Really great experience with Steve and Berkeley at Gerber! My car needed significant work done and both Berkeley and Steve were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. There were some delays getting parts from the vehicle manufacturer, and the Gerber team was very proactive in following up with the manufacturer for status updates, as well as following up and providing me with those updates. Really really friendly and trustworthy people. I will be going back next time I need work done!

Had a great experience here. My car was completed sooner than expected and when i had small complications after Steve and Kelvin were more than helpful. Everyone here is very kind and moves quickly to help you.

Excellent service, beautiful work to make my car look brand new. I received regular updates re:progress on parts ordered and received and the work that was being done. Very professional and proficient. Extremely satisfied. It took less time than expected. Thank you Gerber!!!!!!!!

After a less than stellar experience with another shop Steve was able to take care of me. He made sure to go the extra mile and not take any shortcuts, even went as far as to personally inspect my truck with me once it was done!

Earlier this year, I took my car to Gerber Collision after an accident. They did a great job. In November, I was in need of some repairs to my passenger door. I reached out to Chris Bilberry, whom I worked with early, to get a quote. He asked me to bring the car in so he could get a better look at the damages. When I arrived, he asked if he could take the car into the shop for a few minutes. When he brought the car back, the damages, which were superficial, but looked awful, were virtually gone. What an act of kindness! Chris went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision. Chris is a man of integrity and highly professional. Used to work there and the current manager there named Peter threatened to punch a pregnant lady in the stomach and the company didn t even fire him for that! The morals of this company are obviously twisted. I don t recommend working for this company or taking your car to be repaired by this company. For example someone came back because they felt their car wasn t right and Peter basically told her she was crazy. He told her to leave and she reached out to customer care because she didn t know what to do from there because Peter refused to help her. So they will fix your car but he won t let it come back if there is any issues.The body techs, painter, and estimator Chris are AMAZING. But that s it.

Excellent! Extremely timely, friendly staff and wonderful to return to a clean, fresh car good as new. I was pleasant surprised at the level of care Gerber took with my vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future! Not to mention the returning of my rental car back to enterprise for me is a huge plus!

The girl Berkeley called and canceled my appointment as supposedly State Farm didn t send an assignment over. She canceled my appointment I had made weeks ago. She was rude and mean and nasty. She canceled my appointment and I called my insurance company and they said it was sent over since the 2nd. My insurance provider called them and then Berkeley changed the story and said they had the assignments but that the guy for the hail damage wouldn t be in. She was rude to my insurance provider as well. If she tries to say she didn t say that, I have a voicemail and my Statefarm insurance also records all phone calls. You have a horrible customer service representative and I suggest you investigate, before you lose more customers due to her unprofessional behavior and lying tendencies. I will no longer be coming here for any repairs and neither will my husband or any of my family. I understand you may be busy due to the weather but you can easily say we can schedule you for another day, not lie as to why it was canceled to both my insurance provider and myself.

I would just like to start this post by saying I will never take my car anywhere else in Denver. I had a decent size scratch on the left passenger door from someone in my building side swiping me in my apartment parking garage. I took my car to one place that quoted me $2,000, which was absurd and I wanted another opinion. This place came recommended from a friend, and I m so thankful I gave Gerber Collision and Glass a call. The level of professionalism from the first phone call and through my whole experience with them is unmatched. Chris B., was so helpful and kind through email conversations, and was able to fit me in with an appointment right away. Once I arrived Chris looked at my car and told me to give him 30 minutes. I can not tell you how amazing my car looked. It was as if the scratch was never there! If you want excellent quality work, a high level of professional, and a legitimate business that respects your time and money. Go here, don t go anywhere else!!Service: Body & Trim

Highly dont recommend unprofessional and no communication they had my car way longer then they should they kept messing up and caused a lot of emotional distress which messed some stuff up in my life they did credit me some money back because they know they were wrong but were very reluctant to hear my issues and did not want to help I put off the review for a while but people need to know to go here. Not worth your time or mental health.

I had an appointment scheduled 2 months out and arrived and they lied and tried to say they never did an estimate on my car or had me in their system. I arrived at the location to show them prof and then they said that no one ever ordered the parts to have my car repaired. The most unprofessional shop in the Denver region. They were supposed to call me back within 24 hours after the order for my parts were placed I m going on 5 days and still have not received a response from anyone at this location.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

11/10 recommend Gerber Collision & Glass! They kept me up to date the entire time I was getting my truck repaired. No calls were needed to check on the status of my vehicle which I really appreciated. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding! Thank you for making my truck look brand new!

When I finally got my jeep back it had used trans fluid stashed in the back, along with all of the other trash from the repair. They didn't put the breather assembly back together. It pulls to the right when driving. The slip-controll light comes on for no reason. All of that and the receptionist seemed mad I was there 20 mins after they open for business. Door was locked, then I was asked through a cracked open door, "can I help you" in a very condescending tone. What a joke.Have had my jeep over a month and a half, hardly any updates or calls returned. They don't honor Veterans with a discount nor did they offer anything but a bland "sorry". My car was stolen, and later found, and my insurance company listed many options of repair shops that I could select to do the repairs. I picked Gerber and I couldn't be happier that I did so. My car was pretty trashed and they fixed everything up to as good as new. They were pretty prompt and accurate with estimates of how long everything would take to fix. Darren was in charge and he was great and communicative the entire time. I would def recommend Gerber Collision if you have an issue with your vehicle.

I have no relationship with this shop prior to repairs completed last week. I met the shop manager Darren after being referred to Gerber by my insurance company. Moderate damage sustained to left rear quarter panel/bumper/paint on my 20 year old SUV. At every step of process Darren kept me informed as to timelines which were always accurate. Vehicle came out perfect and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. He runs a tight ship there and the staff with him are all performers who are good at what they do. Excellent service and repairs with a great paint match. Would take my vehicle here again for sure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would like to thank Darren, Chris and Ethan for their help today. I took my car in for an estimate on minor body repair and they took care of my minor repair on the spot and saved me $800.00 and potentially an increase in my insurance premiums. My insurance company referred me here after a car accident in August. I was told to bring in my car in mid-October, but when I went to bring it in they told me I was scheduled to bring it in November. After I dropped it off in November, I did not receive any confirmation they were working on my car or updates on the status for 3.5 weeks. I received a text my car was done and ready for pick up on Dec 2, but got a phone call on the 3rd that my car had been ready since Nov 26. My car is fixed now and the job is acceptable. However, the customer service and efficiency needs improvement.

I have had to use Gerber on Santa Fe twice in about as many months. Once for a vehicle that was totaled out, and most recently on a brand new 2020 Subaru. The entire staff is super accommodating, getting me in the shop at a time that worked best for my schedule. I dealt with Brandon the most and he was exceptionally professional and clear about what repairs would cost, the time frame, and how they would deal with insurance to get it sorted. I would definitely recommend Gerber for repair of your vehicle.

As someone living in Denver, my vehicle gets damaged frequently. Gerber collision has been wonderful every time. Darren kept me in the loop on my vehicle and was quick on getting back to me when I did have questions. I love the warranty they have on everything they work on. Professional and smooth process, thank you to your whole Gerber team!

Darren and his body techs did amazing work! Darren's communication was friendly and reliable. He got me in the day my fleet company called around when other shops couldn't get me in. He beat his timeline estimates. $9k in damages and my company car looks brand new. He walked me through how to tell that they weren't cramming in cheap aftermarket parts or taking shortcuts. I work in the auto industry and have seen so much go wrong and I was really impressed with Darren. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

We were staying in downtown Denver for one night when I hit a curb with a rental car resulting in the lower valance nearly coming off. I didn t want to deal with the rental agency as we were heading to Estes Park for the week and I figured I would deal with it when I returned the car. Most of the auto body shops near us were closed on Saturday morning except Gerber was open until noon. I duct taped the valance and got to Gerber around 9:00 and met Ed. He was the only person there. Ed was well dressed and working in the office. He explained that the shop was closed on Saturdays and he simply manned the office until 12:00. Ed ended up getting some rivets and tools from the shop and riveted the valance back in place on his back in the parking lot! I couldn t believe someone could go out of their way like that to help someone but please note I m from NJ. I offered Ed cash and he refused to take it. The best part is the rental company didn t even notice the damage when we returned the car! I don t often post reviews and this one is long overdue. Ed, if your reading this I want to thank you again sir.

I have never encountered a compassionate person in the car industry - these folks COMPLETELY understand that I just was in a wreck and were decent human beings about being sensitive to that fact.I'm a USAA guy and they gave me choices where to take my newly smashed car. I saw the other reviews and can honestly say I made the right choice. Gerber Corp should be incredibly proud of the fine folks who work here. Decent, honest, trustworthy.

Gerber Collision & Glass on Santa Fe Drive in Denver has done great work and provided quality customer service to me twice in the past year and a half. The first time, someone backed up in traffic into my drivers side door while I legally crossed the intersection behind their car. No hint of the damage afterwards. The nearby rental car agency sends an agent to take you to get a rental car straight from the collision shop. The second time, someone put a downward gouge in my rear tire driver's side tire panel with a shovel or a ladder. Again, damage gone, great customer service. I'm very happy with the work done, the people, and their attitudes toward their customers. The prices are fair. The estimates are clear. The labor is relatively transparent. Unless something changes, my work will always come here. Thanks for providing quality and good service.

Wow. I never thought someone rear ending me would be such an easy experience. Every person I interacted with at Gerber was totally professional and pleasant. I don't know what they do behind those doors but the people who work there are genuinely happy to work there. Debrah was so helpful in taking me through the process, the guys in the shop answered all my questions and Johnathan did excellent work. My car looks brand new. And when I forgot my groceries in the rental, he left dinner with his family to make sure I got it. I'm totally amazed by these people. I hope I never get in another wreck but if I do, I'm going here.

Chris Bilberry is awesome! I came to have a dent fixed on my bumper and he fixed it in 10 minutes with no charge. Such a great guy! I have used Gerber on Santa Fe on two occasions and can't say enough great things about the customer service as well as the job they have done on my car. After calling several body shops last fall when I was hit by another vehicle, Gerber could actually give me an estimate and complete the body work before some of the others could even schedule the estimate. Ed at Gerber has always taken excellent care of me - from timely communication to good solid advice about dings and scratches. Yesterday when I went in to get an estimate on a few minor body issues that have come from my new driving daughter and various parking lots, they ended up polishing the car and giving me a car wash - no charge! I won't go anywhere else for car care.
