This is the best Body and Repair shop !!!!My appointment to get an estimated was with G. He was very helpful, professional, and patient. G explained to me how the estimate and repair process works. The driver insurance agent at Hartford Insurance ( Ms. Ann Marie) wasn't nice or helpful to me. I am a senior citizen and disable black woman. Time has changed, and I haven't been in a car accident for over 25 years. The team at Denver Dino's Auto Body & Repair was a breath of fresh air. My black Ford SUV Edge is a lease. The Ford dealership in Denver recommended this shop for repair. I received very stressful treatment from Hartford Insurance ( Ms Ann Marie ) from the very beginning to the end of getting my damage SUV back.The whole team at Denver's Dino's Auto Body and Repair shop is kind and lovely.Thank you,

Hit an elk with my F150 and due to its aluminum body a lot of shops wouldn t work on it. Dino s got me in quick, got me a quote fast, and dealt with my insurance who tried to go cheap on everything. There were some supply line issues, but aside from that they did an impeccable job and it looks good as new. Staff is super friendly and responsive.

I chose Denver Dino's Auto Body based on their reviews, and I'm pleased to say they lived up to expectations. Although there were some initial issues when I picked up the car the first time, they promptly acknowledged their oversight, addressed all of my concerns, and took care of the issues. I think that speaks highly of there business.I want to express my gratitude to Nicole and the team. I'm genuinely happy that I chose them to repair my car and you should too.

I wasn t going to write a review, but I am STILL dealing with car issues a month after getting my car back from Dino s. The whole experience has honestly been a nightmare. Dino s had my car for about four months, but started telling me one month in that it would be done next week. This crazy-making communication continued almost weekly for three months and resulted in a $4k rental car bill. I could have figured something else out, but kept being told it was almost done. It s unacceptable to string customers along like this and be so wildly inaccurate in providing estimates. To top it off, they returned my car with a flat tire, an uncharged A/C system, and a missing clip, resulting in the plastic casing under my car coming loose and dragging on the ground (picture attached). I am on my third trip to other car places (because I will not return to Dino s) trying to resolve these issues. The amount of time, money, and energy this all has cost me is ridiculous, and could have been reduced if Dino s had done quality work in a timely fashion. They asked me to write them a good review (in exchange for waiving my credit card fee), but that would not be honest.

Fantastic auto body shop! I brought my car in last month and Dinos did an amazing job repairing my front bumper. Ethan, who works there, was wonderful to work with. They are professional and gave me an excellent quote. My car looks better than ever and I am so happy I brought it here. Great customer service-I will be highly recommending them to anyone who needs auto body work. Worth the drive from where I live-thank you, Dino!

Hands down the only shop in town you need to know. They can handle anything, and their work is unmatched. This is and always will be the only place to touch my vehicles because the service you receive from start to finish is top notch. They make you feel like family from beginning to end and they truly care! They ll even help guide you through the process with insurance as well. D and Nicole are the only ones you need to know in the industry!

Great service when they fixed my VW Tiguan door from a wreck. The door replacement and repainting was immaculate and they communicated well about timing to set and track my expectations. The third time I've used them and another happy experience from their team!

I had a fantastic experience with Denver Dinos Auto Body Shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The communication throughout the repair process was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure my car looked as good as new. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. No one likes getting into an accident. But thank goodness for people like Dino and his team at Denver Dinos Auto Body & Repair. They did a fantastic job in.The work they did on my Toyota Camry! They eased the process smoothly! I am so glad to be back on the road in my car! Highly recommend!

I came to Denver Dinos for the first time on a trip from Albuquerque. I needed a tow and they picked me up very quick and gave me a ride to their office. They were very caring and got my my truck looking better then it did when i got it. Give them a chance if you are in the Denver area and are looking for great quality, service, and professionalism

Holy COW! What an amazing experience. Everyone at Dino s is so caring and attentive to customers needs and expectations (especially Ethan and Nicole). The environment is welcoming AND there is the cutest puppy, Hindu who will make you smile no matter what car issues you re having.10/10 best experience and I will definitely be going back there anytime I need work done on my car.

I was rear ended in my Audi in September. I called Denver Dino and they were there to pick up my car within a day.They answered any questions I had and were pretty spot on with completion date, even with trying to get parts for an Audi..which is not an easy task. The car looks brand new again! Quality and service are top notch and very professional..Thank you Dino, Nicole and the whole crew for a job well done and much appreciated.

Wow! After accumulating several small dents and scratches over a few years, I decided to get them cleaned up. I got 3 estimates and looked at multiple reviews from the different body shops. Dino's was very competitive and the reviews were great, as was that of a woman who told me I should check this place out as they had done great work on her car last year in a timely fashion. Ethan and Brandon were so easy to work with and my car looks like new!!! If I have any body work I need in the future, this is the place I will go back to! G and Nicole were great to work with through the entire process. My car got hit by a plow and looked brand new when I picked it up. I would absolutely come back if I needed body work done and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a small business to support that does quality work.

Denver Dino s is the place to go to get your car fixed up. These guys value their customers, and you can absolutely trust them with your ride. My truck left the shop looking better than ever. I would recommend Denver Dino s to anybody. The whole team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond. Customer facing staff was very polite and efficient. More importantly, my car was fixed to a very high standard in a timely manner. I hope to not need more body work anytime soon but if I do this shop will be my first and only choice.

Highly do not recommend complete LACK of COMMUNICATION and professionalism. CONSTANT push back of time frames to expect my car being fixed and no EFFECIENT follow up when there are issues. It's been 3 months they have had my car. The expectation is that when a company says a job will be completed on a particular date and that said date arrives only to be pushed back another week not just once or twice but actually more than 4 times that there is communication to be had regardless of the insurance being in contact. You or the insurance company are not the ones that are without a vehicle and at the end of the day. My rudeness was the response to how you continued to dismiss my concerns by continuing to repeat the same thing you had said. I never had an issue with who was to blame and that there was issues with parts it's the lack of understanding that I am the one who is being affected by this. Your response to my review shows the child like behavior I have had to deal with, with this so called business. And the retaliation is very apparent in the continued delay for me to get my vehicle that won't be finished for another day once again that makes it three times this week. Which also confirms the continued lies. Have the day you deserve :)

OMG. These guys were awesome. I had an emergency repair (to replace a door before a road trip long story) and they took me in right away, I mean RIGHT AWAY, and did a beautiful, and professional job on it. I have some more extensive body work that needs to be done and will definitely take my Subie back there in mid-July after my road trip! Samantha, the one who clearly calls the shots, and Brian, the technician who worked on the car, were awesome. They even washed the car for me!And the charge was more than incredibly reasonable. Now I don't want to create unrealistic expectations so I hope you will check them out for yourself.Service: Body & Trim

These guys rock! They got my 2012 altima looking brand new after a front end collision. Even the rental car company I used spoke highly of their work. I would absolutely use them again though I hope not to need to!

I cant say enough good things . I got side swiped in my honda ridgeline, and we were 12 months from being done with our note.The rear quarterpanel needed replaced and with the age and mileage; the insurance company wanted to total our vehicle out. This was going to be devastating to our overall finances and we just had another car totalled out last year and REALLY couldn't afford to let them take our truck. Dino and his wife Nicole were so patient with us and really went all out to ensure that we didnt lose our truck. They actually listened to us and recognized our needs. They worked it out with the insurance company and were able to fix our truck , they even knocked a couple hundred bux off when i came in to pay my deductible. These folks are first rate, and they cared enough to really take care of us and our situation.ALso the work was Fu*&%ing FLAWLESS!!! its like it never happened ... really classy joint! They re AMAZING!Back in July I was involved in an accident and someone hit the front-right side of my truck. Also, my steering wheel started to have issues blocking itself sometimes while driving; I kept calling to different Auto-body businesses and most of them were busy and/or required an appointment (availability 4-6 weeks). Suddenly noticed Denver Dino s and sent them an email on a Saturday and they replied within a few minutes and told me to come in the following Tuesday! They started to work on my truck and fixed it in a week and a half, including the issue with my steering wheel. Sam really followed up with me and informed me what was happening all along, the employees and the owners are polite and very nice. 100% recommend this place!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
