I had trouble finding non-winter tires at other locations so I decided to check at Firestone. I spoke with Benjamin at the counter who was able to order the correct sized tires for me from another store and arrange for their installation - all last-minute. The price was comparable to quotes I had gotten from other places. I'm not sure why this place has so many negative reviews since the staff went out of their way to help me. The only downside was that the waiting area could have used some attention (no disposable cups for coffee and water, trash bin was full). I don't often post reviews but this place deserves more stars than it has based on my positive experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I found a coupon and made an appointment online the day before for a routine oil change. I have an 9:30 appointment, get there right on time, there are 4+ tickets in front of me already. I was planning on just waiting, but now I need to pay for an Uber home since it won t be done until the late morning, early afternoon. I tell them I need it ready by 2 because I work, they say no problem. I call at 1:30, I m told I m next in line. I get there at 2, no one has touched my car. They just said there were other cars in front of me, though I had may an appointment. They wasted my money, gas, and time. Dont even bother going here.

Don t waste your time at this location - they are very understaffed. My first appointment for an oil change took 2.5 hrs. I booked another appointment for items they said I needed to fix - so I showed up for an appointment I booked the week prior to then find out 1) I was quoted the wrong price for the services I needed done on my vehicle by a gentleman named Elijah 2) that they would need my car for 4.5 hours - I had no ride set up and was unaware the wait time would be that long. I dropped my vehicle off at noon for a new battery and serpentine belt replacement and the car wasnt ready till 5:45 pm. Ben at the front desk and Elijah, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, were extremely professional and apologetic which I am grateful for but the sheer confusion in price and wait time will unfornately deter me from returning here anytime soon.

I would not recommend this fire stone for any type of services. I was scheduled for 8 AM vehicle inspection I was there for 2 1/2 hours never got called while other people were pulling in and getting in before I did. I would highly recommend finding a different fire stone to go to the guy at the counter smell like cigarettes, really bad and alcohol. I really hope that fire stone would see this and send corporate people down to check it out I really believe this fire stone should be shut down while I was there they tried to charge another customer for an oil change, which the customer had stated he had already gotten oil change the day before they find things to do extra charges and work to get your money I ve been a fire stone customer for a long time. This is my first time here will never go back to this location. Fire stones a great company. This one s just not managed properly.

I brought my car in because I needed to get my headlights fixed urgently before tomorrow. After waiting a couple of hours, they told me that their system made a mistake and they ran out of time to replace my headlights before they closed. I could have gone to so many other locations earlier in the day to get them replaced but because of their scheduling mistake now I can't go out of town in time. And, to be honest, they didn't really seem to care about the mistake and the inconvenience. I would strongly recommend going someplace else. There are more than enough other auto places in the area.

Everything was great, they were really helpful, helped give me options with financing and were really nice. They explained everything in full and the reason it needed to be done. Got my car back to me the same day as promosed. It was all good except for the guy at night that my sister talked to to get my key. She said he was really rude, somewhat disrespectful and acted like he didn t want to do his job or help us out. She said he had a bad tone and overall bad customer service. She never got his name, but it made her feel pretty bad to be treated like that.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I entered the establishment and not once was my presence even acknowledged. I sat there patiently for maybe 10 minutes and there was one person ahead of me who they had finished helping, still no acknowledgment. Not sure why, but I ll never come to that Firestone again.

Took my vehicle in to get rear brakes done, was recommended a coolant flush also so I decided to get that done as well. The result of the coolant flush left me with a noticeable hose that was covered in some sort of aluminum foil/tape which im assuming was an heat shield and a smoking engine. Took the vehicle back in two days later because my vehicle was overheating immediately and was told my radiator and hose need replacing but it had nothing to do with the coolant flush procedure. Mind you, prior to getting this work done my hose was not damaged nor had I EVER had an issue with coolant, radiator, or my vehicle overheating. I m not an idiot when it comes to vehicles but I m not able to preform the work needed myself in my current situation, but I feel as though I was taken advantage of and not given the straight answer on any of these issues. I was told that the techs should have caught the radiator issue before but hadn t, and the reason for this is because my radiator and hose didn t have these issues when I brought the vehicle in. A hose will not crack coincidentally after a day or two post coolant flush. I would have much preferred to be contacted about a broken hose, instead of driving a patchwork vehicle a few miles until my engine completely overheated. It is not just coincidence I have a radiator issue less than 20 miles after receiving a sloppy coolant flush job. I would have loved to get my vehicle checked out and fixed at a different store, but couldn t make it further than a mile down the road at that point. On multiple previous courtesy check reports dating back to September, there had been no sign of hose damage OR a radiator issue, it wasn t until my vehicle was smoking after a coolant flush that they caught the radiator and hose problem.

Booked an appointment to have my brakes worked on. The website says this service at their company includes pads and machining the rotors. This is why I chose firestone. When I come in they want to replace the rotors without even looking at my vehicle and quote me 700$ for one axle. I feel outright lied to and almost swindled. The guy said he needs to repair the thing that machines the rotors. Tried to convince me they don't do that here and you just have to buy new rotors everything you buy pads. LOL! So were purposefully sending all customers down the same hole for profit. It's not that big of a deal to change pads all you need is a jack some grease a c clamp and the pads from auto zone. I'll also go somewhere else for honesty sake. I've seen corrupt owners of franchises conduct bad business like the Midas in Fountain, Colorado. I'll have to conduct an investigation into what I was advertised online and what I was provided at the location because I'm no dummy and something fishy here. Contacting corporate

Biggest mistake was bringing my car back to this particular Firestone for the third time to fix now multiple mistakes they made. This time they were so kind as to make sure my car was unlocked for who knows how long and to come back after having my car for two weeks ransacked of almost everything that was in it, including sentimental cds and all of my boyfriends baseball equipment. Even with a bunch of my clothes and other various items laying outside of the car with the inside trashed no one cared enough to even question or inform us that something had happened. The only employee there that brings the shop any hope is Ben.

I ve been using this place for 10 years, and it s never been good service, but today it was worse than ever. I made an appointment for Saturday and brought the car in. They claimed I made the appointment online (even though I made it over the phone) and said they didn t have time to swap my tires out, which was all I needed. Apparently they were not honoring any online appointments they had (again, mine was not made online). I had to make another appointment for the next Tuesday. My new appointment was scheduled for 10:00-12:00. I had to ask a friend to take the car, since they wouldn t let me drop the car off before work, like I had done in the past. My friend dropped the car off at 10:00 and it wasn t ready until 3:00. That s 5 hours to switch out my summer tires for winter tires. Why take appointments at all?!? Plus they charged $130 to swap out 4 tires! I apologized profusely to my friend that he had to wait so long. They didn t even say they were sorry. Definitely Will be finding a new shop next time.

I'll be honest, I didn't get any services done. They were super busy, and I was a walk-in. But, the attitude from the younger gentleman at the front end was spectacular. Great attitude and extremely willing to find another location for me. I would definitely try this place again. Hope I remember it set an appointment.... we'll see!!

The store manager Rick is a true professional. He communicates in a timely manner and after several days of speaking with one of his staff members he immediately fixed the situation and got my service scheduled and my tire changed as promised. Would highly recommend this location and Rick!

If you don't mind waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes for a battery change, this is your place. I had a 12:30 appt to put a battery in my 2020 Outback. I waited in the lobby until 2pm and finally had to ask what the hold up was.Ben, at the front desk, said they mistakingly ordered a 2017 Subaru Impreza battery. It took an hour and a half to figure that out? He promised the correct battery was on its way and they would have me out the door in no time. It's now 3:00 and I walk out to the bays to see if anyone's working on my car. There's a technician sitting on a stool playing with her phone and two other technicians standing under a different car. When she sees me somehow my vehicle appeared in the parking lot 10 minutes later and was ready.Ben and the manager Rick were extremely professional and apologetic, but it didn't seem like any of the technicians were in a hurry to get my car done or to even communicate with anyone.... And nothing was taken off my bill for all the confusion and 3 hour wait time, for a 30 minute job

GREAT SERVICE! Friendly, efficient, helpful. I needed my tires looked at for a while, but my regular dealership has not had availability. I called Rick in a pinch and he was kind enough to fit me into his schedule, even though he was understaffed and already slammed. I appreciate his help & quick handling of my tires. I will be back to Firestone on Colorado!

Pleasant experience. Simple winter tire swap and filters. Front desk person (AJ I believe?) gave good time estimate, explained any topics or repairs I had questions about. I caught an issue with my work order while in the lobby and he promptly corrected it as there s a bug transferring data between their stores (so double check your work order if there s a mistake with lifetime mounting, and if so they can fix it).

The tech that helped me was great. First name started with an A . He warmly greeted me and completed wheel alignment in an hour. A also recommended additional service. This Firestone store also has a Keurig with a great selection of coffee.

I bought a car in an auction in Denver and had it towed to this location. The auction description said the car just needed a new water pump. I figured I would have them put the pump on along with some hoses, do an oil change, check all fluids and a tune up. When I bought the car, it had a flat tire - wasn t really sure of the status of the tire. I had called this store prior to and they said they would work on it, so I had it towed there. I had done a similar deal with a Firestone in Hisperisa CA and it worked out fine. I just went to CA, picked it up and drove it home. Cant say that for this place - had to pick up the car with a car dolly. Their excuse for not working on it was they thought there might be a rodent inside. There wasn t. They replaced the flat tire with an ugly looking snow tire out in the parking lot - I didn t want that tire - It looked like a large donut. They didn t ask me anything about the tires/tire. When I got there, the parking lot was full of vehicles waiting to be worked on so it was hard to maneuver a truck/car dolly. I really needed a transport trailer but no one had one in the area. I don t know how would have fit it in the parking lot - I barely got the dolly in there. When I popped the hood, I expected to see signs of a rodent hut but only found one piece of grass and nothing was chewed on. I jumped the car (had an old battery that I would have had them replaced had they actually worked on the car), it was definitely drooling coolant on to the ground more than any water pumpshould. It could be a hose with a hole in it - typically when water pumps go out they don t pour coolant out - it just drips. I walked up to the building to ask for some water to put in the radiator and all of these Gen zs wouldn t look at me or say anything - but one said don t come in the shop. I even went to the office and couldn t get any help. It made me feel like a homeless person asking for a drink of water. I went down the road to O Reillys and got some coolant that was destined for the ground and came back, loaded it up and drove off. Financially, these folks have me strapped with rental truck, tow dolly, food, fuel, hotel on a f-ed up vacation. I had ideas of buying the pump and fixing it myself, but no one had the parts for a 93 Ford Thunderbird. You would Thought I was trying to buy something for a diahaitsu. I got down the way to get to a gas pump down the road and some chick on her phone cut me off and caused me to have to turn in a way the dolly kinked my rocker panel on the car. I guess against my better judgement, I towed it down the road and didn t disconnect the driveline because of some weird loop. Hopefully I didn t mess up the transmission. I dropped the car off 6 hours away at an auto storage to leave it somewhere safe. Uhaul charged me quadruple for not bringing the trailer back to Denver. Enterprise kept calling and threatening me for stealing the car because I had to keep it a few extra days because of all this - and the car ended up getting stolen from where returned it to. Ultimately, I was refunded for the tire i was charged for and the district manager said he had a hard time finding people who would work at that location. Do not go there!!!

Just had my car here for 7 hours. I asked for my snow tires to be put on and my windshield wipers to be fixed. They told me both would be completed, but when I went to pick it up, they told me everything that was wrong with the wipers, but did nothing to them. I had to take off work for this appointment that shouldn t have taken a fraction of this time, and it wasn t even completed. Now I ll have to take more time off to bring my car somewhere else for the wipers. I m not bringing it back here, but Rick, who was working the desk was nice and the best part of this frustrating experience.

This employee is super disrespectful and didn t do his best to make sure the customer is pleased and served with great service! He called the cops and not tryna make the situation better. It s unfortunate because I ve always came to this Firestone and this person was never here so I m very disappointed in this establishment. I ve called corporate already and emailed about this situation.

I had flat that I had removed from my vehicle. Was the first customer to show up. The guy at the counter was a complete moron. I know he could've helped me, but he spent more time telling me that they had 15 appointments for the day. He took my phone number but never once gave me a call. Good thing I went to Big O Tires, where they took care of me.

We were travelling through Colorado and needed a pretty urgent tire replacement done on our Explorer since we couldn't travel back to KC on a donut rim. It was Sunday morning, so not many shops were open or willing to help us until Monday. AJ was very helpful, found out they had one more tire in stock for us (exact one we needed) and had us fixed up and back on the road within an hour from when we arrived. I am very glad to have found them and would like to compliment on their service.

If I could give these store a lower rating I would now I understand it's a car shop so yes long hours but to have a person sitting for a entire shift is crazy to me why schedule appointments if nothing will be looked at or done when they say I watched multiple people come after me and leave before is wrong kept saying your next or next to not be next at all ask me when I need it done by to not even pull it in to the bay WOW NO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OR Nothing

Two weeks for an oil change. I dropped my car off for an oil change and eventually learned that the threads on the oil pan had been stripped during the previous oil change at another Firestone, and the whole oil pan needed to be replaced. The process would take a day to complete. However, after not hearing anything, I called and learned that they needed additional bolts for the oil pan to fit properly. I had to go back and forth with the manager about getting a rental car. There was no consideration for the fact that we have only one vehicle - they offered a rental for two days. Finally, after two weeks my car was finished. Through the entire process, I had to call the shop to get updates about my vehicle and had no clear idea what was happening or how long it all would take. The lack of communication and respect for customers is awful. Oh, I forgot to mention that my vehicle was hit by another driver while in their possession. The local high school auto shop class could do a better job than.

The store manager here was rude and hung up on me after he was being very unhelpful after I didn t elect to buy their brand tires. Les Schwab is now my tire shop of choice. AJ the store manager has a lengthy complaint record on these reviews. Hopefully the store owner reads this and can blame AJ for lost revenue.
