Deluxe came highly recommended so I decided to give them a try. They set the mileage set on an NOS speedometer. Great communication and friendly service put me at ease with this hard to find piece. Quick shipping and I had my speedo installed in no time and working like a charm. I couldn't be happier.

Wow The guy came highly recommended, so I drove 40mins to see him, AFTER calling ahead.Super impatient, super unprofessional and left me with a broken gear selector needle (the one that tells you what gear you're in).Fortunately I was able to go WAY in over my head... take it all apart and glue the needle back on! Then put it all back together.Sheesh, I would have been better off never having gone to this place.I ended up having an aftermarket temperature gauge installed, so I could make my CROSS COUNTRY trip with "some" sense of peace.

Took my gauge cluster in for recalibration. John was very nice and worked on it right then and there. I was in and out in 15 minutes! While I was waiting, several commercial based customers dropped off their gauge clusters and said they ve been coming to John for years and he does great work! I m happy I found this place for when I need very specific work done!

Had a tachometer cable I wanted repaired. Called to get a rough idea on pricing. Sent it in and had it repaired. It was roughly twice what he had said on the phone. With shipping it was now more then a new one but, if it worked fine that was not that big of an issue. Installed cable. Tach started bouncing then quit working. It stripped out part of the inside of where the key goes in the tach and the key broke in half. Trying to figure out what happened, I deduced that the cable was repaired to about an inch too short. I called them and they instantly ran for the I installed it wrong card but if they determined they repaired it wrong they'd fix it for free. I was already upside down in this thing and was not about to spend $20 in shipping and potentially have to fight getting it warrantied. Bought another new cable from the dealer. Confirmed it was repaired too short. Threw the new one from the dealer in. No issues. This might not be their typical work but it was my experience.

Great service, very pleased. These guys fixed the instrument cluster from my '96 Ranger. Their price was in-line with online places, and I didn't have to ship it in the mail. They had it back in two days. Five Stars - Thanks Guys!

I have a 1990 Dodge Daytona that the dash cluster odometer was not working and the tachometer was intermittent. Took the cluster down to him and had it back in a week. Odometer drive gear working right, along with the tachometer and all the lights after a circuit board cleaning and re-soldering several connections! Very happy! Thanks!

Waiting on a quote for total restoration on a complete gauge cluster and speedometer,they have done other work for me and I'm very happy that's why I sent them the gauges,They are from a 1949 Peter Pirch 60 foot ladder firetruck.

Good, positive experience. My mechanical speedo rebuild did need to go back a 2nd time for some tweaking of a wobble of the needle. It was warrantied rework. Both visits had one day turn around time. I'm sure glad these businesses exist in this day and age.

Great Price. Great Service.1 day turn around on my Instrument Cluster.Gauges now work accurately.PRNDL is now brightly lit.All of the backlight bulbs are working again.And John even stayed 30 minutes late when I got stuck in traffic and couldn't make it by closing time. Amazing.

Besides having the lowest price on speedometer reduction units, their service and speed have been wonderful. Text with them about what I needed and had the unit 48 hours later. Worked perfectly! Thank you John

I'm a manager at a Chevrolet Collision Center in Ohio and had been looking for a speedometer cable for my 1979 Z28. I had purchased 2 different cables from Jeg's and both were wrong, the 1st cable was $110.00 but was wrong. The 2nd cable that they said would be correct was $30.00 but again was wrong. This took several weeks and was dissatisfying. Don't get me wrong the customer service from Jeg's was great but the products they said were what I needed were wrong. Finally I was able to locate Deluxe Speedometer & Cable Service and a man by the name of John Rullo through a Google search and WOW !! John hand makes these cables to order and they are twice the product I had gotten from Jeg's. Also John was aware that the Camaro was up on a lift waiting for the correct cable, he had the cable to me in two days! I wrote this, my first Google review because of the outstanding service and product that John and his company have provided me.Thanks again John !Michael Moore

Called and spoke to John about needing a custom speedo cable making up on Monday afternoon. Needed a Toyota one end Austin Healey on the other. Cable arrived Friday Morning. Very pleased with fast turn around and quality product. Thank you.

I called and talked to John on the phone for a few minutes telling him gps speed vs speedometer speed and what type of vehicle I drove and two days later and few minutes of installation and problem solved. Very easy to do and very solid looking part. Thanks John!

They did an awesome job on a custom built cable adapting a stock Nissan Skyline cable to a T56 Magnum. Great quality cable and work. Highly recommended!

Brought my inst cluster for repair. person who took my info got an attitude w me and at one point tried to hand board back as if my business wasn't welcome. Then changed, took board back to back said could resolder cold solder points in 5 mins. Did so for free. Got back in worse condition. All solder was smooth cones, but visibly broken (w scope). After "free repair" whole areas of solder are missing and many cold solders still remain. Also, flux was left on the surface which will accumulate dust and dirt particles over time. see pics:

I ordered a speedo cable for my 67 corvette. Picture on website shows a new firewall grommet installed on cable. No grommet on cable when delivered. I called, and John said he can't keep all those different grommets in stock, just cut the old one and slip it on. The original grommet is sandwiched spring steel and rubber. VERY difficult to cut. Cable costs $55 delivered, and for that kind of money, it should have a new grommet installed as pictured on the website. That's the reason I bought from these guys.

Deluxe Speedometer has the knowledge and parts that can't be found anywhere else in Colorado. Their prices are very fair. I just found a very special speedometer driven gear that I couldn't get anywhere else. They will always be my first call.
