Sean and Jessica helped out at every opportunity. They answered all my questions about the different trims of the telluride and showed me various models as examples the first time I was there. They went out of their way to find me a vehicle to my exact specifications. And they made the signing process quick and easy. They answered all my questions out side of the office in a timely manner. Over all it was an excellent experience and they seriously helped reduce the stress that comes with the process of buying a new car.

I do not like writing negative reviews and attempted to solve these issues prior to writing this. I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration after my recent experience at Emich Kia. I encountered numerous issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied.I brought my car to Emich Kia for repairs following an attempted theft, and the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare.From the very beginning, communication was severely lacking.Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response whatsoever. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer inquiries and concerns.Moreover, the quality of the repairs completed by Emich Kia was shockingly poor. Not only were there blatant oversights, such as glue residue left on the vehicle and a damaged ignition, but crucial damage to one of the windows was completely overlooked and omitted from the initial report submitted to my insurance company. This negligence has resulted in additional expenses on my part and unnecessary hassle in rectifying the situation.The lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Emich Kia is unacceptable. Despite my efforts to seek resolution and address these issues directly with management, I have been met with silence and indifference.I had hoped for a positive resolution to my concerns, but unfortunately, it seems that Emich Kia is more concerned with avoiding accountability than providing quality service to its customers.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Emich Kia. The lack of communication, subpar repairs, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make it clear that there are much better options available.Sincerely,-Angel

Bobby was lovely to work with. Very professional, easy going, and overall friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured or confused on the numbers or contract we signed for our new car. Highly recommend Emich kia and Bobby!

Seriously, I'm blown away by the service and personal attention I got!Rick, that guy is something else. He really went out of his way to make things super personal and smooth for me. You can tell he's all about making customers happy, and he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond. The whole process was a breeze, and I felt like they had my back the whole time.Big shoutout to the management team, especially Ryan. They've created an atmosphere where personalized service is a big deal. You can see how much they care about making customers happy, and it really makes this dealership stand out.Kudos to Rick and their entire team!

Great experience buying a new SUV today! Tiffany, our sales professional, was very nice & not pushy. The finance manager, Clarissa, was very nice and explained all the paperwork very well. We got Kia Sportage X-Pro prestige in black just like we were looking for!

Jessica and Rob made my experience amazing with how knowledgeable they were with everything. I bought a car here from out of state and from the very beginning Jessica was quick to get back to me with straight forward answers and when we arrived in town already had everything ready to go for me! Aaron was amazing! He helped me AND my husband get into, not only the vehicles we needed but the vehicles we dreamed of! Aaron is so helpful, down to earth and empathetic! Also his manager Ryan was great too. They both explained everything we needed to know and what options were better for us! They were also SO patient with us. It was the best car experience either of us have had by far!

This was the first time I needed assistance from the service department. Upon arrival, I was met by a very upbeat staff of two. Having already made an appointment, they were quickly on top of my issue, quickly moving the paperwork process along.Without boring detail, the mechanic identified the problem, ordered the part, and I was on my way knowing and feeling better about my car.While waiting, I enjoyed the waiting area; very clean, comfy furniture, big screen television, and a fancy tiered cell phone charger.

I was very pleased with Jessica who I started communicating a few weeks ago. Having a death in my family I text her I would be leaving the state. I had been talking to other dealerships in trying to find my kia. Jessica was the only salesperson that sent her condolences. She was understanding and never pushy in trying to make a sale. I told my children Jessica was the person I wanted to deal with and it happened. Bobby the finance person was also great, thanks.

Went in for an oil change, picked up my car with a low tire and missing tire cap. I took it back for them to fix and they told me absolutely nothing was wrong with the tire and it was still low when I took it home so after filling it up myself it has become low again. It does not give me a whole lot of confidence that the oil change was done well if they couldn t even fill up my tires correctly. Will not be back.

Emich Kia was the 5th dealership that we visited in search of a vehicle for my nephew. Recently purchased a new Kia EV6 from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Aaron was my sales representative, and his knowledge about the vehicle and its various trim levels was impressive. The negotiation process was painless and fair, thanks to Aaron's professionalism and the dealership's transparency. The finance department was also great to work with, making the entire purchasing process smooth and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new Kia EV6!

Our car purchase went extremely well. My wife and I were very satisfied with the outcome. We don't care for the aggressive style some sales people try to employ at other car dealerships. Our salesman Tom Freeman provided us with plenty of time and professional assistance to come to our purchasing decision. We can truly say that this was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had and we certainly have bought quite a few vehicles over the years.

My car was stolen and I told them this on the test drive. Let them know my whole situation before signing papers and Tony said he was sure he could pull something out of his hat. I trusted him and a few hours later after a lovely lunch with my old lady he called me with some good news. I got some good rates bad Apr but I expected that but I ll refinance. The point is same day I came in I drove off Clarissa was amazing and full of energy too. And I can t forget the finance manager he was amazing and made me and my old lady feel welcomed and also let me know some real facts which I appreciated. Great company even the other sales man in the suit was nice and helpful. That team is rock solid and I hope to have a career in finance to join their culture as well! I came into Emich Kia looking to buy a new Kia Soul, I was helped by Rick who was so nice and helpful!! He answered all my questions and explained each step. This was my first time buying a car so I didn t really know what to expect, but Rick made the whole process so easy!!I was also helped by Mike who offered a quick solution when there was an issue with the computer system. Everyone I talked to today was so friendly and ready to help with anything! It has a very welcoming environment and they don t push too hard to sell you things you don t need or want, while finding you everything you DO want!I got the perfect car for me!I highly recommend Emich Kia for any/all Kia needs from purchasing to maintenance!

Much of the staffing here was friendly and nice. As far as service initially things seemed to be going well but we did hit a bump in the road while making our purchase. Fair warning this a first come first serve dealership which means if you want a car you saw and test drove. Please make the purchase then and there, start the paper work, or at least leave the $2500 deposit to hold the vehicle (as of 12/20-12/22). Otherwise You risk losing the vehicle to someone else even if you have expressed to your salesman that you want the vehicle. That is what happened to us due to the appointment taking longer than expected and we had to leave so my husband could get to work as he was already late. In the end they were able to make the mistake right and get my family and I into the car we wanted in the end with only cosmetic differences. We didn't have to settle and lose out on key features we wanted by going for an older model. My advise for any dealership is to go with a plan. Including types of make, models, used/new, price range, what your willing to spend, monthly payments range if that is a factor. And if you are doing a trade in already have an idea of what your vehicle and others similar to it (make and model) is worth I used Kelly blue book online. Don't be afraid to shop around and to get several appraisals to get yourself the best deals.

Had seen a car online , Called to make sure it was in stock, Aaron returned my call letting me know it was. I showed up about a half an hour later and it was indeed the car I wanted. I received a fair trade-in for my truck and was able to purchase my new car. Rob in finance was a hoot. Yes I did buy the extended warranty, I had intended to though because I do not want to take the chance of having any costly breakdowns or co-pays. It s how I roll.Was all together a great experience! I highly recommend the kindness and professionalism they offer at Emich Kia. Every person I interacted with was awesome. Emich treated me so well! I hit a pothole right in front of the dealership at the end of the day. They let me leave my car there overnight, changed the tire to my spare, and let me know right away what I needed to do to get it fixed by my dealer and didn t charge me anything. Super grateful as I m just visiting for a few days. Not so happy with Denver s road repair but thankful for Emich s service and generosity!

I had a great experience changing the oil in my car. The service tech and Mr. Green were very cordial and promptly handled the maintenance. The only thing I would change is the website that allows you to approve or deny suggested maintenance wasn t working and didn t allow me to deny a suggested work. However, when I talked to Mr. Green he took care of it right away.

I couldn t be happier with the team from Emich Kia. Brian, Dustin and Aaron were so pleasant to work with especially with me being out of state and handling everything over the phone. They responded in a timely manner and answered all my questions. Found exactly what I wanted and where I needed my payment to be. I will definitely be back when it s time to get an upgrade from Emich Kia.
