Last evening on my way home from Aurora to Longmont, my TPSensor told me that my tire was low. I kept watching it and as the pressure went lower and lower I knew I had to stop. I basically had no idea where I was exactly, but I exited off I-25 onto 8th Avenue. I turned left and I saw Firo's Autohaus. I drove into the lot almost in tears, I was greeted by two very professional young men. They knew immediately why I was there - they could hear the air leaking from my tires. It was so bad that had I not exited when I did, I would have been stuck on the freeway. After some discussion with how I would make it back home, it was obvious that I just needed to get 4 new tires. Keep in mind that it was almost 5pm (they close at 5) and here is a woman who needs to have four new tires put on her car. They did not hesitate at all. They all worked together and in no time at all I was back on the road and heading home. I can not express how grateful I am for the service that I received. Thanks again!

The work was done in a timely manner but I was charged a different price than I was quoted prior to the labor being done. In addition I was charged an extra 3% for using a credit card and wasn t notified of this charge until I was on my way to pick up the vehicle. Things cost what they cost but when I expected one bill and was given another that was much higher than I anticipated it seems like a poor way to do business.

On Tuesday, I went to the DPF company for DPF cleaning of the Ram 3500. They directed me here to remove and install the filter. The filter is a part of the exhaust, there are a total of 8 screws for removal and installation. First they removed the wrong part, then upon our warning they removed the correct part. They made me pay for the sensor they broke while installing it, plus they charged $490 for labor. I was able to pick up my truck on Wednesday evening, but on the road the exhaust caught air and the vehicle started screaming and could not gain power on the hill. I went again and it took a total of 2 days for 2 hours of labor. Because I was late, I could not receive my contracted load and lost $3000. They didn't even apologize. I definitely do not recommend it.

I had to return for multiple issues. They replaced sensors in the car that, after faulting, did not replace until after doing unnecessary work to rule out potential issues. They also overcharged me for windshield wipers, and quite frankly, overcharged labor for all the work they did. I will not be returning.

I had gone to Encore for years so I thought I'd give Firo's a chance. I had a bent flex plate which meant the transmission had to be lowered. That's expensive!I went in and spoke to Luis who explained exactly what had to be done. Their price was very fair and I appreciated his explanation.They got it done on time and then Luis went over everything with me again. I appreciated the excellent, personal customer service. They helped me with fixing the leak I had in my car and were very knowledgeable of what they did and even helped me find a tow truck when I needed it. Will highly recommend to anyone who needs anything done on their car
