This shop unfortunately made my problem worse, did not align my vehicle and then wanted to charge me $400 and make me replace my wheel because of their mistake attempting to remove a stuck lug nut. It was clear the technician did not know what he was doing as I took it somewhere else and had it fixed for $100 by simply drilling out and replacing the stud. I would not trust this shop for anything but the most basic oil change.

I had a very pleasant experience. I was in the market for four new tires & not only were they able to get me in next day (while working around my work hours), but they quoted me an extremely reasonable price that was pretty much the budget I had. The staff was friendly & personable as well. My coworker/friend had originally referred me there due to her & her husband having a great experience. Will definitely recommend & use them for future work. Well done!

I had to switch Firestone locations because the one I've used downtown for the past 15 years was bought by the city, probably to overbuild more apartments. However, I was very satisfied with my visit to this location. I had an appointment for 9:00 A.M. and they were done with my vehicle within about 90 minutes-- tire rotation and balancing, alignment, oil change, and new blades. They readily honored the coupons that I had printed off of the Firestone website. The only suggestion I have is perhaps an electronic bell for the front door, to let someone know a customer has entered. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes until someone finally looked up from their phone and came in from the garage to help me. Other than that, I will patronize this location from here on-- there are stores and fast food across the street while waiting for your vehicle.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Don t waste your time here. ( READ)I brought my lady s Tahoe here for a simple oil change and a tire rotation that came with free inspection, a few months back.Today she noticed a low oil pressure light chime. She called me as soon as that happened.(she works from home and so she does not drive it often) we haven t even hit the recommended x amount of miles before another one.I checked the dip stick as soon as I got home, and it was dry as bone looked under there s leak on the ground and I look up above the leak, the oil filter is not tight and there residue of oil on oils pan, subframes and transcase. I took pictures of it incase I need to take legal actions.Called to speak to someone to discuss the issue, and Anna answers. Over the phone, she seemed knowledgeable also told me I could bring it in for inspection and that she ll have one of her techs look at it. So I did, but as soon as I came in she looked annoyed and barely heard my concern and told me to just hand my keys over.I gave it to her and asked if the inspection is going to be done to the engine since the oil has been empty. She just gave me a simple yes and nothing else, other than her taking off without any info on how long that s going to take. I waited an hour before I saw someone from the shop come out and I asked him if Anna said anything about my car needing the attention since I m, literally the only one in the store at 12:00. He said Anna never said anything bout it or in the queue and he ll put me in the list next.Bottom line is, I m still here 1:45pm and I have somewhere to be. I wouldn t have come if I knew they weren t going to accommodate me. Wasting my time for someone to inspect my car and fill it back with oil before I leave.Don t waste your time here.

Really great location with awesome Staff. Kyle took care of me throughout the process and had excellent customer service. The team ended up staying an hour late on a Sunday just to service the last couple of cars (mine included) and can t recommend them enough. Kyle is great with customers and really makes sure the job is properly done. Thanks team!

My check tire light came on and I went in. It was very busy in there but they took the time to check my car s tires. It turned out that my tires were fine, just needed a little air due to the cold. They were so kind and patient with me. I ll be going back next time I need any work done!

The folks at Firestone are great. Super nice at this location and very fast. Took care of the O2 sensor on my RAV4 same day. Very upfront and helpful, and the showroom was super clean.

Brought my car here for a second time. The first time they took hours longer then they said they would, but did a decent job.This time, I had an 8am appointment. The doors are locked and nobody was in the front of the store. After a while one of the mechanics came out of the bay and said that the person running the front was on their way but not there yet. I waited around for 15 minutes then used the drop box.An hour after that, I called because they never called me. My car was "going to be ready" by 10:30 or 11. I show up at 11:30, it's still not ready. I get my car back just after noon. 90 minutes later I'm driving back to the shop because my car is already warning about tire pressure. Maybe they put on a bad valve or something?It turns out that the store intentionally overfills your tires by several psi over the max pressure for your car, and my car didn't like that. So my quick 8am appointment for getting winter tires on results in me finally leaving the shop around 2pm.

I had a pretty bad experience.This short, red-haired little dude was really unfriendly - no help at all. Didn t even try to understand the problem and he told me to go to the Dealership instead .but my car didn t start (dude was not the brightest).Anyways, I got a complimentary tow from the Dealership and high-tailed it outta there.Got an oil change there once as well and it was $~200! Nice little scam they got going.

I met manager Kyle at 7-11 on the corner and I was trying to purchase some wiper fluid. He let me know he works at the Firestone down the street and would be happy to fill my wiper fluid for FREE. And on top of that it was a Sunday and they were technically closed but Kyle opened up shop and treated me like royalty. I am so happy to have met Kyle and will be back for service soon!

I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am for them to test my battery and they stated they would run codes to figure out why my check engine light came on. They did not call me until 2:30 pm with an update stating I would need $1600 in repairs. I called somewhere else and took my vehicle in for a second opinion, just to find out that this place gave me false information and tried to milk money out of me. I am so disappointed with my experience here. The second place was able to run the same tests in under 10 minutes, and was honest about what was happening with my vehicle. This location was truly a waste of my time and a waste of the $30 I spent for a battery test.

This is without a doubt the best Firestone in Denver. Anna was the reason for such a great experience. She walked us through all the options, didn't rush us, and even show us tons of helpful care tips for my wife's SUV after everything was complete. The first time I went to this firestone a year ago it was frustrating because they forgot about my care. However, no fear now because Anna is here! Last week I took my car in for a flat and over the phone Anna ordered a tire so they would have it when I arrived. Then it turned out I had two flats and I told her I was having an awful week and she managed to get another tire and have it put on in a mere 12 hours so I could go on a much needed vacation with my family. I could tell other employees at that store found her really knowledgeable as well and their "go-to" for questions. Give her a raise! I will be back because of her.

TL;DR - Communication from Zach was poor and service was delayed because of his oversight. Anna saved the experience for me, and was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and proactively communicative. I do appreciate the team but would not return because of management.~~~~~~~Came in with a flat tire without an appointment. I left the car there for the day and unfortunately heard back that actual wheel was dented and the tire beyond repair. Zach quoted almost $500 for a new rim and when I mentioned this was super high for an 8 year old car, I was told that was OEM pricing and not given another option. I confirmed I would source my own wheel (found an exact replacement for <$200) but purchase the replacement tire through Firestone and return for service. I communicated regularly with Zach throughout this process to reschedule.Upon return to the shop, Zach was there but sent out someone else to help me without sharing any background about the service appointment. Anna was quick to get up to speed and we aligned on the need and said she could still fit me in. She did note that the tire was not at the store but they receive deliveries in the afternoon, so I left my car at the shop again. Unfortunately I learned that Zach had never ordered the needed tire so Anna came to the rescue and put in an urgent order for delivery the next day (delivery timing unknown). I was growing worried at this point and needed my car ASAP, so I called in the morning to confirm delivery timing that day, and Zach said he would call back to confirm. Two hours later, I called Firestone again to make sure the tire was coming before going elsewhere. Zach confirmed that he had spoken to delivery and it was on the truck, however he never called me to confirm. A couple hours later, Anna called me ASAP to let me know the tire had just gotten there and she would fit me in right away. Service took a bit of time but without an appointment I was understanding and the technicians were friendly and did a good job.

DO NOT GO HERE!Was sent here because another Firestone broke my electronic brakes on my Subaru.The techs here fixed the problem with zip ties causing even more damage to my car and allowing me to drive with faulty brakes for months.Once I found out, I came to this shop to repay me the $700 worth of damages and have yet to receive any check about 1.5 months later.I will never bring any car to any Firestone again due to the gross negligence I have experienced here.They will be receiving a letter demanding repayment from my lawyer soon.

I have never written an online review but I will for this. I had my car checked three times this summer at this place, and that s my stupid mistake for continuing to return.The first time I came I had an inspection because my alternator went out, and I needed new wipers. They replaced the alternator as well as a valve cover that was leaking. That was fine, but the same day I drove home my windshield wiper popped off while driving and the minute I turned it on. I was able to fix it, but it happened again.I was in and out of Firestone two more times due to a variety of issues. One visit was only two weeks after a prior visit when I supposedly and something fixed. Mind you, each time, I received a poor explanation of what exactly was wrong. I am not a car expert and each time I simply asked what I needed to do without a bunch of extra stuff just to keep it running. I never felt I got an honest or thorough explanation of what was wrong and each time I talked to someone there was something else added to the issues.The final time I came to pick it up it would not even start in the parking lot. How is that possible? I literally drove the car every day and drove it INTO this shop. They told me we have had to jump start it every time. Also, I had appointments for two of the visits and each time was told they would see it that day (considering I set up the appointment ahead of time). Both times they called me and asked if they could have another day because they hadn t been able to see it. Classic.Save your time and money and go to 303 Auto. They re professional, kind, and a small business who cares about taking care of the problem.

Pulled up just for a blast of air was confronted right away and was told move my vehicle when questioned the employe laughed and would respond I asked again and got a don't be parking there proceeded in side asked for air in at which time she informed me to park where I had initially parked and sat out side for 18minutes and counting....

When I pulled up today, there were 3 cars in front of me but the technician was quick and very friendly. Not only did he hook me up with all 4 tires, his attitude was wonderful.
