I've been bringing my cars here since 2010 and I have always been super impressed with the team, service and value. However, I want to call out the above and beyond service offered by both Joel and Sam. These two continue to go above and beyond! And a shout out also to the shop techs behind the scenes, especially Ryland - they always complete your car and pass along the keys with a super great attitude! Highly recommend!

Ihad an incredible experience at the shop, thanks to Sam and Ryan. The customer service was beyond amazing Sam was not only swift in addressing my needs but also showed a level of professionalism that's rare to come by. Everyone at the shop was professional and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of their services.

Great customer service! They had my tire in stock which is rare because my tires are small. I believe his name was Kali but he was great! They were able to work with me as I was in between pay periods. They got me in and out in under an hour! Really fast & efficient. Thank you!!

Come to this location they are the best!!! Kali is the best and super knowledgeable! Joel and Kali are the best to work with and super friendly! With great prices, a wonderful atmosphere, and super fast service you can not beat this place or location!! Will definitely recommend and will always come back!

The customers that come over here to buy, change, or fix a tire, should get taken care of in order of who comes first. but the management here don t go based on timing, they just take care of the people that they like first. We went here and waited an hour and saw 3 or so people who came after us getting their cars fixed before ours. And that s not a way to have a good business or customer service.

You ll find great customer service when you come here. Sam helped me fix a flat for free. I also picked up a new set of wipers for $9.99 with free installation. I highly recommend this place for any of your tire needs!

We had a nail in our tire and were 2 hours away from home. They were able to get us in and fixed our tire very quickly right before closing time. Great customer service

Worst customer service! Check tire light came on while I was across the street from the Hampden and Oneida store. Pulled in, went to where the air check has always been, pulled halfway into an empty bay and asked two guys inside if they still offered air checks. One of them told me it was moved to the back of the building. Drove around to the back (overhead door was open and I could see same 2 guys still talking). Waited a respectable period time and thought screw this. Went to Havana and Iliff location and got immediate service. Thank you DJ!I should know better than to go to Hampden store. They've always been inattentive.

The employees at this store are amazing. Jordan answered a bunch of questions about different tires, their ratings, tread depths, etc. So helpful. Compare that to the last place I bought tires where they intentionally gave me the wrong tires because it's what they had in stock and they were "almost the same tire." Grateful for the honest answers and the educational support I get at this discount tires.

This business, as a whole, clearly has an issue handling the demand that they receive. Doesn't matter if you make an appointment, it won't be honored. I highly recommend going to a Les Schwab or your dealership as they will value your business more and honestly tires just isn't that hard of a thing to do.

Friendly staff. Recommend making an appointment in advance regardless of what time you come. Came for 4 new tires and was in the building for less than 30 minutes and a fair price. Better than other tire shops I ve used in the area.

Axel did a great job and helped me out after a mishap with my tirerack shipment. The wait was a little bit longer for me due to the mishap but Axel took care of me and it was quick once my vehicle was in the bay.

I was helped by Ever. I would consider his customer service above and beyond what I expected or what was required. The tire swap service only took about 20 minutes. All in all I'm very pleased with the service and I'll be using them again in the future.

Great customer service! I walked in without an appointment to get a tired patched. I was there for a total of only 45 minutes and the tire patch service was complimentary. Thank you so much for your speedy and friendly service. I'll be sure to recommend you to all I know.

I gave this location a call to order a new wheel and tire I knew needed replaced (and had gotten quoted earlier this morning in person) The guy on the other line was a complete jerk! He was annoyed and just downright rude. I was about to spend a lot of money on one tire and glad I didn t here. This location is clearly overwhelmed, understaffed and unprofessional. I told him to forget it and went to another location on Evans and they were much more professional there. Don t go here unless you don t care about how you re treated.

Worst customer service. Kali allowed me to stand in the lobby for over 10 minutes without even saying hello. You pull up and the employees look at you like you re an idiot for even pulling in the parking lot. Never going back there again.

Took my duramax in with a blown tire. 33x12.50r22 I brought my own tires. The manager was busy doing inventory took forever to get helped. When they did help me they tried telling me the minimum load range needed was 120S and my tires where a 109Q. So I was denied service. I called my buddy at a discount tire in Colorado Springs, he informed me that was a speed rating not a load rating. He said unfortunately they probably just didn t want to work due to my tire size. My load range is E! So I drove my truck 1.9 miles away to Coloradoland tire and service!!! Exceptional help and service!!!

Absolutely amazing service! I had an unexpected flat tire and even though I showed up after closing they still got me in for the next day. And then they had my car ready before they even opened the next day. I am so thankful the excellent customer service, and the stellar job that was done. Shout out to the employee Alex for making it all happen.

Free air check station needs be closed if they re not going to pay any attention to it. You will sit there for over 30 minutes with every employee aware you re waiting yet you receive zero acknowledgment or assistance. The illusion of convenience when you can pay $2 to air them yourself just one block over (probably spending more on gas while waiting). Would rather this service not exist than be neglected in this way.

My wife had a large nail or screw puncture our truck tire this morning, but the crew at Discount Tire went above and beyond taking care of it very quickly. Big shout out to the Manager Joel, Al and Luis for taking care of our truck. This is the store that I trust and will continue to go there in the future for my tire and wheel needs and issues that may arise.

I got two tires replaced at this location a few weeks ago, I had my relative pick my car up for me because I had to be at work during the fix and noticed upon picking it up from them that my low tire pressure sensor was still on. I called the location that evening and left a voicemail requesting someone to get back with me to have the reset done. No one ever called me back, so my boyfriend tried resetting the sensor himself, to our surprise one of the careless technicians here damaged my tpms sensor and replaced it with one that is supposed to be put on spare tires so my low tire pressure sign will not go off and my tire has a spare part on it now. No one notified me that they damaged my tire and this morning I had my boyfriend call and the associate said I could bring my car in around 4-4:30 to have it fixed and that it wouldn t take 15-20 mins, when I arrived today I was told that they would have my car until they closed if I wanted it fixed. We called today because we live 2 hours away from this location and this is unfortunately where I took it when I had a flat happen nearby. We wanted to make sure the process was going to be painless and that they had the part, they said they did and it wouldn t be a problem to fix it today. I arrive and they offered not apology or customer service and basically just asked if I wanted to make another appointment after driving all the way here. I m sorry, but it s absolutely ridiculous to have to come back into a business twice for their screw up and negligence. I wouldn t go here not because they messed up my tire and didn t notify me, but simply for the lack of customer service alone.
