used full sinthatic oil , they charge $93 , for ,& put sticker only for 3000 miles, usually for full sinthatic oil , it should be 5000 miles, either they did not use full sinthatic or they have no knowledge.

Great and fast service. They always take care of me at this location. They give recommendations of what needs to be or will need to be done soon. They checks all my fluids and tire pressure. This recent visit has now verified/validated for me that I will no longer utilize their services. Tech B always displays a negative demeanor when you ask questions and dismisses you as if you are bothering him. This has happened more than once, as I have been a loyal customer since their opening in my area. I left the facility with a tire pressure light on & he reassured me that air was put into the tires) said I needed to drive it for awhile (which I knew), but 2 days & and 200 miles later, light was still on. I then took to Les Schwab & the nice tech said that my tires were low. He filled my tires and before I drove off, the light disappeared.Moving forward, I'd prefer to spend my money at an establishment that appreciates & shows genuine care & concern for their customers.Service: Oil change

They were humble but it was all lies. I just changed every oil I had asked them to change (engine oil, trans flush, radiator fluid, and cabin filter.) they charged me above $300 dollars and didn t change one single thing beside the oil filter. I don know the persons name, all I can say is he has dress locks with a hat. I was suspicious because of the radiator fluid but then I checked the oil on both engine and trans, and they were both black as night. They will only take advantage of your hard earned money and look in the eye saying they changed everything. Do not go to this shop, it s not worth the time or your money thanks to him.
