Blanca and Manny are my Angels in DisguiseThis will BE the ONLY Auto Store that I take my Family car to. My Husband, Granddaughter and Myself took are car to this business yesterday. Mr. Blanca greeted us with a big beautiful smile and made us feel right at home. Him and Mr. Manny were the Only two there and they worked their Real Men Magic. They were very Respectful, Knowledgeable and Professional. We were used to taking our car to the dealership and you would be surprised at the bad attitudes that we have had to put up with in the past. I love this business because these Real Men did NOT take advantage of me because I'm a woman. My Husband is disabled so, the things He used to do I now have to do. We have been getting our 3 cars serviced here for almost three years now. I usually book online a few days in advance and wait for my appointment to be confirmed. From what I can see they are extremely busy. I always drop off my car in the morning and pick it up later that afternoon. I ve never had any issues with them. Blanca and the service manager have always been great to work with. Thank you guys for always taking good care of us.

I had an unexpected emergency. Tire was flat. Blanca set up my tire check immediately. All tires checked before asking. Tires recommendations were made. They were appropriate and appreciated. My time was valued and I was on my way in about an hour. Excellent since I had no appointment. Pricing was fair and overall this was a great place. I would recommend Firestone on Tower due to my experience anytime. Great service !!!

I had work done at a different location. The work was not up to speed, and had caused a safety issue. This was the closest fire stone. Despite the time sensitive nature and safety issue, I was told it would be at least two hours before they would even look at my car.The manager is incredibly dense not make up with her. She will push you on hold for 10 minutes or more, and then tell you she can t help you. She has no care for the brand. Another store caused a safety issue she would not even prioritize looking at that safety issue.Anytime the poor customer service is brought up, she blames her technicians.Every time, we don t have enough technicians. I have to say the issue is not the technicians, but the management. The management is clearly incompetent, and cannot retain employees.

I brought my car in for same day service at about 9:45 AM. I was told it would be ready about 2:00 or 2:30. It needed a single tire replaced, a standard oil change and two headlight replacements. I called the store at 5:30, and they told me they were just finishing up.I go to pick up the car, get my keys and as I'm pulling it off I notice I have no headlights. The service writer came out and took a look, then informed me that they forgot to put them in. I ended up waiting another 40 minutes for them to be installed. All told it took 9 hours to get my car back. The only reason this rating is not a one is because the manager was polite, respectful and removed the charge for the headlight installation.

I had an appointment at another location and they blew me off. I called the location on Tower and they gladly got me taken care of. However I was very unhappy the way my vehicle looked AFTER the service. I had tires installed and when completed I had white grease ALL over my tires and black grease ALL over my wheels. I shouldn't have to clean my vehicle after I get a service.

Was here to look for help. I showed up after close but while I was in the parking lot I watched then do three burnouts in what I can only imagine was a customer's car cause It never left. I would not bring anything here if it's rwd or even if it has some power cause I'm sure they are gonna tear it up as I'm typing this they just did 2 more in another car both jeeps one black one white. DO NOT BRING JEEPS

Horrible service. I scheduled an appointment online to get new tires installed at the Green Valley Ranch location, the website let me pay for the installation and tires that the location didn t even have in stock. I go to drop off my car the day before my appointment and that is when I am notified that the tires aren t in stock. I have yet to receive my refund. Horrible service and communication. I would not recommend.

Took my car there to get an engine diagnostic. Was told I need a new battery which was causing all my engine lights to come on. I then replaced my battery right after picking my car up. Tried to drive it after replacing the battery and it wasn t even driveable. Would not accelerate. Now i m going to have to tow it to another shop to have another diagnostic run to figure out what the problem actually is. Made firestone refund me my money for original diagnostic as nothing was even solved. Waste of my time.

I took my car in on a Saturday to fix a check engine light. I had an appointment for 8 AM, but did not receive a call from them until after 3 PM. I picked up the car before six, but driving home the car was already making strange noises. On Monday, when I next drove the car, within 5 minutes of driving I received multiple engine overheating errors. This was not the problem I was having previously, and seems to only occur AFTER taking the car to be fixed. I took the car in later that day, and find out the radiator cap was missing. This was not missing previously, and having only driven the car for two trips (to and from the shop), it is unlikely to have been lost by me; it seems obviously that this was misplaced by the shop. I explained my concern to the shop, and they took 15% off that item, but that was small comfort on top of another repair bill. It is unclear why the overheating issues from the second visit were not identified previously. We will not be returning to this location.

Appreciate this team and location, for they seem to always be short staffed but continue to be professional and show up. With purchasing my tires with Firestone allowing for free rotations and purchasing the lifetime alignments, they get the job done. They tend to ask if you can leave the vehicle, when I left my vehicle it was 3 hours for alignment, balancing, and rotation.

Bad service. Made an appointment for oil change. Had me waiting all day. Called 30 minutes before 3 pm to see if it was ready. Was informed that it would be. Get to Firestone and was told mechanic assigned had to leave due to emergency. Understandable but I did just call 30 minutes before and was assured it would be done. Was informed to bring it back the next day. Called the next day and was informed that they had appointments and would get a call back as to when to bring the car back. I'm still waiting for this call. Again. I'm was terrible service. Ended up taking it to the competitor next door. Done same day. I was called that it was done and sure enough. Do better.

First i dropped my truck off at 9am, for a oil change and aliment, only one of those was done even though they told me both were, didnt get my truck back till 7pm 1 hour after they closed, I received many calls after rushing me to go pick up the vehicle.they also forgot to put the engine cover back on the truck and now they dont recall but the have a lost in found I can go check. I recommend checking you car for missing parts doesn't seem like Im the only one that had reported parts missing

The manager accosted me even though I didn t have an appt. Turns out the previous shop forgot to secure my lug nuts. The manager was friendly and extemely helpful.

Went to have a much needed wheel alignment and received the auto back much better BUT the car was WONDERING on the road and the steering wheel was left of center. Stopped back to make another appointment and was told the mechanic test drives the car and Gaberial, Very pleasant man, said he would put another mechanic on the job next time. Well they did a better job and stopped the wondering but now the wheel is right of center. The auto went in @85,416 miles and came out and keys handed to me @85,416 miles which means they DON'T TEST DRIVE THE CARS AFTER SERVICE. I'll never go back.

Blanca, Sean and the mechanic went out of their way to assist me. While they were working on my car, Sean went the extra mile and took me to a bank appointment, waited for me and took me back to Firestone. Also, the mechanic took care of my car with complete care!! All is well!!

Had a fantastic experience. I was up in denver for work and my truck was having issues starting. After replacing the battery, the truck was continuing to have problems starting. I figured with the prolonged corrosion on the terminals, they likely needed replacing. I stopped by Firestone in a time crunch. They worked me in immediately even with the shop experiencing high work volume. These folks are great!

Called and scheduled an appointment to drop my vehicle off at 10 am and left after dropping off. 4 and a half hours go by, I call to find out they are barely putting my vehicle on the lift. All for a simple tire rotation that I have warranty tires from Firestone. Not going to bother with this place for tires let alone fast service. At least Discount Tire that's a mile down the road can do the same thing and has a higher rating

Firestone Complete Auto Care Center did a good job on our vehicle. It was our first time using their service. We haven't decided on one particular company to handle our vehicles just yet so we're still open for a permanent location.The only thing I disliked about this location was how no one gave us a call to let us know our vehicle was ready.

Firestone Customer Service,This is a customer service comment regarding the Firestone store located at 4535 Tower Road, Denver, CO. 80249. This is a relatively new location, convenient to my home and I have had positive interactions with Firestone previously. I own a 1985 Jeep that needs a brake job and oil change done. I called the store to make sure that they could service this type of vehicle. I was put on hold and then disconnected several minutes later. This was not really a big deal, I just assumed that it was an error. Over the next ten days, I have phoned the store seven times, only to be put on hold and never answered, disconnected or not answered at all. Yesterday, I stopped by the store, entered the lobby, observed an employee behind a computer screen on the phone, a man sitting in front of an adjacent desk asleep, and one man in the customer area. I waited for several minutes, while the employee fielded several more phone calls. I was never acknowledged, gestured to or welcomed in any form! I left the store! . This negative customer service has left me with zero confidence that Firestone could service my vehicle with any success! At this point, after being treated with such disregard, on several occasions, it would be difficult give Firestone my business.

Scheduled an appointment for 11 am for a tire balance and rotation. They didn t have it done by 3pm. Horrible service. Expect to wait three to four hours longer then normal. This has happened twice here. Horrible service.

The service was great! We started the day off with the tires I wanted not in stock, but the manager gave me a deal for a comparable tire that is better rated, for not much more than the quote I got for the cheaper tire. The person who wrote my quote went through and gave me all the applicable deals/coupons, saving me some money and when they ran into a problem with my tires, the manager made sure that they were able to get them done before closing and for no extra charge, due to the safety concern of my tires that I had. I didn t expect much being the day after Thanksgiving, figuring they d be packed and super busy. But these guys were professional and helpful from start to finish.Services: Tires, Oil change

I took my car in here with the belief that I had a brake issue. They inspected by brakes and contacted me to let me know that they were fine. Honesty always gets five stars. Hell, there are brake places that would have had me trying to agree to a new engine.I didn't have any work done this time, but when both my cars do need brakes, you can 100% I'll be bringing it to this place.Service: Brake service & repair

had an appointment at Tires plus for an alignment. I received a call 30 mins before my appointment l letting me know that they couldn't do the service today. Called around and found this Firestone. First off, Brian was extremely friendly and offered to get my vehicle taken care of the day of. I get not all service centers have the capability of getting people in last minute but I am truly thankful he was able to make it happen. I recommend this service center to anyone looking for friendly and RELIABLE service. My schedule is extremely hectic so this small effort by the Firestone team saved me the headache of trying to re-clear a day to have my car in the shop. 10/10 will return.

Horrible service scheduled an appointment at a certain time my car got taken back abt an hour or more late. Left my yeti water bottle called right away they said it was there been calling and going to get it back and now no one knows about the bottle and or say they never saw it. Unfortunately this is the 2nd or 3rd time we experience the same issue with this Firestone location. We take our car to get a tire alignment or wheel balancing and it does not get done even though they claim to have done so over the phone. When we arrive to pick up the car per the paperwork the maintenance they claimed to have done is not complete so we have to take the car again another day. Of course I imagine they do this so you can loose the maintenance on your new super expensive tires you bought with them so you could have warranty for the lifetime of the tires. Don t waste your time and take your car to another location. Very unfortunate the way they manage their store.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change
