Angel was amazing! This was my first time buying a car and she made everything so clear and easy to understand. She walked me through the carfax pages and explained what everything was in a way I understood. She let me ask any question I had and never made me feel like I was annoying her. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the car we looked at , she even showed me another option that I ended up liking better and purchasing. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I didn't feel the pressures that the regular dealerships push onto you.

Worst car buying experience I ve ever had. Bought this car from out of state. Was misquoted by Amanda on loan and payment amount. Asked multiple times for actual photos and videos of the car (not photoshopped photos). Didn t not receive anything until the car was already on its way to my home. Immediately I did not like what I saw. We let them know we no longer interested. The car was not in good shape at all. When it arrived, it was not even clean it had stains, hair, lipstick and belongings from the previous owner still in it. They broke the emblem and just threw it in the middle console. The cars wrap was faded and damaged. They replaced the bumper with a new one but didn t even bother to paint it. The car was 4 different colors. Long story short they agreed to clean and re wrap the car if we kept it. Communication with Micha was difficult. We ended up having to pay money out of pocket in the end. I was without a vehicle for over a week. They wouldn t pay for the removal of the damaged wrap. We are still in the process of getting the car fixed. Still paying money to fix the bumper. If I could go back in time, I would have never contacted GoJo auto for a vehicle. Be careful with this place guys.

Talked with Bri over the phone and she got me in for an appointment that worked for me. she assessed all my needs and wants beforehand. She was very helpful and understanding and listened to all my concerns and was very patient! Helped me get into a reliable car that I absolutely loved! So incredibly thankful for the team here! Would recommend GoJo Auto! 10/10

Angel and her entire team were so understanding and supportive. Being a first time buyer, I was hesitant and wanted the best deal for me. I wasn t convinced about the first car I initially wanted, but their website made it very easy to explore other options. Angel was so patient with me, the two other finance guys were also great. All educated me on car financing and made sure I understood everything. The owner Amanda even came out to congratulate me!Now, regardless of the customer service you receive, please be aware that absolutely every car you get comes with its risk. I did a ton of research before I started to look at cars, they will show you a history car report where you can ask all the questions you have, but at the end of the day it s your call. Once you owe that car, any service and possible car repair is all on you!Come in with an idea of what you want, and they will do their best to find the car you ll LOVE.

My mom and I came here today and they were so awesome!! Andrew was so patient and so kind to us. He even stayed 3 hours after close just to make sure we left with our new car . We will definitely be coming back here for any other car purchases. Thanks Andrew and Chris. Keep up the great work!

Things was looking down for me when I came but they did there thing and the staff here and God had came to an agreement and got the car I wanted ask for Damarius he was absolutely amazing and me exactly what I wanted.

How wonderful to have a car business that employs women. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and had many bad experiences. All from condescending pushy men. Angel was a delight to work with and answered every question we had. We are still thinking about our purchase decision and were not forced to make a decision while we were there. So many times I have felt pushed into decisions before I was ready to make them since the salesperson was bent on making his sale. Even if we don't end up with a GoJo car this time, I will definitely return and recommend this business to my friends, especially women. Thank you for the kind intelligent sales expertise and fairly priced vehicles.

I was looking for an inexpensive, reliable car for commuting back and forth during the winter. When I found this Murano online, I gave Gojo a call an hour before they closed, and Ed said he would have the car outside & ready for a test drive. After test driving, we began the buying process & the team stayed until 9pm trying to get the deal closed. Ended up having to come back the next day due to banks being closed, and had the purchase wrapped up in about 2hrs. I would recommend Gojo Auto to anyone looking for a good car, a great price and an easy buying experience!

What can I say, I am well impressed with the service! My salesperson was Andrew and we were very satisfied all the way through the process from the test-drive to the paper signing. Not only that but it such a friendly and comfortable experience and we couldn t be more happier to buy a car from this establishment. If you are in the business to buy a car, this is the place to look!

I went in 3/18/24 and was helped by bri and I can't tell you how easy and welcoming the entire experience was!!!! I went in on appointment and was welcomed with drinks and snacks which is always a plus! The team all seemed genuinely happy to be there and to help with any questions. After test driving a couple vehicles and even with less than great credit I went home that day with a new to me car. The whole experience was welcoming and informative. Definite shoutout to bri for the whole experience!!!!!

Angel was amazing! Processes was pretty speedy. In and out with the vehicle that we (husband and I) drive tested with in 2 hours. We came in an hour before dealer closed and they stayed longer for us to be able to make the purchase.

I met at least 6 people at GoJo while shopping and buying my excellent car there. Every single one was honest, not at all pushy, easy to deal with and actually made buying a car a great experience. Their cars are in fabulous condition and reasonably priced. I will save myself a ton of suffering and just go straight to them next time I buy a car!!!

My initial review was very good. However, my car had to be returned 3 separate times immediately after buying due to transmission issues, even being towed from Boulder before I had to bite the bullet and eventually take it to the dealership. $5000 out of pocket later, I finally had a running car (had to get a brand new transmission). Be very wary and don't trust their onsite mechanics. It was really disappointing from all parties involved.

I attended Go Jo Auto Class and I think this class is an amazing opportunity to empower and educate those in the community who need to learn about the car buying process.. from what s your budget, how to research for the car you want, learning about the blue book is a good one. What car suits your needs and how to find your dealer. Then there was lending and what rates mean to understanding what s in your deal and how to protect your investment and last registration. But the most important thing the community needs is to understand the importance of credit score and how important it is not just in life but when you are trying to get financing for a car!!!! It is a pleasure to attend and I think that organizations who are helping people in the community need to have this opportunity to share in the community!!

This is an awesome place to buy a car! I highly recommend it the guy, call Manny was nice enough to come to my mom s house so that she could sign the paperwork. Being if she s an older person it s hard for her to get around. We thought that was very nice of them. There s not many people who would do that great cars great prices, and great people! If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
