I've been using this Goodyear location for the past two years mainly due to the incredible help from Stan with my unique situation. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. April, the assistant manager I dealt with seemed more like a robot her answers were cold and unhelpful. Despite the kindness of the rest of the staff, she repeatedly wanted to turn me away for asking questions. I even asked to speak to the manager, but she refused and maintained her unhelpful demeanor. Despite this, I still booked my appointment. Hoping this feedback can reach the manager's attention for improvement.

Do not go here. Dropped off car early in the morning to patch a flat. Returned 30 minutes before closing time, with no call. Said they could not repair tire. The car needed a new one and it could not travel far on the donut. We asked how much it would be and they said they could not sale us just one tire we would need to buy 4 new tires. We asked for more options. They said the only thing they could do is sale us 4 new tires and it would be ready around 2 tomorrow. We will be going some where else.

Daniel, the service manager, was fantastic. Although the store was extremely busy Daniel got me scheduled the next day for new tires. And when I came to drop off my car this morning he said he could add an oil change and a ride share inspection. He was kind, professional, and very helpful. I m definitely coming back.

This is the ONLY shop i trust my vehicle with. Dan and Stan are knowledgeable and honest people. You can not trust any other shop in the entire state more than you can trust these guys.

I came in in person and they told me i made the wrong appointment, they needed to call my dealership and ask about pricing for the part they needed. Scheduled me for an appointment next week and said they would call me with pricing. Never called me back, when i call them they claimed they have no record of an appointment - no estimate and basically made no effort to help me. Extremely disorganize and clearly unhelpful. Thanks for wasting my time!

The cheapest place for oil change and they also will rotate your tires for free! Make sure to ask them to rotate your tires. They will not otherwise. They are extremely helpful, professional and will check everything that needs to be done on your car but will only give you an estimate for it. And then you can decide later what you want to do.

Dropped off a punctured tire here before 8:30a, got "we should be able to patch this." Received a call after 5p that day stating puncture too severe, only option is to buy 4 new tires. Took the tire to my local garage and they patched it with no problem in under an hour. I'll leave it to the reader to interpret what happened, but I will never go back here with my business.

I had recently purchased tires from one of Goodyear's competitors, Discount Tire Co., and had them for less than a year, but it appears I did not have a warranty for any of the tires. I took my Range Rover into this Goodyear and Stan was phenomenal! He reviewed my car, the thread of my tire and because it was in such good condition he provided me a warranty for the tire I received at no charge. 10/10! Would recommend this to everyone!

Went in with a flat tire due to a nail. Was told they could fix it. Later got a call saying that I need to replace all 4 tires right away because the tread is too low. Was told I couldn't legally drive on I-70 anymore even without the flat and need to replace the tires. This was news to me as I wasn't told any of this in my last regular maintenance at my car dealer and the tires only have 19000 miles on them. Decided to go in person the next morning to have them show me where the tread is too low. Instead, they now said that the nail was too close to the rim and that's why it can't be repaired. The nail was dead center, see the attached picture ... Seems like they just made up reasons to try to get me to purchase a full set of 4 new tires. Instead, I took my car to another car service and they fixed it the same day. The other place told me "Yeah, we can fix it, it's right in the middle".

Had a large nail in my tire at work.Needed immediate service(16:55)Went to Goodyear Broadway & 20thSpoke to Stan.The next thing I know Luke was done and Matt was putting my tire back on the car.It is now 17:02.God Bless these guys.

My blonde wife went to Goodyear and was quoted $12.00 for a flat repair. I took the vehicle in and was quoted $25.00. When the guy at the front called back, he said it would cost 150.00 for a tps sensor replacement. He didn't even offer a stem replacement without the sensor. Went to Les Swab ( who I highly recommend!!! ) on Federal, and they gave me a full synthetic oil change ( for an SUV) and a stem replacement for $106.00. I recommend Les Swab over Goodyear, hands down!!!

On my vacation from Oklahoma my tired had blown out so me and my boyfriend were so happy to have a tire shop located so close to our hotel, only to get treated terribly. First they told us it would take an hour to change one single tire. Though we were completely carless due to the wait. They instructed us to leave and come back in an hour, hour and a half. No biggie we re only completely unfamiliar with the area. Secondly they took forever to check us out literally three employees all stood around while we waited (after coming back an hour and a half later) they kept claiming our information needed to be put into the computer. Then they lost our key and didn t even offer a receipt after they charged us $173 for one tire. Then when we finally got all our our stuff and things back almost 2 and a half hours later we look and see they did test to see if we needed an alignment when the alignment machine is broken at this location and we never asked for nor implied, nor were we asked if we wanted this check done. It was extremely unprofessional and for the amount of time and money spent they couldn t even be respectful enough to put my hub cap back on or even be polite enough to thank us or tell us to have a good day. Oh or apologize for losing my keys.

Edited to add: They are so deeply sorry that they literally cut/pasted their response to me from their response to Stephen Lowery below. They didn't even get my name right, lol. You will definitely not get another chance from me.Original review:As with several of the other reviewers, I was in the area when I found I had a leak in one tire, so I stopped in to get it fixed. I was told there was a screw in the sidewall, so the tire was not repairable, but they'd be happy to sell me a brand new tire for $250-350. I declined and had them put the spare on, then took my car to my usual shop, who showed me that the screw was not in the sidewall and they were able to fix the tire, no problem. They don't seem to actually repair tires here, just sell them, and they rely on people accepting their word. Very disrespectful way of doing business.

The worst service. Uneducated and impatient works who LIE. Never coming back. Might as well go to the Tremont location.And the prices?? These people must be on crack because who tf would pay 200+ for a tire that s gonna go bad in 3 years. Not only did they lie to me about how many tires they will fix it (over the phone because I left the shop) but they only replaced three and charged me close to $600 for all other services included which is a light fix. When I called to tell them the issue I was met with a rude tone from one of those idiots that work there. So I was forced to go somewhere else and pay to fix the mistake they made. Call me rude idgaf those idiots can burn in the pits of hell for all I care. I would never willingly return here.

This place is really lacking in customer service. I asked if I could borrow a tool that costs a dollar. I would've returned it as well but they couldn't do that and were in fact quite rude with they're response. A real low life place to have work done if you ask me.

Had such a great, stress-free experience here. April was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I watched as she interacted the same, warm, helpful way with every customer she dealt with. They originally could not get my repaired tire back to me for a few days, but got it done next day due to a cancellation. They did an amazing job and I so appreciate how they put the tire back on for me. I will absolutely work with them and April in the future.

The people who work here have integrity. I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion into this place on June 8th 2023 for a slow leak in one of my tires, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem easily. They communicated every step of the way, and when it became apparent that the car wouldn't be finished by the quoted time, Dan (one of the mechanics) wrote off the entire fee, fixing my tire for free. That is a very rare thing. This place earned my respect today, and I will go back the next time I need car help.

I called twice for a price quote to price shop my service. I was quoted $493 by April, the assistant manager, twice over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my car the bill was $660. April informed me that I didn't precisely ask "what my total price would be" and only quoted me for the price of the part.I then found out that the technician accidentally took my car key home with him and I had to wait for him to drive back to the shop in order to take my car.I have used this shop multiple times in the past and had no problems when dealing with Stan, the manager.I will hesitate coming back after my expensive experience dealing with April, the assistant manager.

Scammy vibes. Waited 30 minutes in line just to drop my car if for a ride share inspection. Tech saw that the windshield was cracked on the passengers side, and instead of telling me that would fail the car, proceeded to hold my car for four hours, call me and tell me it was done and make me pay the fee just to find out it failed for something they could ve told me about the second they saw the car. Short sighted and money hungry.After this the girl at the desk was exceedingly rude when I challenged them (politely) about this behavior.

Daniel B. and April J. were superheroes. They really made the process so fast and easy.After an unfortunate run in with a curb, I needed a fix fast. They were able to get an odd size tire ordered and mounted same day without any hassle. Love it.

The manger with the large reddish/orange glasses is probably one of the most heartless humans I ve come in contact with.I got a flat driving home, came in asked how much it would be for a SPARE CHANGE- something I know how to do myself but didn t have the right tools for(which I told her) was going to be $25 so I called a friend nearby in hopes to throw my spare on quick so I don t ruin my rim, and she had told the kind young man working (who wanted to help me with such a simple task) that she didn t want me on the property I m not sure how she s a manager here. Happy holidays right?

I left my almost brand new car (bought it new 5 months ago) with these guys for one day a few weeks ago. I had to get a new tire put on. Ever since then, the driver s side mirror doesn t automatically open up like it should when the car turns on, making it so I have to roll down my window and physically move it every time I start my car. Before going to Goodyear I had never have had to do that. Now it s every single time i start up my car Safe to say I m never coming back

Excellent service. I went on 2-1-23 for an unexpected flat tire. I just left Denver Hospital with all day testing, exhausted/stressed. Immediately had a flat tire due to a nail, all that Denver construction is annoying. Daniel B. took care of me as well as Stephen S fixing the tire. Both were extremely professional and super friendly, which made my experience reassuring. Thank you
