Getting rear-ended was the scariest thing I've ever been through, but Emich has been SO helpful! From Alex dealing with the insurance company for me, to Louis helping me get my personal belongings out of my car while I was in an extreme state of shock. (accidents are freaking terrifying!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thorough, and professionally compassionate!

My experience started pleasant enough. They were unable to fix my car so I decided to go pick it up and take it elsewhere. The insurance company told me it was going to be towed to the salvage yard. I asked if I could drive it back home and they said that was up to Emich. So I called Emich and talked to Alex once again and asked if I could drive it home. I was told it was deemed unsafe to drive and a liability. Which I totally understood and told him I was willing to take the risk. I live 2 miles from the shop and it s a straight shot down Louisiana to my house. He kept telling me he couldn t let me. When I asked why it was deemed unsafe he told be because the wheel was bent. Which it wasn t, and that if a strong gust of wind came along the hood could fly open. Mind you the hood was bent so that you couldn t even pop it open, or yank it open. After about 30 minutes of this he said he d talk to his manager and let me know. I received a text saying I could take it home and I would have to sign a liability waiver. So that entire frustrating conversation could have been done from the start by telling me there was a waiver I could sign since I wanted to drive it. When I got in the car I saw it looked like things had been rearranged. Which I thought was weird for the inside but didn t think much of it. As I was driving off I went to get my sunglasses and noticed they were missing. I looked in my middle console and everything was missing from there as well. I immediately pulled over to see if it had been moved elsewhere. I was unable to locate the missing items so I immediately turned around and went back. I informed Alex things were missing from my car. He said he would talk to the tech. They both informed me that my belongings were not there. I told him how it looked like things had been rummaged through. He asked to look at my car and did agree that it looked different from the photos he had took. This is where it really went downhill. I asked him if they had locked the car and I was informed that they don t always lock the cars since it s a secure lot that had barbed wire running along the fence. However, there is not barbed wire on the sliding chain link gate. So anyone could hop that in no time. I asked if we could look at the camera footage to see if someone got into my car. I was informed that they don t have cameras in that part of the lot. So, once again not a secure lot to be keeping cars unlocked in. I was told my car was parked in the back anyways so hard to get to. But that seems like a perfect place for cars to be broken into since they are hidden from street view. Alex then told it it was odd that my car was the only one that had things stolen from it. Mind that the other owners wouldn t know yet since they hadn t picked up their cars. He told me that it was odd that they would find the one car that wasn t locked and that maybe I just took that stuff out and just forgot. I did not remove my things and forget. It s items I keep in there at all times. Alex then informed me that sales staff stays late at night so they would have seen something. My thoughts are but are they there all night. Like till 1 or 2 in the morning probably not. He also informed me that I did sign a waiver saying that they weren t responsible for any theft or damage done due to weather. Had I known I was leaving my car unlocked in an unsecured lot I would have never signed that waiver. Alex said he would talk to his manager and let me know about my missing things. The following day I received a text saying there was nothing they could do.

I brought my brand new 2024 three month old vehicle for repairs for a rear end hit & the techs did an amazing job. You would never be able to tell that any work was done on it. Looks just like it did when I first bought it! I would highly recommend this shop!

Emich collision did a great job, you can t tell our VW was ever in an accident. Definitely top-notch paint and bodywork.I felt like they had my back throughout the process and I would not hesitate recommending Emich to others.

Marissa was outstanding in keeping me informed via text of each step in getting my Kia back to me. My car was part of the Twitter theft fiasco. It was stolen back in July. I just got it today. It was fixed as good as new. Thank you Marissa and Emich Automotive Collesion for your superior service and Marissa for your customer service skills.

Marissa and Alex really helped make a difficult process alot easier, thank you so much for being patient with me and answering all of the questions I had.I've never gone through this with insurance etc.But my car came out great, you can't even tell the accident happened.

Drove here on a lunch break since I work during their business hours so a lady can take pictures to provide me an estimate and I should ve known I wouldn t hear back from this place. This was very unprofessional and a waist of not only my time but their company time.While I was there, the same lady, with blond streaks in her hair, was yelling at me to get my attention because she thought I was with another customer to ask for his address; even though the guy was already there when I came. She literally screamed HELLO IM TALKING TO YOU with a rude demeanor. I should ve left right then.

I've got a Kia that suffered some damage to the roof during a recent wind storm. I ordered a new part from the Emich dealership, and when it came they referred me to their collision center to get it installed.I was told initially that because it was a pretty easy fix, it would probably only run me about $60 in labor costs. They were able to see me the same day I called, and when I arrived they took the car in to work on it immediately.The Emich collision folks fixed it in under 10 minutes, and best of all didn't charge me for anything when all was said and done!I should also note that everyone I talked to there was professional, friendly, and on their game. I hope (for my car's sake) that I won't need their services again, but if I do, I know that I'll be in good hands. Thanks y'all!Service: Body & Trim
