No complaints, my car was involved in a hit and run, thankfully this shop had sooner availability than most places in CO (cuz you know no one can drive here ) to get my car worked on. The only delay was getting the insurance adjuster in and the snow storm.Otherwise, did good work, happy with it. They called and answered any questions I had when I called.

I would like to start my review by saying, if I could give 0 stars I would have. This was literally the worst customer experience I have ever had. The only way it could have been worse is if they kicked me in the ?#@$% after handing my keys back!I will sum this review up by saying that there was little to no communication from the shop during this process. I had to chase down anyone working on my vehicle or who had anything to do with working on my vehicle- calling multiple times a day just to get vague answers about timing and parts info, etc.Also, I had $1500 of rental car day provided by insurance but that was all exhausted by March 7th, with the vehicle still not done- a full month after the vehicle was originally dropped off and assessed. I ended up paying over $500 out of pocket for the remaining days that my vehicle was not completed!No one apologized for lack of communication or for the lengthy timeline, that my 3-5 day repair took over 1 1/2 months to be finished. No one offered to pay for any of my rental car. No one had a clear explanation for why there was such a large gap in time between repair assessment/ supplemental request to the insurance company, and finally repairs actually happened.My insurance assessor said he didn't understand why they didn't just give me my car back until they had the remaining parts- if that was the hold up? I could have avoided using my rental coverage for a month while my car sat in the shop not being fixed.Do not use this shop! They do not care about your business, your time, that you are treated fairly or reasonably. I was beholden to them and no one gave a #$%& about my experience as the consumer, whether I was wasting money on useless rental car time, repairs, etc.!When I got the car back, I was impressed with the work. It does look nice. However, I did notice a little detail oversight that was kind of the last straw: the model pin for my vehicle was incorrect. I have an LE front wheel drive and they put on an LE AWD pin on the back tailgate.Honestly, I would not feel so upset if Denver Auto Body had communicated better (or at all) and been more apologetic about timeline hang-ups, but that did not happen. I hope into the future they will change how they do business and treat their customers with more respect and grace.Anyways, thanks for reading and please take my experience as a lesson for your own choice in body shops in Denver. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and communicated to properly as you spend tons of money on fixing your vehicle.Update:Denver Auto Body did respond to my Google review, which is appreciated. However, their response reads more like a narcissist responding to someone who is having difficulties- explaining away my difficulties and frustrations, rather than simply apologizing for what happened and moving on.I stand by what I said before and hope Denver Auto Body can adjust their model for customer service, communication, and how they respond to customers who need resolution for mistakes made.Thanks for reading.

They did amazing work when I brought my car in. Honestly, you'd never know it was in an accident! They were very communicative, and working with Kris was great! 12/10 would definitely recommend

They were so easy to work with and explained the very complicated process of working with our insurance company so well. Ramin was amazing and the work is beautiful! You would never know there was an accident. It was also done sooner than the time frame they had stated, which we really appreciated! The front desk person was difficult and we almost left the first time we walked in, but I'm so glad we didn't. Highly recommend to anyone with significant body damage to their car!!!

I was referred to Denver Auto Body & Paint by my Audi specialist shop. I damaged my Audi SQ5 backing into something in my driveway and needed to get my baby fixed up again. I had already obtained two quotes from other body shops (including an Audi dealer).Lyndon reviewed the damage to my car and pointed out several things that others had missed as well as offering some helpful suggestions on options for repair. He provided a quote that explained the work and was able to schedule my repair in under two weeks.A few days later, I was given the option to pre-pay for some of the parts so that they would be on hand when the work began. They estimated a 1-2 week duration for the job but were able to complete it in only 5 days.Lyndon reviewed the work performed with me when I picked up the car. I loved the quality of the work and was happy to get my ride back as good as new! I hope I don t have a reason to use them again soon, but I ll definitely be back for any future body work.

Best customer service of any shop I ve used in the city. Always work with Lyndon, the Executive Estimator. He is consistent, regularly communicates with updates, and goes above and beyond. Top notch customer service and extremely patient staff.

Some of the best service I ve ever received from a repair shop. I was told how much the repair was going to be and how long it was going to take. The car was ready when they said it would be and the repair was a little less then was quoted.

Ashley and the entire crew at Denver Auto Body & Paint made my experience easy and enjoyable. They were professional and timely on repairing my car. They were able to work with my insurance company and there were no hiccups in the process. I would recommend this business for any car repair.

Avoid this shop!!! They are not backing their warranty. They had damaged my back up sensors upon installing a rear bumper on my truck and other components that they did end up fixing after coming back to them several times, but refused to fix my back up sensors that they used a glue on and chipping one of the sensros, they had caused 1400$ worth of damage. Their Production Manager says that they are giving up on fixing their mistake. They should be ashamed of themselves for breaking my truck!!!

Brought our car here after an accident and they did great work. The time for completing the work took longer than I was originally told, but that could have been an error on the insurance side of things. They were even able to get us in after our original claim had closed to do a complementary check in our AC unit to see if the reason it wasn't working was related to the accident and wasn't caught the first time. The staff were very nice and helpful. After I told the receptionist that my wife was pregnant, she said that she could give her a ride to a nearby coffee shop while she waited for the work to get done!

I went to Denver Auto Body because someone had scraped the my passenger door where it met the front fender and the door wouldn't open.. Lyndon looked at the problem and I told him I wasn't concerned repairing the minor scratches. He got tool, pried the problem area back into place. It was fixed and he charged me nothing!This was a great relief to me, but even more showed the integrity of Lyndon and Denver Auto Body. I owe them a big Thank You. They will certainly be the first place I go to when I have car body repair issues in the future.Service: Body & Trim

It seems okay so far but I will update rating accurately once my work is complete. They gave a reasonable estimate and scheduled me quickly during the holidays. The staff was friendly and accommodating.January 5, 2022 - I picked up my car. They did a good job!They did no painting or body work to my car. They replaced the bumper grill and emblem and just buffed up the car all around. This gave me a quick and cheaper option since the car is paid for.Given that it was mainly detail work done, I found the genuine parts cost pricy and maybe even the labor after really understanding that mainly buffing would be done.Nonetheless the quality of what they did was very well done!The project manager/estimator never greeted me when I picked up the car to go over the work performed. I paid the receptionist but no one reviewed the finished job with me. My car just sat parked and I was given the key....I don't know why

Thank you Domanique at the front desk & Lyndon the estimator for such great service in getting my new bumper on so quickly and efficiently. It ended up costing even less than the original estimate, so I appreciate that as well thanks Lyndon. Competent, reliable, timely service, with integrity! Plus my vehicle was cleaned it looks brand new! I highly recommend this business.

I unfortunately had to visit here after getting rear-ended. But I had a great experience with all of their employees, Dustin was great and patient answering all of my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel like a fool with them. I was a nervous wreck but am confident in coming here in the future and I will be referring people to here!

Denver Auto Body did an excellent job of repairing our Subaru Impreza, damaged by a parking lot hit-and-run accident. We primarily worked with Lyndon and Dominique, both very helpful and responsive. As a person who enjoys cars and takes pride in maintaining and taking great care of the car; Denver Auto Body is the only company I will use. Over the years I have had four or five instances of service from them, and each time every single aspect of service was excellent. Specifically, their quality of work is top notch. Their front desk personnel and delightful and always accommodating. And they provide pricing with integrity. Although they are a very busy shop, they always seem to accommodate me when I am in a rush. Other shops I have used struggle with overall professionalism at times, this is never the case with Denver Auto Body. I highly recommend them!

I have had two of my vehicles repaired by Denver Auto Body & Paint. The body work completed on both of these vehicles was immaculate, and you could not even tell the vehicles had been in collisions. The mechanical work was also fantastic and I never had any issues after their repairs. On the second vehicle, we ran into issues with eyesight (Subaru). Both Ashley and Ramin worked tirelessly to make sure my car would be repaired, and repaired correctly. They both took my numerous phone calls without complaint, and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure my car would be returned to me in its pre-collision condition. I can not thank Ashley and Ramin enough for their incredible help!

Make it right.This business cost me more than they fixed on my Toyota.I was in an accident and it was still drivable. The front desk spoke with the owner and they scheduled it to come in 3 weeks later when they had time to work on it right away. I was assured this allowed plenty of time for the ordering of parts and repair inclusive of supply chain delays. My car was not even assessed for 3 weeks. They failed to deliver all necessary repairs (did not address chipped windshield), failed to deliver on time and when I asked for the damage they caused to my side doors (missing paint protectors and scratches to interior door paint) I was dismissed.Save yourself and go somewhere else.Service: Painting

I dropped by to see if they could reattach my car door handle that came off one morning. They got me in the next day and completed the project in less than an hour. But, this isn't the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. The entire staff I came in contact with were professional, kind, funny and nice. In a big city like Denver, it's nice to find a shop that seems more like your small town, neighborhood auto shop. Thanks guys!

What an awesome crew they have here. Brought my car in for a quote, appointment only I believe just a heads up. I had a super honest quote and a detailed description of what's going on. Subaru appears to be the specialty vehicle here also for repairs so the knowledge was there. After 8 working days I had a what felt like a brand new car. The paint is PHENOMENAL, beautifully blended pearl white. My mechanical issues are gone and the new body parts are all tightly fitted into place. I was given a 10% discount because I payed out of pocket instead of going through insurance, didn't have to do that but it was very kind. Also gave me a $100 credit off my bill for LYFT fares because they didn't have any loaners available, the hail storm did some damage, the credit was very appreciated also. And the best part is my final price is about 400 dollars cheaper than the original quote. Seriously thank you to the team at Denver Auto Body. I hope I never have to visit you again, but if something happens I know who to bring my vehicle to. THANK YOU

I chose Denver Auto Body due to the manager Ramin s response to customer reviews. He not only cares about the product his company delivers, but the clientele as well. When my truck was involved in a hit and run I had to select a shop to repair the damage. Most shops in Denver were backed up and couldn t take on any additional vehicles, so my choices were limited. Denver Auto Body was able to get my truck in quick due to the fact that the building is an old dealership with ample room for cars on the second floor. More importantly, my vehicle was safely secured inside the building on the second floor away from the elements and bystanders. My vehicle was repaired in a sensible amount of time and the quality far surpassed my expectations. If I could I would give Denver Auto Body more stars, but yelp only allows 5. I would strongly recommend this shop to everyone I know. Thank you Denver Auto Body.

Hands down the best auto body shop I've ever had the experience of working with. From the work Nicole, the office manager does to Jeriome, the shop manager, to the customer service from the owner, Fred, this shop delivers some of the best customer service around. They were extremely timely in repairing the damages on my less than 30 days old brand new 4runner(returned several weeks before scheduled finish date). The car looks spotless in its work, was detailed better than it was when it was pulled off the dealers lot, and the attention to every single repair detail to the clear bra, new tires, doors, etc. I've been talking about their service and work since the day they took my car in to work on it and through pick up today, they've overdelivered. As long as I live in Denver I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you SO much for doing such great work to Betsy, getting her back to me so quickly, and for being an all around incredible local business.

My experience was wonderful from the staff to the quick service I took my car in looking horrible from a accident and I am very grateful that I brought my car here everyone was very nice and answered any and every question I had. the process was easy and my car was ready 7 days later when I saw my car I couldn't stop smiling I smiled so much that my cheeks were hurting. I am forever grateful for everyone there and I've also taken it back for minor damage and still the same treatment wonderful I thank everyone at Denver Auto Body for restoring my car back how it was so just call Ashely to get a estimate and they will do the rest. You will be very pleased

I had a great experience with Denver Auto Body and I highly recommend them for both the quality of their work and for their excellent customer service. My car was caught in this year's hail storm and they made EVERYTHING so easy for me- they worked with my insurance company and my car rental company and made it seamless for me. Nicole at the front desk kept me apprised of all updates and Armando and Jeremy coordinated all repairs, PLUS, noticed that my car battery was low and replaced that for me at cost. I had noticed that my car was having trouble turning over but had forgotten. When I picked up my car I thought I was picking up a brand new vehicle- the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations, and to my surprise, the interior wasn't just fully cleaned, it looked like it had been professionally detailed! I had no idea that there were companies still out there like this one. The work was truly excellent- which I had expected from their reputation. I just didn't realize that they would go the extra mile- constantly- to make it simple for me and to provide all the extras. They're awesome.

I brought my 2011, BMW, 1 series to Denver Auto Body after my car was struck in a hit-and-run. The service I received was excellent and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was handled properly with my insurance company. You can tell a lot about an auto repair shop by the cleanliness of the workspace. It s obvious from taking a look in their garage that the crew at Denver Auto Body is serious about delivering a high caliber of repairs for their clients and takes pride in their workplace. After several months I noticed an inconspicuous area where the paint was not quite right. I brought the issue to DAB s attention and they handled the no-cost follow-up repair like professionals, renting me a car to use while mine was in the shop. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. The prices seemed fair and their workmanship and customer service are top notch!

I was pretty happy with most of the body work they did, but they had to order a part that took months and said they would call me when it came in, I have called several times to ask about it since and they won't even return my calls when I leave messages about the missing trim. They got ahold of me and made everything right in the end.
